The Apple Music Festival (formerly known as the iTunes Festival) was a concert series held by Apple, Inc. and inaugurated in 2007. Free tickets were given to Apple Music, iTunes and DICE users who lived in the United Kingdom, through localized prize draws. Performances were streamed live and available to view afterwards, free of charge, for Apple Music members on their Apple TV, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, PC, and Android phones. In London, the Apple Music Festival became an annual event taking place (from 2009) in September at the Roundhouse arts centre in Camden Town. The series made its United States debut with five days of free performances at the Moody Theater in March 2014, alongside the South by Southwest (SXSW) music showcase in Austin, Texas. In August 2015, the iTunes Festival was renamed as the Apple Music Festival. After a 10-year run, Apple confirmed to Music Business Worldwide that it would no longer host any music festivals.

Chalk Farm is a small urban district of north London, lying immediately north of Camden Town, in the London Borough of Camden.

Camden Motive Power Depot was a railway motive power depot, close to Chalk Farm, Camden in London, England from 1837 until 1966, servicing express passenger locomotives using Euston Railway Station. It was closed following the electrification of the West Coast Main Line and largely demolished. However, part of the original facility has been preserved as The Roundhouse centre for the performing arts.

Chalk Farm is a London Underground station near Camden Town in the London Borough of Camden. It is on the Edgware branch of the Northern line between Camden Town to the south and Belsize Park to the north. For ticketing purposes, Chalk Farm falls in Travelcard Zone 2. With slightly under five million entries and exits in 2011, Chalk Farm is one of the busiest stations on the Edgware branch of the Northern line.

Camden Carriage Servicing Depot is a stabling point located in Camden, Greater London, England. The depot is near what used to be Camden Road station, but it closed down in 1916. The depot code is CM.

Gloucester Avenue is a street in the Primrose Hill area of London, England. Located in the London Borough of Camden, it is a residential road featuring many nineteenth century properties including several pubs as well as the neo-Georgian Cecil Sharp House. For much of its route it runs adjacent to the West Coast Main Line out of Euston Station. Its southern junction is at a crossroads with Delancey Street and Parkway which runs off east into the centre of Camden Town. Further north Regent's Park Road divides off westwards to follow alongside Primrose Hill park. Gloucester Avenue continues across the Regent's Canal and ending when it meets with Regent's Park Road which has curved round to join it again. The former Primrose Hill railway station was located just north of the junction between the two roads until its closure in 1992. Other streets running off Gloucester Avenue include Oval Road, Princess Road and Fitzroy Road. Originally named Gloucester Road, the street was named after William, Duke of Gloucester the husband of Mary, Duchess of Gloucester, the younger sister of George IV and William IV as are the nearby Gloucester Gate and Gloucester Crescent.The 1837 Camden Incline Winding Engine House designed by Robert Stephenson is now a Grade II* listed building. Street numbers 15–31, terraced houses built in the 1840s, are Grade II listed.

The Barfly was a chain of live music venues in the United Kingdom originally started by Nick Moore, Jeremy Ledlin and Be Rozzo on Valentine's Day 1997. Club nights and events tended to feature rock, alternative and independent music. The flagship venue was based in Camden Town, London, England. The premises are still used as a live music venue, which has a capacity of 200.

Primrose Hill was a railway station in Chalk Farm, in the London Borough of Camden, opened by the North London Railway as Hampstead Road in 1855. It was named Chalk Farm from 1862 until 1950, when it was given its final name. From the 1860s to 1915, it was linked with a formerly separate station opened by the London and North Western Railway in 1852. The station closed in 1992, and the platform buildings and canopies were removed in 2008.

Chalk Farm Road is a street in the Camden Town area of London. There is a widespread misapprehension that the road that runs through Camden Market is part of Camden High Street, but it is actually Chalk Farm Road. Camden Market is a major centre for the retailing of street fashions and other goods targeted at teenagers and young adults, and Chalk Farm Road has an alternative culture atmosphere. The street is part of the route from central London to Hampstead. It is a continuation of Camden High Street, and begins at the Bridge over Regent's Canal. Chalk Farm underground station, on the Northern line, is at the northern end. Entertainment venues in Chalk Farm Road include The Roundhouse, which occupies a former railway shed. Pink Floyd played the first ever show there in 1966 and it was the venue for the only UK gig by The Doors.

Haverstock School (formerly Haverstock Comprehensive School), is a comprehensive school on Haverstock Hill in Haverstock, London, England, for students aged 11 to 18. It is opposite Chalk Farm Underground station, and bounded by Prince of Wales Road and Crogsland Road.

The Church of Saint Silas the Martyr is a Church of England parish church in Kentish Town, London. The church is a grade II* listed building.

Chalcot Square is a garden square in the Primrose Hill district of London, England. The square was laid out between 1849 and 1860 and was known as St George's Square until 1937. It is a residential square, well known for its brightly coloured Italianate terraced houses. Every house on the square is grade-II listed.Sylvia Plath and Ted Hughes lived at 3 Chalcot Square for years and Plath is commemorated with a blue plaque. They rented their home to Assia Wevill and David Wevill. Other famous residents have included Ralph, Marion, Ed, and David Miliband; Robert Plant; Joan Bakewell; India Knight and Eric Joyce; Alan Bennett, and M. R. D. Foot.
