Côte Bleue

Ensuès-la-Redonne (French pronunciation: [ɑ̃sɥɛs la ʁədɔn]; Occitan: En Suá la Redona) is a seaside commune in the Bouches-du-Rhône department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur region in Southern France. It is located on the Côte Bleue, 15 km (9.3 mi) west of Marseille, within the larger Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis. The commune was created in 1933 from parts of Châteauneuf-les-Martigues and Le Rove.

Carry-le-Rouet (French pronunciation: [kaʁi lə ʁwɛ]; Occitan: Carri lo Roet) or simply Carry is a commune in the Bouches-du-Rhône department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in Southern France. It is a seaside resort 30 kilometres (19 mi) west of Marseille, on the Côte Bleue, reached via motorway A55 then route D5, at the foot of pine-covered hills. It is part of the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis. Every February, Les Oursinades festival takes place, celebrating the consumption of sea urchins, various shellfish and other seafood.

Châteauneuf-les-Martigues (French: [ʃɑtonœf le maʁtiɡ]; Occitan: Castèunòu dau Martegue) is a commune in the Bouches-du-Rhône department in southern France. The La Mède refinery is nearby and has been in operation since 1935.

Le Rove (French pronunciation: [lə ʁɔv]; Occitan: Lo Rove) is a seaside commune in the Bouches-du-Rhône department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in Southern France.It is located on the Côte Bleue just northwest of Marseille, neighbouring its 16th arrondissement within the larger Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis. It consists of a main village at Le Rove which houses the town hall, as well as a variety of hamlets and other settlements. The Rove Tunnel, the world's longest canal tunnel at 7,120 metres (23,360 ft), has its southeastern entrance situated in Marseille near Le Rove, although a sizeable portion crosses the commune underground (from the Mediterranean towards the Étang de Berre), hence its name. It has been out of service since 1963. Georges Rosso, the mayor of Le Rove, is the oldest mayor of any French city, at 93 years of age.

Sausset-les-Pins (French pronunciation: ​[sosɛ le pɛ̃]; Occitan: Sausset dei Pins) or simply Sausset is a seaside commune in the Bouches-du-Rhône department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in Southern France. It is located on the Côte Bleue, just west of Carry-le-Rouet. It is part of the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis. In 2019, Sausset-les-Pins had a population of 7,581.

Gignac-la-Nerthe (French pronunciation: [ʒiɲak la nɛʁt]; Occitan: Ginhac) is a commune in the Bouches-du-Rhône department in southern France. It is located about 10 km north-north-west of Marseille and is primarily a residential community.

Marignane (French pronunciation: [maʁiɲan]; Occitan: Marinhana) is a commune in the Bouches-du-Rhône department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in southern France.

Marignane Gignac Côte Bleue Football Club, also known as Marignane GCB, Marignane Gignac CB, Marignane Gignac, or Marignane, is a French football club based in Marignane, Bouches-du-Rhône. Competing in the Championnat National, the third-tier of French football, the club plays its home matches at the Stade Saint-Exupéry.

The canton of Marignane is an administrative division of the Bouches-du-Rhône department, in southeastern France. At the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015, it was expanded from 2 to 7 communes. Saint-Victoret (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ viktɔʁɛ]; Occitan: Sant Victoret) is a commune in the Bouches-du-Rhône department in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region in southern France. It is located northwest of Marseille. Saint-Victoret is a small market town situated just next to Marignane, not far from the airport and just a few kilometres from the eastern shore of the Étang de Berre. If you take the secondary road D20 to Saint-Victoret, you first pass through the hamlet of Pas-des-Lanciers. Here you will find a small, lively district with a few shops and an SNCF railway station for the transport of goods and freight to the airport. In the roads parallel to the D20 there are some pretty little villas which were built before the airport. Two kilometres beyond Pas-des-Lanciers you will come to the centre of Saint Victoret. With its new housing blocks, roundabouts planted with flowers, a media library and a cultural centre, the heart of the village is well laid out and pleasantly floral. You may feel as though you have arrived in the new village of Saint Victoret, since everything looks so recent. Nevertheless, the village makes the most of what historic heritage there is, with several chapels, churches and pretty fountains. The history and life of Saint-Victoret are closely linked with the activities of the airport in every respect. There is one Saint-Victoret before the airport and another after the airport ... the proximity of the airport has enormous repercussions for the village. First and foremost is obviously the incessant noise of aeroplanes landing at the airport. How bearable the noise is depends on which district of Saint-Victoret you are in (some districts lie directly beneath the flight path to the landing strip). In terms of employment, real estate and, above all, the revival of the local economy, the airport has certainly had a very real impact on Saint-Victoret... both in a positive and a negative sense.

Pas-des-Lanciers is a railway station in southern France. It is located in the hamlet of Pas-des-Lanciers, on the territory of the commune of Saint-Victoret. It is situated on the Paris–Marseille railway. The station is served by local trains (TER Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur) to Avignon and Marseille.

Marseille Provence Airport (French: Aéroport Marseille-Provence) (IATA: MRS, ICAO: LFML) is an international airport located 27 km (17 miles) northwest of Marseille, on the territory of Marignane, both communes of the Bouches-du-Rhône département in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region of France. The airport's hinterland goes from Gap to Arles and from Toulon to Avignon.
