Sheringham Woodfields School is a co-educational special school located in Sheringham in the English county of Norfolk.It is a Learning and Cognition Specialist School and has provision for 145 pupils aged 3–19 years with a diverse range of special educational needs who work at different levels of intellectual ability. All pupils at the school have a Statement of Special Educational Needs. The school staff and pupils also operate the Woodfield Den shop in Sheringham. The school has around 700 students, usually including between 160 and 180 in the sixth form centre. It shares a campus with Sheringham Primary School and Sheringham Woodfields School. Sheringham Football Club is a football club based in Sheringham, England and was established in 1897. They are currently members of the Eastern Counties League Premier Division and play at Weybourne Road. Nicknamed "The Shannocks", the club are affiliated to the Norfolk County FA.

Sheringham Golf Club is a golf club on the western outskirts of Sheringham, Norfolk, England. The 6546-yard links course was originally designed by Tom Dunn and opened in 1891. The Links Hotel lies a few miles east of the course. The Brigade Lewis gun school once had its headquarters at the clubhouse, and the course hosted the Locan Cup in September 1992. Sheringham Golf Club was among the earliest clubs to introduce gender-free tees.Writer Mark Person wrote in 2014: "Sheringham Golf Club is a weird beast. Some claim it is a links course, and links are traditionally where the strips of land lie before you reach the beach and the shoreline proper. Which was true here, but the parts of the course closest to the beach here are on the clifftops beside it. This means it's an elevated course, eighty feet above sea level in places. So some would claim it is not a true links course".

Sheringham Park is a landscape park and gardens near the town of Sheringham, Norfolk, England. The park surrounds Sheringham Hall, lying mostly to its south. The hall is privately occupied, but Sheringham Park is in the care of the National Trust and open to visitors. The park was designed by Humphry Repton (1752-1818) who presented his proposals in July 1812 in the form of one of his Red Books. He described Sheringham as his "favourite and darling child in Norfolk". Abbot and Charlotte Upcher bought the estate in 1811, and successive generations of the Upcher family did much to develop the estate, the hall and the park, as well as building a school. There are fine mature woodlands and a large variety of rhododendrons and azaleas. In the early 20th century, Henry Morris Upcher obtained rhododendron seeds of various types from plantsman Ernest "Chinese" Wilson. Plants from this source which can found at the garden include Rhododendron ambiguum, calophytum and decorum, among others. Many other species of tree and shrub are represented in the garden, including fifteen kinds of magnolia, large specimen pieris. Among the other trees are maples, acers, styrax, eucryphia, pocket handkerchief tree davidia involucrata and a fine example of the snowdrop tree. Several overlook towers provide good views over the gardens, and of the nearby coast and surrounding countryside. A garden temple was constructed in the Park in 1975.

The A1082 is an English A road entirely in the county of Norfolk. It runs from a junction with the A148 King's Lynn to Cromer Road to a roundabout on the A149 in the North Norfolk coastal town of Sheringham.

The SS Commodore was a British-registered collier. She was built at Newcastle upon Tyne in 1870 and served with three companies. She was driven into shallow waters off Sheringham, Norfolk on 7 November 1896. Local fishermen tried to render assistance but were driven off by gale force winds. After the Commodore was driven onto rocks she sent a distress signal and the Sheringham lifeboat Henry Ramey Upcher took off all 14 crew and 3 stranded fishermen. The wreck was blown up in 1906 as a hazard to the Sheringham fishing fleet. The remains were exposed by storms in September 2021.

Sheringham Lifeboat Station is an RNLI operated lifeboat station located in the town of Sheringham in the English county of Norfolk. Since 1992, the station has been inshore operations only - currently with an Atlantic 85 rigid inflatable - offshore lifeboats are to the east at Cromer and the west at Wells-next-the-sea. In its history there have been two Bronze Medals and 1 Silver medal awarded to crew by the RNLI. The current lifeboat station was built in 1936 to replace a smaller older one which was located at the Old Hythe lifeboat house within the town of Sheringham.

Sheringham is the name of a preserved railway station in Sheringham, Norfolk. It was once part of the Midland and Great Northern Joint Railway network and closed in 1967 when a new station was opened by British Rail approx. 200m eastwards. Since 1975 it has served as the eastern terminus of the North Norfolk Railway. In March 2010, the link to Network Rail was reinstated.

The Masonic Hall, Sheringham was built in 1914 to house the Electric Picture Palace.

Sheringham Town Hall, formerly known as Sheringham Council Offices, is a former municipal building in Church Street, Sheringham, Norfolk, England. The structure served as the headquarters of Sheringham Urban District Council and then as the offices and meeting place of Sheringham Town Council until it closed in August 2019.

Weybourne Town Pit is a 0.7-hectare (1.7-acre) geological Site of Special Scientific Interest west of Sheringham in Norfolk. It is a Geological Conservation Review site and it is in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.This is the Type locality for the Pleistocene 'Marly Drift'. This is a chalk-rich glacial till thought to have been deposited during the Anglian stage around 450,000 years ago, but its relationship to other deposits in the area is disputed.There is access to the site from Sheringham Road.
