Evergreen Burial Park is a cemetery located at 1307 Summit Avenue, SW in the Raleigh Court neighborhood of Roanoke, Virginia. The cemetery began in 1916 in what was then Roanoke County.The cemetery was designed by the Hare and Hare design firm of Kansas City, Missouri. There were nearly 25,000 burials in the 54-acre (220,000 m2) cemetery by late 2011. A walking tour is available highlighting some of the more interesting individuals and stories of the social history of Roanoke.

The Colony House Motor Lodge is a historic motel in Roanoke, Virginia. The motor lodge was built in 1959 in the Googie style and located on a main thoroughfare in what at the time was the outskirts of the city, making it a notable example of mid-20th century trends in design, travel, and lodging. The property consists of two buildings of guest rooms, an office and porte-cochere, and a swimming pool. Despite the changing character of its setting and national lodging trends, the motel remained in business until closing in 2018. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2023, and as of 2023 was being renovated for use as a boutique hotel.

Roanoke Valley Governor's School for Science and Technology (RVGS) is a Governor's School in Grandin Court, Roanoke, Virginia, United States. RVGS is a magnet school with students from the Roanoke Valley and Roanoke Metropolitan Statistical Area districts. The Roanoke Valley Governor's School for Science and Technology was established in 1985 as one of the original five Academic Year Governor's Schools (AYGS) in Virginia. As an AYGS program, RVGS receives funding from the participating school divisions and the state. The school is a regional program, operated and governed by the RVGS Regional Board populated by one member of each participating division's local School Boards.

Apartment Building on Windsor Avenue and Brunswick St., also known as the Windsor Avenue Apartment Building, is a historic apartment building located in the Raleigh Court neighborhood of Roanoke, Virginia. It was built in 1928, and is a two-story, U-shaped Tudor Revival style apartment building constructed of stone, brick, half timbering, and stucco. The building enclosed a courtyard plaza with stone paved sidewalks, stone walls (2 contributing structures), historic post lights and two decorative pools with waterfall (2 contributing objects). Also on the property is a contributing detached garage.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2010.

Raleigh Court is a Roanoke, Virginia neighborhood located in southwest Roanoke along U.S. 11 (Memorial Avenue/Grandin Road). It borders the neighborhoods of Greater Deyerle on the west, Wasena on the east, Cherry Hill, Mountain View and Norwich on the north and Franklin-Colonial and Grandin Court on the south. Today the neighborhood is accessed from the downtown areas via the Memorial Bridge across the Roanoke River. As of the 2000 U.S. Census, Raleigh Court has a population of 11,200 residents.

Centered at the intersection of Memorial Avenue and Grandin Road (US 11), Grandin Village hosts an array of independently owned retail and dining establishments. The district has been noted as one of Roanoke's best examples of a mixed-use urban village, and has been used as a local model for future mixed-use developments within the community.

The Roanoke Apartments, also known as the Terrace Apartments, is an apartment complex listed on the National Register of Historic Places located at 1402 Maiden Lane in the Raleigh Court neighborhood of the independent city of Roanoke, Virginia, U.S.A. Designed by James F. Mactier and constructed by Paul A. Wood, the complex features seven separate buildings, each with brick facades, and is Roanoke's best example of the streamline moderne style developed in the early 1950s. Today the complex is noted for its ethnic diversity with its residents representing a wide array of religious and ethnic groups.

It encompasses 574 contributing buildings, 1 contributing site, 3 contributing structures, and 3 contributing objects. It is a primarily residential district with single-family dwellings. Also in the district are a few commercial buildings, several industrial buildings, a park along the river and the Wasena Bridge.

The Coffee Pot is a historic roadhouse listed on the National Register of Historic Places located in the Grandin Court neighborhood of the independent city of Roanoke, Virginia, U.S.A. Completed in 1936, The Coffee Pot is an example of novelty architecture as its distinctive feature is that of a stucco coffee pot structure that is situated on the roof of the building. Today, this remains as the only active roadhouse located within the Roanoke Valley.
