Tulane University Law School

The A. B. Freeman School of Business is the business school of Tulane University, located in New Orleans, in the U.S. state of Louisiana. The school offers undergraduate programs, a full-time MBA program and other master's programs, a doctoral program, and executive education. It was a charter member of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business in 1916. The school was named in honor of A. B. Freeman, a former chairman of the Louisiana Coca-Cola Bottling Co. and a prominent New Orleans philanthropist. The school is known in the finance community as the publisher of Burkenroad Reports. The school's main location, in the center of Tulane's Uptown New Orleans campus, is across a pedestrian thoroughfare (McAlister Place) from the university's student center.

H. Sophie Newcomb Memorial College, or Newcomb College, was the coordinate women's college of Tulane University located in New Orleans, in the U.S. state of Louisiana. It was founded by Josephine Louise Newcomb in 1886 in memory of her daughter. Newcomb was the first women's coordinate college within a United States university. This model was later used in partnerships such as Pembroke College at Brown University and Barnard College at Columbia University.

The Tulane School of Architecture is the architecture school at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. The school has a student body of approximately 442 students. The school is home to 5 academic programs (Architecture, Design, Historic Preservation, Real Estate Development, and Social Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship), which offer a total of 8 different undergraduate and graduate degrees and 5 undergraduate minors and 3 graduate certificates - many of which can be combined with other academic programs at Tulane University. Loyola University Stadium was a multi-purpose stadium in New Orleans. It was home to the Loyola University Wolf Pack football team and track and field team. The stadium opened in 1928.The stadium was a double-decker stadium with a track surrounding the grass playing field. It was located on Freret Street at Calhoun Street between Bobet Hall and the gymnasium. It hosted the first collegiate night game in the southern United States.The stadium also hosted high school football games.

Audubon Park (historically French: Plantation de Boré) is a municipal park located in the Uptown neighborhood of New Orleans, Louisiana, in the United States. It is approximately 350 acres. The park is approximately six miles to the west of the city center of New Orleans and sits on land that was purchased by the city in 1871. It is bordered on one side by the Mississippi River and on the other by St. Charles Avenue, directly across from Loyola University and Tulane University. The park is named in honor of artist and naturalist John James Audubon, who began living in New Orleans in 1821.

Loyola University New Orleans is a private Jesuit university in New Orleans, Louisiana. Originally established as Loyola College in 1904, the institution was chartered as a university in 1912. It bears the name of the Jesuit founder, Saint Ignatius of Loyola, and is a member of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities.

Audubon Place is a privately gated street in New Orleans, adjacent to Tulane University, and across St. Charles Avenue from Audubon Park. It was developed starting in the 1890s as an exclusive luxury development where only homes above a certain size and price could be constructed. As of 2009, Audubon Place homes typically cost around US $5 million. A guardhouse sits at the entrance to the street, with entrance restricted to those on a pre-approved list. Following the 2005 Hurricane Katrina-related levee breach, Blackwater security personnel were helicoptered to Audubon Place to protect property; flood waters did not inundate the street, because the street is above sea level. Audubon Place is immediately across from Audubon Park. The street lies within the 70118 ZIP code. Among recent residents of Audubon Place was Tom Benson, who owned the city's NFL and NBA teams, the Saints and Pelicans, when he died in 2018. The president of Tulane University lives on the street in a mansion donated to the university by Sam Zemurray, one-time head of United Fruit, predecessor to today's Chiquita.Audubon Place is not to be confused with Audubon Street or Audubon Boulevard, both of which are also in the neighborhood surrounding Tulane University and Audubon Park. All of the streets are named after John James Audubon, naturalist and long-time New Orleans resident.

Audubon is a neighborhood of the city of New Orleans. A subdistrict of the Uptown/Carrollton Area, its boundaries as defined by the New Orleans City Planning Commission are: South Claiborne Avenue to the north, Jefferson Avenue to the east, the Mississippi River and Magazine Street to the south, and Lowerline Street to the west. The name Audubon comes from Audubon Park, one of the largest parks in the city, which is located in the southern portion of the district. The area is also known as the "University District," as it is also home of Tulane and Loyola Universities, as well as the former St. Mary’s Dominican College (now a satellite campus of Loyola), and Newcomb College (now part of Tulane). The Audubon neighborhood was also the home of the original campus of Leland University. The section of the neighborhood upriver from Audubon Park incorporates what was the town of Greenville, Louisiana until it was annexed to New Orleans in the 19th century; locals still sometimes call that area "Greenville".

The Tulane University School of Science and Engineering (SSE) was established in the fall of 2005 as part of the Tulane Renewal Plan, when the Faculty of the Liberal Arts and Sciences and the School of Engineering were reorganized into two schools, the School of Science and Engineering and the School of Liberal Arts. Engineering at Tulane University dates back to 1894 when the university organized the College of Technology, which later became the School of Engineering.

Temple Sinai is a historic Reform Jewish congregation and synagogue located at 6227 St. Charles Avenue in New Orleans, Louisiana, in the United States. It is Louisiana's largest Jewish congregation, and its oldest Reform congregation.

The James H. Dillard House is a historic house at 571 Audubon Street in New Orleans, Louisiana. Built in the 19th century, it was from 1894 to 1913 the residence of James H. Dillard (1856–1940), a leading white educator of African-Americans across the American South during a period of difficult race relations. It was declared a National Historic Landmark on December 2, 1974.
