U.S. News & World Report ranked DASH as the 15th best public high school in the nation in 2009 and 16th best in 2012. Stacey Mancuso led DASH as Principal for 17 years from 1999 to 2016. The current principal is Dr. Maggie Rodriguez, who joined the school in 2022. DASH is a part of the Miami-Dade County Public Schools district.

'L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon is a Michelin-starred French restaurant in Miami's Design District, Florida. According to The Infatuation, the fine dining establishment has a "cool, futuristic interior and counter seating with a great view of the open kitchen".

The David Castillo Gallery is an art gallery in Miami Beach, Florida. It was opened by David Castillo in 2005. The gallery has participated in art fairs including Art Basel Miami Beach and The Armory Show.

Archbishop Curley-Notre Dame High School was a private, Roman Catholic high school in the Buena Vista neighborhood of Miami, Florida, United States. It was located in and operated by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Miami. On September 27, 2016, the Archdiocese of Miami announced that, due to continued dwindling enrollment, the school would close in August 2017. The school was merged with Monsignor Edward Pace High School, in Miami Gardens, at the start of the 2017–2018 academic year.

Blue on the Bay is a skyscraper in the City of Miami, Florida, United States. It is located in the northern part of the city, near Midtown Miami and in the Edgewater neighborhood. Completed in 2005, it was part of the recent building boom in Miami. It is 425 feet (130 m) tall, and contains 37 floors. Floors 1-3 are used for retail, and floors 4-36 are residential units. The building is located between Northeast 36th Street and Interstate-195 at Northeast 5th Avenue.

The de la Cruz Collection is an art museum at 23 NE 41st Street, Miami, Florida, owned by the Cuban-born American businessman Carlos de la Cruz and his wife Rosa. It houses their art collection and is open to the public free of charge. The de la Cruz Collection opened in 2009 and is housed in a 30,000 sq ft building, designed by John Marquette. The collection includes works by Isa Genzken, Christopher Wool, Felix Gonzalez-Torres, Mark Bradford, Peter Doig, Dan Colen, Nate Lowman.Since 1998, ArtNews listed Rosa and Carlos de la Cruz in their worldwide survey of the "Top 200 Collectors".

Locust Projects is a nonprofit alternative art space located in Miami, Florida. The space was created in 1998 by three artists Westen Charles, COOPER and Elizabeth Withstandley. The space was created to serve as a place for contemporary artists to create site specific works outside of the commercial gallery system. Locust Projects was one of the first spaces to open in Miami's Wynwood area, which has since turned into a vibrant arts district. In 2000 the artist-run space became incorporated, formed a board of directors and in 2002 became an official not for profit 501(3)(C).
