The Adath Jeshurun of Jassy Synagogue is a now defunct synagogue built in 1904 on Rivington Street near Eldridge Street on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, New York City. In 1912, a group of Polish Jews from Warsaw acquired the building and renamed it Erste Warshawer Synagogue.The style is Moorish Revival by architect Emery Roth.

Rivington House (45 Rivington Street) is a building located at Rivington Street and Forsythe Street in the Lower East Side of Manhattan in New York City. It was originally constructed as an elementary school known as Public School 20 in 1898, and then operated as a vocational school beginning in 1942. In the 1990s, the building was purchased by Village Nursing Home (later VillageCare) and was converted into a specialty nursing home for patients with HIV/AIDS. The building gained media attention in 2015 when it was planned to lift the deed restriction on the building, allowing it to be transformed into a residential or commercial property. When the building was ultimately sold for $116 million, Mayor Bill de Blasio drew criticism for straying from his policy to increase affordable housing in the city. The building was eventually reclassified and sold to China Vanke Co., Adam America Real Estate, and Slate Property Group for residential development.

Rivington Street was a local station on the demolished IRT Second Avenue Line in Manhattan, New York City. It had two levels. The lower level had two tracks and two side platforms while the upper level had one track that served the express trains. The next stop to the north was First Street. The next stop to the south was Grand Street. The station closed on June 13, 1942.

Ichimura at Uchū was a Japanese omakase restaurant located on Eldridge Street on the Lower East Side of Manhattan in New York City which received 2 Michelin Stars in 2019. The restaurant was a traditional, or edomae style, omakase with 21 courses for $300. The restaurant was run by Tokyo-trained Eiji Ichimura and was the front space within Bar Uchū, another 1 Michelin star restaurant; as well as at the previous closed 1-star Ichimura at Brushstroke. The chef afterwards moved to establish another restaurant Sushi Ichimura which has since also received 1 Michelin star. The restaurant, along with Uchu, closed in 2021 due to rent increases having maintained their 2-star status each year before closing.

FusionArts Museum(s), first founded at 57 Stanton Street on Manhattan's Lower East Side are a series of curated exhibition spaces dedicated to the exhibition and archiving of "fusion art". The museum was and remains at its successive locations a not-for-profit gallery operated by Converging Arts Media Organization, a not-for-profit arts organization which promotes emerging American and international fusion artists. Though the initial space in Manhattan was converted into a commercial art gallery in 2012 and is currently not operating as a Fusionarts museum, other spaces in Prague, Czech, Republic and Easton, Pennsylvania are.

Envoy Enterprises (stylized as envoy) was a contemporary art gallery located in the Lower East Side neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. Envoy Enterprises was founded by Jimi Dams in 2005 and was the first gallery to abandon its prime location in Chelsea for the Lower East Side in 2007.Artists represented here included Gary Indiana, Michael Lazarus, Narcissister, and Alex Rose. Aside from the exhibitions in its gallery space, Envoy Enterprises featured video and performance artists as well as emerging bands both in the gallery and previously at Home Sweet Home, which was located at their 131 Chrystie Street location. Envoy Enterprises relocated to 87 Rivington Street in Manhattan's Lower East Side in 2012. Envoy Enterprises showcased two different kinds of exhibitions: one extended show for represented artists that changed every six weeks and a "One Day At A Time" exhibition that presented emerging, unrepresented artists on a daily basis. Dams announced that the gallery would close in August 2017.
