The 1221 Brickell Building is a high-rise tower in downtown Miami, Florida. It is located in the Brickell area of Miami's financial district. It is on Brickell Avenue near Southeast 12th Street, three blocks west of Biscayne Bay. The building is known for its all-glass, tiered sides, and was completed in 1986. In 2005, the building lost many glass panels during Hurricane Wilma. It provides more than 600,000 square feet (56,000 m2) of floor space, is 365 feet (111 m) tall, and has 28 floors. It is used entirely for offices and is one of Brickell's financial centers.

Brickell Arch is an office skyscraper in Brickell in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. It was designed by the architectural firm of Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates PC (KPF). The 505-foot (154-meter), 36-story building is located on the southern end of Brickell Avenue in the Financial District. On April 18, 2012, the AIA's Florida Chapter placed the building on its list of Florida Architecture: 100 Years. 100 Places.Brickell Arch features a concave parabola design on its front glass façade, loosely mimicking the Gateway Arch in St. Louis. One of Miami's common nicknames is "The Gateway to Latin America", which also closely resembles St. Louis's nickname, "The Gateway to the West". It is said to welcome people to the United States as the arch welcomes people to the west.The building is the North American headquarters for the Espírito Santo Bank and contains some Class A office space. A Conrad Hotel as well as some residential units occupy the remaining space. The building opened July 1, 2004, and is located at 1395 Brickell Avenue, less than a block from the Financial District Metromover Station. The building has been featured twice in Burn Notice, once as headquarters for a defense contractor, and again in a skyline shot.

The Consulate General of France in Miami is the French diplomatic outpost in Florida. Under the leadership of the Consul General, it represents the interests of France and French People in the state, and provides services for French residents and expatriates.It is located in on Brickell Avenue in the Miami Financial District.

The Bond on Brickell is a 44-story, 328-unit residential skyscraper at 1080 Brickell Avenue. The building is located near the Tenth Street Metromover station and the Brickell Metrorail station. The development was a collaboration between Rilea Group and MDR Toledo. The first condominium project planned for Brickell Avenue after the 2007-09 recession, the project broke ground on January 28, 2014, and was completed in September 2016. By April 2017, the property was completely sold out.Nichols Architects (NBWW at the time) designed The Bond to align with the mid-block characteristics of its site. This involved filling the sky void and establishing "living blocks" within the overall mass of the building. Loguer Design, a Mexican-based firm, joined the team to insert James Bond and other British themes on the interior spaces. The building features a Terry O’Neill Photo Collection, a lobby with an Abbey Road entrance and 20’ Bond Topiary. The luxury residences range from studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, to exclusive lofts and penthouses. Amenities include a zero-edge lap pool, health and wellness fitness center, library, children’s learning center, wet bar and kitchen, private cabanas and Jacuzzi area.

Avenue on Brickell is a residential high-rise complex in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida, United States. The project consists of two high-rise residential towers, Avenue on Brickell East Tower and Avenue on Brickell West Tower. Both towers were topped off in early 2007, and were structurally completed in late 2007. Avenue East Tower, the taller of the two buildings, stands at 495 feet (151 meters), with 47 floors and its entrance is on Brickell Avenue. Avenue West Tower is the shorter building of the complex, standing at 365 ft (111 m) with 35 floors and its entrance is on Southeast 1st Avenue, a block away from Brickell Avenue. Both buildings were designed by SB Architects.

Vue at Brickell is a residential tower in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. Built in 2004, it is part of the recent building boom in Miami. The building consists of condominiums, as well as restaurants and other retail stores. It contains 37 floors, and is 423 ft (129 m) tall. The address is 1250 South Miami Avenue. The building is located near the Mary Brickell Village shopping area, on South Miami Avenue between 12th and 13th (Coral Way) Streets. It is located in the southwestern Brickell Financial District, about three blocks west of Biscayne Bay.

Financial District is a Metromover station in the Brickell neighborhood of Downtown, Miami, Florida. The station is located near the intersection of Southeast 14th Street and Brickell Avenue, just one block east of South Miami Avenue and south of Coral Way. It opened to service May 26, 1994 and is the southern terminus of the people mover system. This station marks the beginning and end of the line for the Brickell loop. After a train reaches this final station, the train will return to complete another full loop around the neighborhoods of Brickell and Downtown Miami.

The Sabadell Financial Center is an office building in Downtown Miami, Florida, United States. The tower is 430 feet (130 m) in height and has 31 floors. It is located in the northern Brickell Financial District of Miami, on Brickell Avenue and Southeast 12th Street. Built in 2000, the building is over 95% office space, with the ground floor dedicated to retail. The intersection at which the building is located is an exceptionally low spot in Brickell that rounds to 0 feet (0 m) above sea level, and is therefore prone to tidal flooding during king tides, storm surges or other exceptionally high tides.

Panorama Tower is a mixed-use 85-story skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States. Located in the Brickell district of Downtown Miami, it is the tallest building in Miami, and the tallest building in Florida.Construction on Panorama Tower was put on hold during the 2007-2009 Great Recession. The project was revived in 2012 when owner Tibor Hollo hired Moshe Cosicher, AIA Architect, to redesign the project. In 2013, the project was revised; the 868-foot (265 m) tower includes residential, hotel, retail, and office space. Panorama Tower overtook the Four Seasons Hotel Miami as tallest when it topped out in late 2017. The project is the first development in the City of Miami to be funded in part by EB-5 visas. While the entire site was technically addressed 1101 Brickell Avenue, the building is actually located on the back of the lot, behind two existing office buildings, at 1100 Brickell Bay Drive. It is about two blocks from the Tenth Street Metromover station.

The SLS Hotel & Residences Brickell is a high rise building in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. The project includes 450 condominium units in addition to the 133 room hotel. With the exception of a few penthouses, the project sold out before breaking ground. The project is located at 1300 South Miami Avenue, next to the Infinity at Brickell; it replaces the second phase of that project. There is another SLS-branded building a few blocks north known as SLS Lux.

The Dr. James Madison Jackson Office is a historic site in Miami, Florida. It is located at 190 Southeast 12th Terrace. The first resident physician of Miami, Dr. James M. Jackson, had his office and surgery in this building. More recently, it became the offices of the Dade Heritage Trust. On February 24, 1975, the structure was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places. The building is located in the center of Brickell, near Downtown Miami. A great nephew, James Madison Barco, is named for Dr. Jackson.

Brickell House is a condominium tower in the Brickell neighborhood of Miami, Florida. It was built by Newgard Development Group. Proposed in 2011, the tower stands at roughly 500 feet (152 m) with 46 floors and is opened in 2014. Construction began in spring of 2012, making it one of the first condominium projects to go ahead in Miami since the 2007 housing bust and late 2000s recession. Construction of the tower was estimated to create 300 to 400 jobs. The financing model, popular in Latin America, is for the $170 million project is for at least 70% of the units are presold before construction begins, which ensures financing and reduces the likelihood of foreclosure. The tower is located in Miami's Brickell Financial District at 1330 Brickell Bay Drive. It features 374 units and a robotic parking garage. Units ranged from 400 sq ft (37 m2) studios to 1,438 sq ft (134 m2) 3-bedroom units, as well as 1,775 sq ft (165 m2) penthouses. The ground level features retail and restaurant space. The architect is Sieger Suarez and the interior designer is Yabu Pushelberg. Brickell House is located one block east of the Financial District Metromover station and three blocks southeast of the Brickell Metrorail and Metromover transfer station. In 2015, management and design issues led to a closure of the robotic parking garage, which had already been operating slower than expected
