Scunthorpe is a constituency represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament since 2019 by Holly Mumby-Croft, a member of the Conservative Party, when she gained the seat from the Labour Party.

Redbourne is a village and civil parish in the North Lincolnshire district of Lincolnshire, England. The village is situated near the A15 road, and 5 miles (8 km) south from Brigg. According to the 2001 Census Redbourne had a population of 386, rising slightly to 400 at the 2011 census.The name Redbourne is derived from the Old English Name "Hredburna" meaning "reedy burn", a reference to a stream running through the village. The parish church of St Andrew was made redundant from the Church of England in 1978 and is now maintained by The Churches Conservation Trust. It is a Grade I listed building. Although the church has 14th- and 15th-century origins, the bulk of the existing building is 18th-century and represents a Georgian Gothic style, using a mixture of squared and coursed rubble limestone with ashlar dressings. Its square tower is approximately 90 feet (27 m) high. The alterations of 1772–4 in the gothic style were by the Lincoln architects Thomas and Henry Lumby and the chapel on the south side of the chancel served as a mausoleum for the family of the Dukes of St Albans.The Red Lion Hotel coaching inn on the village green dates from the 17th century. A conservation area was designated in August 1985 by the old Humberside County Council and covers the historic village core but excludes the more recent residential developments on the periphery.

The main building was constructed in 1855 but some of it dates back to the 18th and perhaps the 17th century. The Hall was, in its early years, in the ownership of ancestors of Charles Darwin. It is now a boutique hotel and event venue.

Scawby railway station, also known as Scawby and Hibaldstow railway station, was a station in Scawby, Lincolnshire. It was located on the line between Gainsborough and Grimsby. The station opened in 1849 and closed in 1968 but the line still remains open but calling at fewer stations than it once did.

Kirton Lindsey railway station serves the town of Kirton in Lindsey in North Lincolnshire, Lincolnshire, England. The station was opened in 1849 on the former main line of the Great Grimsby and Sheffield Junction Railway which became part of the Manchester, Sheffield and Lincolnshire Railway.The station was built with two flanking platforms with the main station building on the Sheffield-bound side at the top of a long approach road. The Grimsby-bound platform had a simple waiting shelter and the platforms were linked by a latticed footbridge. The footbridge and Grimsby bound platform have since been removed and the route reduced to a single track at this point. As of 2023, the station was the fourth least used in the UK, with 94 entries and exits.

Sturton is a village in the civil parish of Scawby, North Lincolnshire, England. It lies 2.5 miles (4.0 km) south-west from Brigg, 0.5 miles (0.8 km) south from Scawby, to which it is conjoined, and 1 mile (1.6 km) south from the M180 on the B1207. During the 19th century Kelly's Directory noted that Sturton was a hamlet in the parish of Scawby-cum-Sturton, which also included the hamlet of Scawby Brook, 1.5 miles (2.4 km) to the north-east. The railway station for Sturton and Scawby on the Gainsborough to Brigg line lies within Sturton, 0.75 miles (1.2 km) to the south. The station and line was part of the Manchester, Sheffield and Lincolnshire Railway. Sturton has three Grade II listed farmhouses: c.1849 Station Farmhouse, late 18th-century Home Farmhouse, and late 18th-century Manor Farmhouse.

Manton is a village and civil parish in North Lincolnshire, England. The population of the civil parish at the 2011 census was 123. The village is situated just south from the town of Scunthorpe, and about 6 miles (10 km) south-west from the town of Brigg. The parish includes the hamlet of Cleatham. Cleatham was a civil parish between 1866 and 1936.
