Expo '98

Web Summit is an annual technology conference held in Lisbon, Portugal. Founded in 2009 by Paddy Cosgrave, David Kelly, and Daire Hickey, Web Summit was originally held in Dublin, Ireland until 2016, when it moved permanently to Lisbon. Web Summit has been described as the most important tech event in the world and has been noted for its aggressive marketing.The conference's topics center on internet technology, emerging technologies, and venture capitalism. Web Summit's partners range from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, with attendees representing all levels and sectors of the global high technology industry. Web Summit runs events throughout the world including F.ounders, RISE conference in Hong Kong, Collision in Toronto, SURGE in Bangalore, and MoneyConf in Dublin.

The Pavilhão de Portugal (In English The Pavilion of Portugal ) is a building located in Alameda dos Oceanos, in Parque das Nações, a civil parish in Lisbon, Portugal.

The Parque das Nações (Portuguese pronunciation: [ˈpaɾk(ɨ) dɐʒ nɐˈsõȷ̃ʃ]; English: Park of the Nations), colloquially known as Expo (as the site of the 1998 Lisbon World Exposition), is a freguesia (civil parish) of Lisbon, the capital of Portugal. Located in eastern Lisbon, Parque das Nações is to the east of Olivais, north of Marvila, and directly south of Lisbon's border with Loures. As of 2018, an estimated 31,000 people live in the area.

The Vasco da Gama Tower (Portuguese: Torre Vasco da Gama, pronounced [ˈtoʁ(ɨ) ˈvaʃku dɐ ˈɡɐmɐ]) is a 145-metre (476 ft) lattice tower with skyscraper in the civil parish of Parque das Nações, the municipality of Lisbon, in Portugal. Built on the north bank of the Tagus river, it is named after the Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama (the first European to arrive in India by sail, in 1498). The tower portion is the tallest structure in Lisbon.

Estádio Alfredo Marques Augusto is a multi-use stadium in the parish of Moscavide in the Municipality of Loures, bordering Lisbon, Portugal. It is currently used mostly for football matches and it is the home stadium of CD Olivais e Moscavide. The stadium is able to hold 3,325 people. Moscavide station of the Lisbon Metro is located in Rua João Pinto Ribeiro at the north end of the stadium.

Moscavide is a station on the Red Line of the Lisbon Metro. The station is in the parish of Moscavide in the Municipality of Loures, bordering Lisbon, and is located in Rua João Pinto Ribeiro beside Estádio Alfredo Marques Augusto. The station, designed by the architect Manuel Bastos, opened in July 2012 in conjunction with the Encarnação and Aeroporto stations, as part of the expansion of the line to serve Lisbon Portela Airport.
