El Camino Hospital is a non-profit hospital with 420 beds (Mountain View Main Campus) based on a 41-acre (17 ha) campus in Mountain View, California. Since September 2017, the CEO has been Dan Woods. The Chief Operating Officer has been James D. The hospital opened in 1961 following a successful ballot initiative in 1956 to establish the tax district and fund the construction of the hospital with $7.3 million in bonds. In 2009 it bought the former Community Hospital of Los Gatos and renamed it El Camino Hospital Los Gatos. Land was acquired in 2016 for a campus in San Jose.El Camino Hospital has several times been designated a nursing magnet hospital by the American Nursing Credentialing Center. Specialties include cardiac care, dialysis, cancer care, maternal child health services, orthopedics, neurosurgery and behavioral health. U.S. News ranked the hospital #25 (out of 428 hospitals) for Best Hospitals in California.

Catholic Academy of Sunnyvale is a Roman Catholic elementary school operated by Drexel Schools of the Diocese of San Jose's Department of Education San Jose, California. It has approximately 200 + students, from kindergarten to eighth grade. The last principal was Diane Rabago, but is now being managed by Susan Morissey since 2015. The school consolidated St. Cyprian School with St. Martin School in Sunnyvale, CA to form the Catholic Academy of Sunnyvale.

Evelyn station is a former VTA Light Rail station located in Mountain View, California. The station platform was on the then-single-track section east of the Downtown Mountain View light rail station. It was accessed via a pedestrian tunnel under the Caltrain tracks from Evelyn Avenue at the intersection with Pioneer Way. The station was closed in 2015 to permit double-tracking of the line.

Homestead High School is a four-year public high school serving western Sunnyvale, southern Los Altos, and northwestern Cupertino, in Santa Clara County, California. Sunnyvale () is a city located in the Santa Clara Valley in northwest Santa Clara County, California. Sunnyvale was also the home to Onizuka Air Force Station, often referred to as "the Blue Cube" due to the color and shape of its windowless main building. The facility, previously known as Sunnyvale Air Force Station, was named for the deceased Space Shuttle Challenger astronaut Ellison Onizuka. It served as an artificial satellite control facility of the U.S. military until August 2010 and has since been decommissioned and demolished. Sunnyvale is one of the few U.S. cities to have a single unified Department of Public Safety, where all personnel are trained as firefighters, police officers, and EMTs, so that they can respond to an emergency in any of the three roles. Library services for the city are provided by the Sunnyvale Public Library, located at the Sunnyvale Civic Center.

Saint Joseph Parish in Mountain View, California, is a parish in the Roman Catholic Church. The parish and its church are located in Mountain View in the state of California, under the jurisdiction of the Roman Catholic Diocese of San Jose in California and its bishop. It is named after Saint Joseph, husband of Mary, the mother of Jesus; for whom the diocese and the nearby city of San Jose are also named. The parish church is located on Hope Street, having been in continuous service since its initial building in 1905. The parish school, St. Joseph Catholic School, is located on Miramonte Avenue, and is an elementary school for children from kindergarten through eighth grade.
