Dubai Festival City Mall is a shopping mall in Dubai Festival City, on Dubai Creek in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). It was originally opened in 2007, but expanded in 2017. The mall includes IKEA (the first in the UAE), Carrefour (formerly a HyperPanda supermarket, the first hypermarket outside Saudi Arabia), Ace Hardware, and the Robinsons Department Store from Singapore, opened in March 2017. The mall fronts onto a former marina, now called Festival Bay and used for regular nighttime "IMAGINE" sound and light fountain displays. There is an Abra boat service across Dubai Creek between the Dubai Festival City Mall and the Al Jaddaf Marine Station, close to the Dubai Creek metro station on the green Line of the Dubai Metro. This is operated by the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).Attached to the mall are a InterContinental hotel (the InterContinental Dubai Festival City), a Crowne Plaza hotel, and a Holiday Inn hotel. The mall is close to Dubai International Airport. On the opposite bank of the Dubai Creek is the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library. The Khalifa Tower can be seen in the distance.

Dubai Festival City (Arabic: دبي فستيفال سيتي) is a large residential, business and entertainment development in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, owned by Al-Futtaim Group. InterContinental Dubai Festival City is a luxury five-star hotel in Dubai Festival City, United Arab Emirates, operated by IHG Hotels & Resorts. It is located on the Dubai Creek, adjoining the Dubai Festival City Mall, opposite the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library, with the Burj Khalifa behind in the distance. It is also close to Dubai International Airport. Construction of the hotel started in 2005 and it was completed by 2007. The architect of the hotel was 3D/International.The structure of the hotel is based on that of sailboats, with a curved facade facing the Dubai Creek, providing a panoramic view of Dubai. The hotel is used for both business and leisure. The hotel has 34 storeys. It features dining by the three-Michelin-starred chef Pierre Gagnaire. A glass-bottomed swimming pool protrudes from the building. The hotel is one of several IHG hotels in Dubai Festival City. It adjoins a Crowne Plaza hotel. Close to the hotel is the InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival City. The front hotel facade is lit with coloured animated LED lighting at night. An evening laser light show with computer-controlled fountains in the former marina next to the hotel and mall includes projections onto the side facade of the hotel. An abra ferry service runs across the Dubai Creek during the day from outside the hotel to Al Jaddaf Marine Transport Station, linked to Creek metro station on the Green Line of the Dubai Metro.

The 13 lane Business Bay Crossing (In Arabic: معبر الخليج التجاري; also known as the Ras Al Khor Bridge (جسر راس الخور)) is one of the most recent bridges across Dubai Creek and was opened to traffic in June 2007. Six lanes travel from Deira to Bur Dubai while seven go from Bur Dubai to Deira. The Business Bay Crossing is located some 1.5 km South of Al Garhoud Bridge near Dubai Festival City and provides a new road corridor to motorists travelling between Bur Dubai and Deira and to Sharjah, in addition to Emirates Road and Sheikh Zayed Road. The bridge cost 800 million dirhams and has a capacity of 26,000 vehicles per hour. The bridge is 1.6 kilometres (0.99 mi) long, and has a maritime channel with a width of 60 m (196.850 ft) and a height of 15 m (49.213 ft). The bridge was built by BESIX, a company which made some major bridges in Dubai.

Palazzo Versace Dubai is a hotel and resort completed in Culture Village on the foreshore of Dubai Creek in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

D1 Tower is one of the main residential skyscrapers in Culture Village with a height of 284 metres (932 ft.). This 78 floor building has 526 units which include studio apartments, 1 bedroom apartments, 2 bedroom apartments, 3 bedroom apartments, 4 bedroom apartments, and 5 bedroom apartments, and 6 bedroom penthouses housed on high floors of the building. D1 Tower was developed by Enshaa who had purchased it from Emirates Sunland Group. The tower was developed in a joint project by Dubai Properties Group and Emirates Sunland Group. Holford Associates is the architectural firm that developed the framework for this building. D1 construction started in 2007 and it was ready for handover in 2015. D1 Tower at Jaddaf Waterfront has 231st position amongst the tallest buildings in the world. and Regionally, it ranks at 45th place amongst the tallest building in the Middle East. D1 Tower is adjacent to the Palazzo Versace Dubai.

The Culture Village (aka Jaddaf Waterfront) is a multi-purpose development project located in Al Jaddaf, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, along the shoreline of the Dubai Creek on a 40,000,000-square-foot (3,700,000 m2) plot of land. When completed the village will include a harbour, cultural and exhibition centres, and dockside development. The centrepiece of this project is Palazzo Versace Dubai, the world's second after Palazzo Versace of Queensland, Australia.

Dubai Creek Tower (Arabic: برج خور دبي) is a supported observation tower to be built in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The preliminary cost of the tower is AED 3.67 billion (US$1 billion). It was expected to be completed in 2022 at the earliest, but the completion date is unknown since, as of now, the tower is on hold because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The tower was initially known as The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour. The final height has not been disclosed, but project developer Emaar officially talks about a minimum height of at least 1,300 metres (4,300 ft), which will surpass the height of Burj Khalifa, Dubai's tallest skyscraper, and its arch-rival, the 1,000 metres (3,300 ft) Kingdom Tower in Saudi Arabia. Upon completion, it will become the tallest supported tower in the world.

Al Jadaf (aka Al Jaddaf, Arabic: الجداف) is a rapid transit station on the Green Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE. It serves as the penultimate station before the western terminus of the line.The station opened on 1 March 2014 as part of an extension to the Green Line. It is close to the Jaddaf Waterfront.

Al Jaddaf (Arabic: الجداف), also spelled Al Jadaf, is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located in western Dubai in Bur Dubai, Al Jaddaf is bordered to the north and east by the Dubai Creek, to the south by Zabeel, and to the west by Umm Hurair 2. Historically, Al Jaddaf, which literally means The Rower, was used as a dhow building area and is also the location of the Dubai Ship Docking Yard (Jadaf). Its shipyards are today are a site for the building and maintenance of these traditional boats, and Dubai Maritime City is also a site where dhow boats are repaired. Al Jaddaf also houses the sports grounds and facilities of Al Wasl FC and Dubai Officers Club. Another important landmark is Al Wasl hospital – now named as Latifa hospital.New developments in the area include Dubai Culture Village (aka Jaddaf Waterfront), a zoned community dedicated to visual, performing and literary arts, and the second phase of Dubai Healthcare City. This area is still developing into a hotel hub with up to five hotels at present in construction and three hotels built, namely Marriott Al Jadaf, Reflection Hotel Apartments and Arabian Park Hotel. The area is also being developed as a residential location, with more than three residential apartments.Al Jaddaf has two metro stations, Creek (near the Al Jaddaf Marine Station on Dubai Creek) and Al Jadaf station, both on the Green Line of the Dubai Metro, which is controlled by the Dubai Road and Transport Authority (RTA). As of 2017, there is a large dhow being constructed in the area, intended to break the world record for size currently held by Kuwait.Also located on Dubai Creek is the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library.

Police Officers Club Stadium (Arabic: ملعب نادي ضباط الشرطة), or Dubai Municipal Stadium, is a multi-use stadium in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The stadium holds 7,500 people, and is used mostly for football matches.

Al Garhoud Bridge (in Arabic: جسر القرهود) is one of three road bridges over Dubai Creek, and one of five crossings, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Al Garhoud Bridge forms the eastern end of the road toll (called Salik) that went into effect on 1 July 2007. Since the beginning of Salik, Al Garhoud Bridge has seen low amounts of traffic for Dubai.
