Sdei Hemed (Hebrew: שְׂדֵי חֶמֶד, lit. 'Pleasant Fields') is a moshav in central Israel. Located near Kfar Saba and covering 2,000 dunams, it falls under the jurisdiction of Drom HaSharon Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 953.

Hagor (Hebrew: חָגוֹר) is a moshav in the Central District of Israel. Located between Rosh HaAyin and Kfar saba it falls under the jurisdiction of Drom HaSharon Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,152.

Yarhiv (Hebrew: יַרְחִיב, lit. [He] will Enlarge) is a moshav in central Israel. Located near Jaljulia, Matan and Nirit, it falls under the jurisdiction of Drom HaSharon Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,088.

The Eastern Railway (Hebrew: המסילה המזרחית, romanized: ha-mesila ha-mizraḥit) refers to a railroad in central Israel stretching from Lod to Hadera. The section between Kfar Saba and Lod, as well as a short section just north of Hadera are currently in use but the rest of the railway has not been operative since 1969. However, in 2019 a large-scale project began to rebuild and upgrade the railway along the entire route.

Matan (Hebrew: מתן, lit. Gift) is a community settlement in central Israel. Located near Yarhiv and Nirit, it falls under the jurisdiction of Drom HaSharon Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 3,630.

Neve Yamin (Hebrew: נְוֵה יָמִין, lit. abode of the right (hand of God)) is a moshav in central Israel. Located near Kfar Saba and covering 3,300 dunams, it falls under the jurisdiction of Drom HaSharon Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,065.

Horshim (Hebrew: חוֹרְשִׁים, lit. Ploughmen) is a kibbutz in central Israel. Located in the south of the Sharon plain and covering 3,000 dunams, it falls under the jurisdiction of Drom HaSharon Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 351.

Elishama (Hebrew: אֱלִישָׁמָע) is a moshav in central Israel. Located in the Sharon plain near Hod HaSharon and Kfar Saba, it falls under the jurisdiction of Drom HaSharon Regional Council. In 2021 it had a population of 1,166.

Hableh (Arabic: حبله, also transliterated Hable, Habla, Hablah, Hibla, Hiblah) is a Palestinian village located in the Qalqilya Governorate of the State of Palestine, in the northwestern West Bank. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS) census, the town had a population of 6,016 in 2007.

Kfar Qassem Municipal Stadium (כַּפְר קָסִם, כפר קאסם‎), is a football stadium currently being built in Kfar Qasim for F.C. Kafr Qasim, the football team of the town. Once completed in 2020, the new stadium will include 8,000 seats, along with all the Facilities that required by the regulations. Kfar Qassem Municipal Football Stadium - Hashalom Stadium - is located in the northern Part of Kfar Qassem, and designed by the architect Moti Bodek. The first phase will include the western tribune, the grass surface, the lighting system, and the Parking lot. The second phase will include the completion of the facilities structure and the roof on the west side, and The third phase will include the construction of the eastern tribune including the roof. In order to complete the entire stadium will need a budget of 50 million NIS.

Kafr Bara or Kfar Bara (Arabic: كفر برا; Hebrew: כַּפְר בַּרָא) is an Israeli-Arab local council in Israel's Central District. The small town, located near the Green Line, is often considered a part of the Little Triangle along with Kafr Qasim and Jaljulia. In 2021 its population was 3,856.

Kafr Saba (Arabic: كفر سابا), historically Capharsaba, was a Muslim village famous for its shrine dating to the Mamluk period and for a history stretching back for two millennia. The village was depopulated of its Arab residents by Jewish forces on May 13, 1948, one day before the new State of Israel was declared.Much of the village's ruins were built over as the neighboring modern Israel town of Kfar Saba expanded in the late 20th century; the location of the built up area of the village is now the Shikun Kaplan area of modern Kfar Saba, and part of it is known as the "Kfar Saba Archaeological Garden" or "Tel Kfar Saba". Two domed maqams remain, located on either side of Route 55 between Kfar Saba and Qalqiliyya. The larger of the two is called Nabi Yamin, situated on the east side. About 40 meters (44 yd) away, on the west side of the road, is a much smaller shrine named Nabi Serakha. The Nabi Yamin shrine sits on what has historically been considered by Jews to be the biblical character Benjamin and was later taken over by a Haredi Jewish sect.
