Upper Sheringham is a village and a civil parish in the English county of Norfolk. The village is 26.8 miles (43.1 km) north-north-west of Norwich, 6 miles (9.7 km) west of Cromer and 132 miles (212 km) north-north-east of London. The village is 1.2 miles (1.9 km) from the town of Sheringham. The nearest railway station is at Sheringham for the Bittern Line which runs between Sheringham, Cromer and Norwich. Nearby road connections are the A149 King's Lynn to Great Yarmouth road to the north of the village and the A148 King's Lynn to Cromer road just to the south. Weybourne Town Pit is a 0.7-hectare (1.7-acre) geological Site of Special Scientific Interest west of Sheringham in Norfolk. It is a Geological Conservation Review site and it is in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.This is the Type locality for the Pleistocene 'Marly Drift'. This is a chalk-rich glacial till thought to have been deposited during the Anglian stage around 450,000 years ago, but its relationship to other deposits in the area is disputed.There is access to the site from Sheringham Road.

Weybourne Cliffs is a 40.9-hectare (101-acre) biological and geological Site of Special Scientific Interest at Weybourne, west of Sheringham in the English county of Norfolk. It is a Geological Conservation Review site. It is in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.This Pleistocene site is the type locality for the Pastonian Weybourne Crag Formation, and its fossils of marine molluscs have been studied for 200 years. Its ecological interest lies in colonies of sand martins in the cliffs.The beach is open to the public.

Sheringham Golf Club is a golf club on the western outskirts of Sheringham, Norfolk, England. The 6546-yard links course was originally designed by Tom Dunn and opened in 1891. The Links Hotel lies a few miles east of the course. The Brigade Lewis gun school once had its headquarters at the clubhouse, and the course hosted the Locan Cup in September 1992. Sheringham Golf Club was among the earliest clubs to introduce gender-free tees.Writer Mark Person wrote in 2014: "Sheringham Golf Club is a weird beast. Some claim it is a links course, and links are traditionally where the strips of land lie before you reach the beach and the shoreline proper. Which was true here, but the parts of the course closest to the beach here are on the clifftops beside it. This means it's an elevated course, eighty feet above sea level in places. So some would claim it is not a true links course".

Sheringham Woodfields School is a co-educational special school located in Sheringham in the English county of Norfolk.It is a Learning and Cognition Specialist School and has provision for 145 pupils aged 3–19 years with a diverse range of special educational needs who work at different levels of intellectual ability. All pupils at the school have a Statement of Special Educational Needs. The school staff and pupils also operate the Woodfield Den shop in Sheringham. Royal Air Force Station West Beckham, commonly known as RAF West Beckham, is a former Chain Home radar station controlled by the Royal Air Force (RAF) located 3.8 miles (6.1 kilometres) south-east of Holt, Norfolk, and 5.3 miles (8.5 kilometres) south-west of Cromer, Norfolk, England. RAF West Beckham opened in 1939 (1939), and closed in 1958 (1958). The station included a transmitter site, receiver site, generator site, underground reserves, as well as two separate accommodation camps. It was known as Chain Home Station 32, and provided radar coverage for a large area around the North Norfolk coast.

Sheringham Football Club is a football club based in Sheringham, England and was established in 1897. They are currently members of the Eastern Counties League Premier Division and play at Weybourne Road. Nicknamed "The Shannocks", the club are affiliated to the Norfolk County FA.

Weybourne railway station is a station in Weybourne, Norfolk, on the preserved North Norfolk Railway. Sometimes referred to as “Webbun”, it was formerly part of the Midland and Great Northern Joint Railway route between Melton Constable and Cromer. Regarded as an iconic Edwardian masterpiece. The station is open whenever trains are in operation, and holds various themed events throughout the year. The station itself is located over a mile from the centre of Weybourne and is closer to Weybourne Heath. It was not originally intended to be the site of a station and opened in 1901, later than most of the line, at the behest of a local hotel owner.
