House at 461 Spruce Lake Road is a historic home located in Summit, Schoharie County, New York. It was built about 1850, and is a two-story, double pile, front-gable form vernacular Greek Revival style dwelling with a one-story, single pile, side wing. The main block and most of side wing is board-wall construction consisting of horizontally-stacked hemlock planks. The front facade features corner pilasters and a moulded projecting cornice.: 5 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.

Also on the property are the contributing family cemetery with burials dated from 1812 to 1873, garage (c. 1840s), workshop (c. 1840s), and barn (1840s).: 5–8 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.

The mill rests on a stone basement story, built into the steep bank of Bear Gulch, a tributary of Cobleskill Creek. Located adjacent is the mill pond.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

It was founded in 1850 with Alonzo Flack as the principal.One of the school buildings was destroyed by fire in 1856, but the school continued through the purchase and renovation of a hotel.
