The Mulholland Dam is a Los Angeles Department of Water and Power dam located in the Hollywood Hills of Los Angeles, California, east of the Hollywood Freeway. Designed with a storage capacity of 7,900 acre⋅ft (9,700,000 m3) of water at a maximum depth of 183 feet (56 m), the dam forms the Hollywood Reservoir, which collects water from various aqueducts and impounds the creek of Weid Canyon.

The Hollywood Cross (also known as the Hollywood Pilgrimage Memorial Monument) is a 32-foot high, steel cross and historic-cultural monument (#617) in Hollywood, California. Located just above the Ford Amphitheatre and overlooking the Cahuenga Pass, Hollywood Freeway and Hollywood Bowl, it was originally erected as a memorial for Christine Wetherill Stevenson and is now owned by The Church On The Way in Van Nuys, California. In the early 1980’s the cross fell into disrepair. Conquest GBC, Inc. lead by general contractor Jim Korkunis rebuilt the monument in 1993. A Sikorsky helicopter was rented for a total of $4,500 and took about an hour to place. Today the cross still stands strong and sturdy.

The John Anson Ford Theatre is a music venue in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The 1,200-seat outdoor amphitheater is situated within the Cahuenga Pass within the Santa Monica Mountains. Located in a County regional park, the facility is owned by the County of Los Angeles and operated in partnership with the Ford Theatre Foundation and the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation.

The Hollywood Dell is a residential neighborhood located in the Hollywood Hills section of Los Angeles, California, in the lower eastern Santa Monica Mountains. Before Highway 101 was constructed, this area was one with Whitley Heights and considered part of the original Hollywood Hills. The generally accepted borders of "the Dell" are east of Cahuenga, north of Franklin, west of Argyle, and south of the Hollywood Reservoir. It is fully encompassed by zip code 90068.The Hollywood Dell is so named because it sits "in" the hills just above commercial and tourist-popular Hollywood, rather than atop the hills. In general, one must travel downhill to enter the dell, and uphill to exit it. The roads within the dell are mainly hilly, and many homes are built on hillside lots.With its close proximity to the Hollywood Bowl, the Dell is a popular free parking area for concertgoers. Concert parking is prohibited for such purposes, and a number of entries are guarded. However, locals who know their way around can get into the neighborhood and contribute to a problematic overcrowded parking situation on concert nights.Typical residences in the Hollywood Dell are single-family dwellings with a heavy influence of Spanish Colonial Revival Style architecture. There is also an active homeowners association, with voluntary dues, named the Hollywood Dell Civic Association.

The Hollywood Sculpture Garden is an outdoor garden in Los Angeles dedicated to the display of sculptures by various artists, including local, national, and international artists.It was founded in May 2012, by Dr. Robby Gordon, and is located at 2430 Vasanta Way, Los Angeles in the Hollywood Hills (below the Hollywood sign). It currently hosts over 100 different sculptures, which can be viewed from street-level, as well as during private events and pre-arranged appointments. There are two viewing balconies overlooking the garden, as well as pathways and stairs that were added later on (2018 - 2020). The Hollywood Sculpture Garden is open to the public (viewings by appointment only), and also holds regular art receptions and fundraisers. It was featured in Los Angeles Magazine on the "Best of LA" list (issue 08/17), as well as other publications and websites. Atlas Obscura touted it as a, "A Dazzling Hodgepodge in the Hills," in its article, An Explorer's Guide To Hidden Hollywood.The Hollywood Sculpture Garden is also occasionally used as a backdrop for film productions and photoshoots. It may be rented as a venue for a range of events, including fashion shows, weddings, private parties, and pop-up art shows.

The Hollywood Bowl Jazz Festival is an upcoming event to be held in the Hollywood Bowl that was known previously as the Playboy Jazz Festival to celebrate jazz as well as feature both established and up and coming musicians of the genre.

The Korea Times Music Festival (originally titled Korean Music Festival until 2013) is an annual event held at the Hollywood Bowl in the United States. Featuring artists from South Korea's K-pop music industry, the organizers describe it as one of the largest music festivals held in Southern California.The festival was founded and organized by The Korea Times to give Korean Americans residing in southern California an opportunity to stay in touch with Korean culture. The first festival in 2003 was 'in celebration of the centennial anniversary of the Korean immigration to the United States'.

The Hollywood Bowl is an amphitheatre in the Hollywood Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. It was named one of the 10 best live music venues in America by Rolling Stone magazine in 2018.The Hollywood Bowl is known for its distinctive bandshell, originally a set of concentric arches that graced the site from 1929 through 2003, before being replaced with a larger one to begin the 2004 season. The shell is set against the backdrop of the Hollywood Hills and the famous Hollywood Sign to the northeast. The "bowl" refers to the shape of the concave hillside the amphitheater is carved into. The Bowl is owned by the County of Los Angeles and is the home of the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, the summer home of the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and the host venue for hundreds of musical events each year.It is located at 2301 North Highland Avenue, west of the (former) French Village. It is north of Hollywood Boulevard and approximately 1 mile (1.6 km) from the Hollywood/Highland Metro Rail station. It is adjacent to U.S. Route 101.

Moorcrest is a house in Beachwood Canyon, Los Angeles, California, United States. It was built in 1921 for the utopian Krotona Colony in Beachwood Canyon and was designed by Marie Russak Hotchener, an architect who designed several buildings for the Theosophist community; Moorcrest is thought of as one of her most famous pieces.In the heart of the Hollywood Hills, Moorcrest was once the home of actor Charlie Chaplin, the first international star of the modern era. Later, Mary Astor, the star of The Maltese Falcon among many other films, sometimes lived at Moorcrest. Her parents, Otto and Helen Langhanke, owned the home for a time.As of 2014, the house is owned by musician Joanna Newsom and actor Andy Samberg.

The Hollywood Heritage Museum, also known as the "Hollywood Studio Museum," is located on Highland Ave. in Hollywood, California, United States. The museum is opposite the Hollywood Bowl and is housed in the restored Lasky-DeMille Barn, which was acquired in February 1983 by Hollywood Heritage, Inc., and moved to its present site. It was dedicated on December 13, 1985. Since 1985, Hollywood Heritage has funded the preservation, restoration and maintenance of early Hollywood treasures. The museum features archival photographs from the silent era of motion pictures, movie props, historic documents and other movie related memorabilia. Also featured are historic photographs and postcards of the streets, buildings and residences of Hollywood during its golden age. Special events entitled 'Evenings at the Barn' are open to the public and regularly programmed including speakers, screenings and/or slideshows with a focus toward Hollywood's early history. Occasionally, historic silent films are screened in cooperation with the Silent Society.
