Richmondville is a village in Schoharie County, New York, United States. The population was 918 at the 2010 census. The Village of Richmondville is in the center of the Town of Richmondville and is northeast of Oneonta.

Richmondville United Methodist Church is a historic United Methodist church at 266 Main Street in Richmondville, Schoharie County, New York. It is a nearly square building with an engaged entrance / bell tower built about 1900. The two story, gable and hipped roof, wood frame parsonage was built in 1893.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

Bunn–Tillapaugh Feed Mill is a historic feed mill located at Richmondville in Schoharie County, New York. The main portion of the mill building is a 40 foot by 60 foot, rectangular, four story heavy timber-framed building sheathed in narrow clapboard siding. The mill rests on a stone basement story, built into the steep bank of Bear Gulch, a tributary of Cobleskill Creek. Located adjacent is the mill pond.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

Terpenning–Johnson House and Cemetery is a historic home and family cemetery located at Brooker Hollow, Schoharie County, New York, United States. The main block was built about 1845, and is a two-story, five-bay, dwelling with a 1+1⁄2-story side wing built about 1810. Both sections have gable roofs rest on a stone foundation. Also on the property are the contributing family cemetery with burials dated from 1812 to 1873, garage (c. 1840s), workshop (c. 1840s), and barn (1840s).: 5–8 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.

Branded on air as "Radio Cobleskill," the station was awarded its license in January 2014 and first began broadcasting on October 16, 2016, featuring a music-intensive adult hits/hot adult contemporary format, as well as locally produced and syndicated specialty music and public affairs programming. As an LPFM station, it operated on a non-commercial basis, as per the terms of its license.The station was owned and operated by Dialogos of Cobleskill, Incorporated, a non-profit organization based in Cobleskill which produces radio programming and podcasts, including Dialogos Radio. The station operated with an effective radiated power (ERP) of 100 watts from the WUCB-LD tower on Route 7 in Richmondville, New York, covering Cobleskill, Richmondville, and the surrounding communities. The station went off the air on February 29, 2020 and turned in its license to the FCC on September 29, 2020.

Summit is a town in Schoharie County, New York, United States. The population was 1,123 at the time of the 2000 census. The name is derived from a peak (Mt. Wharton) that was thought to be the highest elevation in the county. The Town of Summit is on the western border of the county and is northeast of Oneonta.

House at 461 Spruce Lake Road is a historic home located in Summit, Schoharie County, New York. It was built about 1850, and is a two-story, double pile, front-gable form vernacular Greek Revival style dwelling with a one-story, single pile, side wing. The main block and most of side wing is board-wall construction consisting of horizontally-stacked hemlock planks. The front facade features corner pilasters and a moulded projecting cornice.: 5 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015.

Warnerville is a hamlet in Schoharie County, New York, United States. Located along State Route 7 between Cobleskill and Richmondville, it is the municipality containing the majority of the sites of the Battle of Cobleskill. On June 10, 1778, after receiving reliable reports of May's Cobleskill Massacre, the Board of War of the Continental Congress concluded that a major Indian war was in the offing. This would result in the funding from the Continental Congress and orders of General George Washington that launched the punitive 1779 Sullivan Expedition, which burned at least 40 Amerindian towns and villages whilst capturing or destroying great stores of foods. Warnerville is today the site of the Cobleskill/Richmondville High School and has a post office with the ZIP Code of 12187.

The State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill (SUNY Cobleskill) is a public college in Cobleskill, New York. It is part of the State University of New York (SUNY) system. It began as the Schoharie State School of Agriculture in 1911 and joined the SUNY system in 1916. SUNY Cobleskill is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and the New York State Education Department registers all academic programs.

C-RCS or Cobleskill–Richmondville Central School District is a Public (government funded) school district in Schoharie County, New York. The district was formed in 1993 by the combination of the Richmondville Central School District and the Cobleskill Central School District. It consists of four schools: the Cobleskill Richmondville High School, the William H. Golding Middle School, the George D. Ryder Elementary School, and the Joseph B. Radez Elementary School. The current superintendent is Matthew Sickles.
