Pingtung City

Pingtung County is a county located in southern Taiwan. It has a warm tropical monsoon climate and is known for its agriculture and tourism. Kenting National Park, Taiwan's oldest national park, is located in the county. The county seat is Pingtung City.

Global Mall Pingtung (Chinese: 環球購物中心屏東市) is a shopping mall in Pingtung City, Pingtung County, Taiwan that opened on December 15, 2012. With a total floor area of 23,100 m2 (249,000 sq ft), the mall is located in close proximity to National Pingtung Girls' Senior High School and Pingtung Park.

Global Mall Hsinchu (Chinese: 環球購物中心新竹世博店) was a shopping mall in East District, Hsinchu City, Taiwan that opened on February 21, 2013. The mall is located in close proximity to Hsinchu railway station. The mall closed on June 30, 2016.

Pingtung County Council (traditional Chinese: 屏東縣議會; simplified Chinese: 屏东县议会; pinyin: Píngdōng Xiàn Yìhuì) is the county council of Pingtung County, Republic of China. It is currently composed of 55 councillors, all elected in the 2018 Taiwanese local elections. Being the largest county council in terms of seats, it succeeded the former Pingtung City Senate on 1 October 1950 after reorganization of the local governments.

The Pingtung Performing Arts Center (traditional Chinese: 屏東演藝廳; simplified Chinese: 屏东演艺厅; pinyin: Píngdōng Yǎnyìtīng) is a performance center in Pingtung City, Pingtung County, Taiwan. The performing arts center is Southern Taiwan’s first county/city-level concert hall with a pipe organ. Built by the Alexander Schuke Potsdam Orgelbau company in 2013, the bamboo organ has 3 manuals, 45 stops and 2,793 pipes.

Pingtung Baseball Field (Chinese: 屏東縣立棒球場; pinyin: Píngdōng Xiànlì Bàngqiúchǎng) is a multi-use stadium in Pingtung City, Pingtung County, Taiwan. Currently, it is mostly used for baseball; however, local cricket players have been using the field as a makeshift pitch for several years. It was opened in 1981 and can hold up to 10,000 people.
