Löhnberg is a municipality north of Weilburg in Limburg-Weilburg district in Hesse, Germany.

Weilburg is a station in the town of Weilburg in the German state of Hesse on the Lahn Valley Railway (Lahntalbahn). The Weil Valley Railway (Weiltalbahn) branched off towards Weilmünster immediately after the station from 1890 to 1988.

Weilburger Schlosskonzerte (Weilburg schloss concerts) is the name of an annual summer music festival held in and around Schloss Weilburg in Weilburg, Hesse, Germany. The festival of regional importance was founded in 1972 and presents around 40 concerts of classical music in June and July. They are held open air in the Renaissancehof (Renaissance court), in the adjacent church Schlosskirche, the upper and lower Orangerie and in the Alte Hofstube, a historic room in the schloss. Hans Koppenburg (1932–2013). a conductor from Frankfurt, was artistic director from 1972 to 1978, succeeded by Karl Rarich in 1980. The present director is Stephan Schreckenberger, who has shaped the program from 2011. The festival collaborates with Hessischer Rundfunk (hr), the public broadcaster of Hesse. Some of the concerts are aired throughout Europe. The hr-Sinfonieorchester and the hr-Bigband perform regularly at the festival.

Schloss Weilburg (Weilburg Palace) is a Baroque schloss in Weilburg, Hesse, Germany. It is located on a spur above the river Lahn and occupies about half of the area of the Old Town of Weilburg. It contains the Hochschloss ("High Palace"), built between 1530 and 1572, which is one of the best-preserved Renaissance palaces in Hesse. In the 1700s, the palace was expanded by John Ernst, Count of Nassau-Weilburg, and his builder, Julius Ludwig Rothweil. The buildings and gardens now belong to the Verwaltung der Staatlichen Schlösser und Gärten Hessen, and they can be visited as a museum on guided tours. Parts of the palace are venues for the music festival Weilburger Schlosskonzerte, which is named after the palace.

The Weil (German pronunciation: [vaɪ̯l] ) is 46.6-kilometre-long (29.0 mi) river in Hesse, Germany. It is a left tributary to the Lahn river and the town of Weilburg is located next to its mouth. The river flows exclusively through the Taunus mountain range with its source being located between the Kleiner Feldberg and Großer Feldberg mountains. It flows through Schmitten, Weilrod and Weilmünster. A hiking trail as well as a biking trail follow the course of the river.

Weilburg is, with just under 13,000 inhabitants, the third biggest town in Limburg-Weilburg district in Hesse, Germany, after Limburg an der Lahn and Bad Camberg.

Essershausen is a village (Ortsteil) of the municipality of Weilmünster in the district of Limburg-Weilburg in central Hesse. It has around 200 inhabitants (2021).

Leun/Braunfels is a heritage-listed station in the district of Lahnbahnhof in the town of Leun in the German state of Hesse. It is in the network of the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (RMV) and is located on the Lahn Valley Railway (Lahntalbahn). Directly next to the entrance building was the Braunfels terminus of the Ernst Railway (Ernstbahn) to Philippstein of which only a few remains are visible. It operated from 1875 to 1962.

Laimbach is a village (Ortsteil) of the municipality of Weilmünster in the district of Limburg-Weilburg in central Hesse. It has around 230 inhabitants (2021).

Ernsthausen is a village (Ortsteil) of the municipality of Weilmünster in the district of Limburg-Weilburg in central Hesse. It has around 600 inhabitants (2021).

The Ernsthausen Church is a protestant church building in Ernsthausen, a village of the municipality of Weilmünster in the Limburg-Weilburg district (Hesse). The church belongs to the parish of Weilmünster II in the deanery on the Lahn of the Protestant Church in Hesse and Nassau. It is a protected cultural heritage site in Hesse, listed by the Landesamt für Denkmalpflege Hessen.
