The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology is a private multi-denominational graduate school in Seattle, Washington.

The Port of Seattle is a government agency overseeing the seaport and airport of Seattle, Washington, United States. With a portfolio of properties ranging from parks and waterfront real estate, to one of the largest airports and container terminals on the West Coast, the Port of Seattle is one of the Pacific Northwest's leading economic engines.Its creation was approved by the voters of King County on September 5, 1911, and authorized by the Port District Act. The Port of Seattle is managed by a five-member Port Commission who are elected by the voters of King County and serve four-year terms. The Commissioners govern the Port, lead all inter-governmental functions, and oversee the Executive Director.

Argosy University, Seattle was one of 19 campuses nationwide of the for-profit Argosy University, which was formed in 2001 through the merger of the American Schools of Professional Psychology, the Medical Institute of Minnesota, and the University of Sarasota. The Seattle campus was founded in 1995 as the Washington School of Professional Psychology and closed in 2016. It no longer accepts any new students.The campus was located in an office building on the Seattle waterfront, on the edge of the Belltown neighborhood.

The Art Institute of Seattle was a for-profit art and culinary school in Seattle, Washington. The school was one of a number of Art Institutes, a franchise of for-profit art colleges with many branches in North America, owned and operated by Education Management Corporation. EDMC owned the college from 1982 until 2017, when, facing significant financial problems and declining enrollment, the company sold the Art Institute of Seattle, along with 30 other Art Institute schools, to Dream Center Education, a Los Angeles-based Pentecostal organization.The Dream Center Foundation acquired the school in 2018 and laid off ten of its thirteen full-time teachers in October 2018. The Washington Student Achievement Council then suspended Ai-Seattle's license to operate, which blocked enrollment of new students.The school closed permanently on March 8, 2019, with 650 students unable to finish the winter quarter. Students were forced to retrieve paper copies of their documents during the last day and were offered scholarships and classes from other nearby universities, including Seattle Pacific University.

The Real World: Seattle is the seventh season of MTV's reality television series The Real World, which focuses on a group of diverse strangers living together for several months in a different city each season, as cameras follow their lives and interpersonal relationships. It is the third season of The Real World to be filmed in the Pacific States region, specifically in Washington and is also the first season to be filmed in the Pacific Northwest. The season featured seven people who lived on Pier 70 of Seattle, Washington's Elliott Bay. The season premiered on June 16, 1998, and consisted of 20 episodes. It is the first of two seasons to be filmed in Seattle. Eighteen years later, the show returned to the city in its thirty-second season. It is notable for an incident in which cast member Stephen Williams slapped Irene McGee as she moved out of the house, which is cited as one of the series' memorable moments by Time magazine.

Father and Son is an outdoor 2005 fountain and sculpture by Louise Bourgeois, installed at Olympic Sculpture Park in Seattle, Washington. It is made of stainless steel, aluminum, water and bronze (bell).

Eye Benches I, II and III is a 1996–1997 series of outdoor sculptures by Louise Bourgeois, installed at Olympic Sculpture Park in Seattle, Washington. The installation includes three sets of two functional benches. The sets are individually known as Eye Benches I, Eye Benches II, and Eye Benches III.

The Lundeberg Derby Monument, on First and Wall Street , is a part of a series of works in Seattle, Washington created to improve First Street in 1987 called the First Avenue Project. The statue was installed by Buster Simpson when the building behind it, the El Gaucho Inn, was still owned and occupied by the Sailor's union. The statue is dedicated to Harry Lundeberg, a key figure in the Sailor's Union Strike of 1886. Lundeberg created the sub/Union cap that was later known as the "Lundeberg Stetson".The statue's pillars stand roughly three feet high, atop the northernmost pillar is a derby cap, worn by members of the Sailors Union. The pillars were salvaged by Jack Mackie and Buster Simpson from a quarry just before it went bankrupt, the two of the artists involved in First Avenue Project.

Neukom Vivarium is a 2006 mixed media installation by American artist Mark Dion, located at Olympic Sculpture Park in Seattle, Washington, United States. The work features a 60-foot (18 m) Western hemlock that fell outside of Seattle in 1996, acting as a nurse log within an 80-foot (24 m) greenhouse. According to the Seattle Art Museum, which operates the park, the tree "inhabits an art system" consisting of bacteria, fungi, insects, lichen and plants. The installation supplies magnifying glasses to visitors wanting a closer inspection; they are provided field guides in the form of tiles. The installation was donated by Bill and Sally Neukom, American Express Company, Seattle Garden Club, Mark Torrance Foundation and Committee of 33, in honor of the Seattle Art Museum's 75th anniversary. It was Dion's first permanent public work of art in the United States. The architect for the structure was Owen Richards Architects.

Stinger is an outdoor 1967–1968/1999 painted steel sculpture by Tony Smith, installed at Olympic Sculpture Park in the neighborhood of Belltown in Seattle, Washington. It was installed there after being donated by his family.It is attributed to Tony Smith although it was made 19 years after his death. This is because the original sculpture was finished in 1968 and was made of plywood, but Smith wanted it to be made of steel.It was originally called One Gate, but renamed as Stinger after the cocktail that was trending at the time of its creation.

Split is an outdoor 2003 stainless steel sculpture by Roxy Paine, installed at Olympic Sculpture Park in the neighborhood of Belltown in Seattle, Washington.

Seattle General Hospital and School for Nurses was a hospital and nursing school in the U.S. state of Washington. It was located at 909 Fifth Avenue in Seattle. The hospital was originally established in 1895 and reopened in a new building in 1900. In 1980, it merged with Swedish Medical Center.
