Palma Arena

The Urban Forest of Palma (in catalan, Bosc Urbà de Palma; in spanish, Bosque Urbano de Palma) is an urban park planned in 2015 and under construction since 2018. It is located in Palma (Balearic Islands, Spain), in the space occupied by two sports facilities now in disuse, the Canódromo Balear and Tirador, in Es Fortí neighborhood. The first phase was completed in July 2022 and the second is expected to be carried out between 2026 and 2028.

Canódromo Balear is a sports venue in Palma (Balearic Islands, Spain) originally dedicated to greyhound racing. It was built in 1932 on private initiative and operated until 1999, when it fell unused and abandoned. It is currently municipally owned and has been converted into a green area as part of Palma Urban Forest.

Visit Mallorca Stadium is a football stadium located in Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain, and serves as the home ground of RCD Mallorca. It is the largest stadium in the Balearic Islands and the 26th largest in Spain. The stadium was renamed during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic in a conjoined effort with Consell de Mallorca, and other public entities to reactivate tourist activities on the island, its main resource. The stadium is located in the Can Valero industrial zone in north-west Palma, 3 km from the city center and 13 km from the airport. It can be seen from the Vía de Cintura, Palma's urban motorway. Previously known as the Son Moix Stadium (Catalan: Estadi de Son Moix, Spanish: Estadio de Son Moix), the Iberostar Stadium (Catalan: Iberostar Estadi) and the Ono Estadi, the stadium was built for the 1999 Summer Universiade. In 1999, RCD Mallorca obtained an agreement with the city council to use it for the next 50 years, replacing their previous stadium, Estadio Lluís Sitjar. The stadium can hold 23,142 spectators, making it the biggest stadium in the Balearic Islands. It has a bowl shape design with two of the stands having two tiers. The stadium was designed to allow for further development of both ends, eventually creating a fully two-tiered stadium with a capacity of over 40,000. These plans now look unlikely as further detailed below. A small temporary stand is sometimes erected on the athletics track; this can be removed for athletics events.

Palma Intermodal Station (Catalan: Estació Intermodal) is the main railway station of Palma on the island of Majorca, Spain. It is located at the Plaça d'Espanya in the centre of the city and is also known as Palma Plaça d'Espanya.

The Majorca rail network consists of three separate electrified lines, which radiate north and east from Palma de Mallorca, the major city on the Spanish island of Majorca. Services on the main line and metro both originate/terminate at the Estació Intermodal/Plaça d'Espanya station (Palma Intermodal Station), which opened in 2007. This vast subterranean terminus is also served by the island's extensive inter-urban bus network. Services on the tourist railway from Sóller terminate at the adjacent surface level station on Carrer Eusebi Estada.

The Palma Metro (Catalan: Metro de Palma, Spanish: Metro de Palma [de Mallorca]) is a light metro system in Palma, Majorca, Spain. The initial line of the system, M1, is 7.2 kilometres (4.5 mi) long and has nine stations. It was constructed between 2005 and 2007 at cost of 312 million euros and opened for service on 25 April 2007. In March 2013, an existing 8.35-kilometre (5.2 mi) rail line with nine stations was incorporated into metro system as the M2 line. In 2016, the Palma Metro carried 1.2 million passengers, an average of 3,288 per day.

Es Baluard Museu d’Art Modern i Contemporani de Palma, located in Palma and inaugurated on 30 January 2004, has a reserve of more than 700 works of art linked to artists from the Balearic Islands and/or of international renown. As well as conserving and publicising its collection, Es Baluard runs a programme of temporary exhibitions, cultural activities and educational and training cycles. The main artists and movements related to the Balearic Islands form a body which took shape after the initial presentation of the collection which was made in the year the museum opened. Since then, the original nucleus of the museum’s reserves – made up of donations and the deposit of works by the Art Serra Foundation (Fundació d’Art Serra), as well as works deposited by Palma City Council (Ajuntament de Palma), the Council of Mallorca (Consell de Mallorca) and the Government of the Balearic Islands (Govern de les Illes Balears) – has been added to as a result of the introduction of further works that have been acquired, donated and temporarily ceded by artists, collectors and entities.

The Monument to Antonio Maura is an instance of public art in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. Designed by Mariano Benlliure, it consists of a sculptural ensemble dedicated to Antonio Maura.

Jacint Verdaguer is an underground station of Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca (SFM) and Palma Metro in Palma on the island of Majorca, Spain. The station is located under Jacint Verdaguer Street between Jaume Balmes Street and Plaça de Santa Elisabet. There are two island platforms, one for each service.

The Cort Library is a center for culture, information, entertainment, and free time in Palma de Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain. It is the oldest of Palma's local libraries, and it is located inside Palma's town council building, in Cort square, 1. At present, it is part of the Bibliopalma library network. Its collection can be consulted online through the Bibliographic Catalogue of the Balearic Islands. The library also organises regular exhibitions, presentations, conferences, and reading clubs.

The Parliament of the Balearic Islands (Catalan: Parlament de les Illes Balears) is the unicameral autonomous parliament of the Balearic Islands, one of the autonomous communities of Spain. The Parliament, composed of 59 elected seats, is located in the city of Palma, on the island of Majorca.

The Royal Palace of La Almudaina (Catalan: Palau Reial de l'Almudaina, pronounced [pə'law rə'jal də ləlmu'ðajnə]) is the Alcázar (fortified palace) of Palma, the capital city of the Island of Majorca, Spain.
