Stùc a' Chroin

Ben Vorlich (Scottish Gaelic: Beinn Mhùrlaig) is a mountain in the Southern Highlands of Scotland. It lies south of Loch Earn and Ardvorlich, and a short distance north of the neighbouring mountain Stùc a' Chroin. Ben Vorlich reaches a height of 985 metres (3,232 ft), making it a Munro. Due to its prominence when seen from the lower ground of the Central Belt, Ben Vorlich is one of the most commonly seen of Munros, Scotland's peaks of at least 3,000 ft (914.4 m) elevation. It lies in an area of land bounded to the north by Loch Earn and to the west by Loch Lubnaig. The town of Callander lies to the south. Ben Vorlich is most frequently climbed from Ardvorlich to the north. A path leads up Glen Vorlich, and then heads for the mountain's northern ridge. The summit lies 4 km from Ardvorlich. Many walkers then continue on to the neighbouring mountain, Stùc a' Chroin, by way of Ben Vorlich's south west ridge. Return to Ardvorlich can be made without re-ascending Ben Vorlich, as a path leads from the bealach between the two hills round Ben Vorlich's northwestern slope to meet the main ascent path. Other possible routes from the southern side allow one to ascend Ben Vorlich by way of its southeastern ridge. This can be accessed either from Glen Artney to the southeast or Callander to the south.

Beinn Each (813 m) is a mountain in the southern Grampian Mountains of Scotland. It is located in Stirlingshire, north of the town of Callander. Rising steeply from the valley below, it makes for a straightforward climb from the nearby Loch Lubnaig and is often climbed in conjunction with the nearby Munro Stùc a' Chroin.

Breadalbane , from Scottish Gaelic Bràghaid Albann ("upper Alba" or "upland of Alba"), is a region of the southern/central Scottish Highlands. It is a mountainous region comprising the watershed of Loch Tay; its boundaries are roughly the West Highland Way in the west, Rannoch Moor in the northwest, Loch Rannoch in the north, the River Tummel in the east, the Highland boundary in the southeast, and Loch Earn and Loch Voil-Loch Doine in the south. The former Breadalbane district was surrounded by the districts of Atholl, Strathearn, Menteith, The Lennox, Argyll and Lochaber. The Breadalbane Hydro-Electric Scheme lies within the region. The Atholl and Breadalbane Gathering is a popular 2/4 March tune for the Great Highland Bagpipes.

The falls of Edinample is a waterfall near the village of Craggan in the district of Stirling in Scotland.

Edinample Castle is a late 16th-century tower house on the southern shores of Loch Earn near Balquhidder in the Stirling council area of Scotland. It was designated as a Category A listed building in 1971.

Ardchullarie More is a small hamlet in the Stirling council area, Scotland and is situated on the eastern side of Loch Lubnaig.

Loch Lubnaig (Loch Lùbnaig in Gaelic) is a small freshwater loch near Callander in the Stirling council area, Scottish Highlands. It lies in the former county of Perthshire. It is part of the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park.The loch nestles in the space between Ben Ledi and Ben Vorlich. Fed by the River Balvaig from the north and drained by the Garbh Uisge to the south, Loch Lubnaig offers fishing from the shore while canoes can be rented at the north end. Alternatively, two car parking areas on the east shore offer canoe launching points. The route of the former Callander and Oban Railway runs along the west shore of the loch. This route has now been converted to a part of the National Cycle Network's "Route 7" allowing cyclists and walkers to travel the nine miles (14 kilometres) between Callander and Strathyre. The name is derived from the Gaelic Lùbnaig, meaning crooked. Like many lochs of the Highlands, the name is almost identical to its Gaelic version.

Lochearnhead (Scottish Gaelic: Ceann Loch Èireann) is a village in Perthshire on the A84 Stirling to Crianlarich road at the foot of Glen Ogle, 14 miles (23 kilometres) north of the Highland Boundary Fault. It is situated at the western end of Loch Earn where the A85 road from Crieff meets the A84. Loch Earn is 317 feet (97 metres) above sea level, with the settlement running from its shores up to higher ground on the hills at the mouth of Glen Ogle. Lochearnhead lies within the Breadalbane area of the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park.

Lochearnhead is a former railway station in the village of Lochearnhead in Perthshire. It opened in 1904 as part of the Comrie, St Fillans & Lochearnhead Railway, but closed in 1951. Since 1962, the station has been used as a Scout centre for youth adventurous activities.

Balquhidder was a railway station around two miles south of Lochearnhead, Stirling (district). It was where the Callander and Oban Railway was joined by the Comrie, St Fillans & Lochearnhead Railway from Crieff.

Stirlingshire or the County of Stirling (Scottish Gaelic: Siorrachd Sruighlea [ˈʃirˠəxk ˈs̪t̪ɾuʝlə]) is a historic county and registration county of Scotland. Its county town is Stirling.It borders Perthshire to the north, Clackmannanshire to the east, West Lothian to the south-east, Lanarkshire to the south, and Dunbartonshire to the south and south-west (this latter boundary is split in two owing to Dunbartonshire's Cumbernauld exclave).

Kilmahog (Scottish Gaelic: Cille MoChùig: Cell of St. Chug) is a hamlet situated half a mile to the west of Callander, Scotland.
