Lincoln Christ's Hospital School

Lincoln Abbey Ward is one of eleven electoral districts within the city of Lincoln, England. As of 2023, the Liberal Democrats control all three seats in the ward having first taken a seat in the 2021 local elections being the first time a non-Labour Party candidate had won a seat in the ward since 1979. The wards boundaries are divided between two Lincolnshire County Council wards, St. Giles in the north and Park in the south who respectively have elected a Conservative and Labour County Councillor.

Lindum Sports Club Ground is a cricket ground in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. The first recorded match on the ground was in 1861, when Lincolnshire played an All-England Eleven. Lincolnshire played their first Minor Counties Championship match at the ground in 1907 against Staffordshire. Lincolnshire used the ground during a number of periods during the 21st century, playing their final Minor Counties Championship match at the ground in 2000 against Cumberland. The first MCCA Knockout Trophy watch played the ground saw Lincolnshire play Bedfordshire in 1996. From 1996 to 2007, the ground held 4 MCCA Knockout Trophy matches, with the final match played on the ground to date against Lincolnshire and Staffordshire.The ground has held a single first-class match, when a combined Minor Counties team played the touring New Zealanders in 1969.The ground has also held a single List-A matches. The first List-A match came in the 1974 Gillette Cup when Lincolnshire played Surrey. In 1979, Minor Counties North used the ground as a home venue against Kent in the Benson and Hedges Cup. From 1974 to 2004, the ground hosted 6 List-A matches. The final List-A match held on the ground came in the 2nd round of the 2004 Cheltenham & Gloucester Trophy when Lincolnshire played Glamorgan.In local domestic cricket, the ground is the home of Lindum Cricket Club who play in the Lincolnshire Cricket Board Premier League.In the summer of 2013 Lindum Sports Club gained funding from Sport England and England Hockey to put down an all weather astro-turf pitch. With this new facility in place Lincoln Hockey Club moved to play their matches at the ground, as they used to up to the 1980s when the game of field hockey was played on grass. In 2015, this club merged with Lincoln Roses Hockey Club to form Lindum Hockey Club, another club based at the Lindum Sports Ground, and this new club is now based here.

Lincoln County Hospital is a large district general hospital on the eastern edge of north-east Lincoln, England. It is the largest hospital in Lincolnshire, and offers the most comprehensive services, in Lincolnshire. It is managed by the United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust.

St. Giles Estate is an inner city area and housing estate of Lincoln in Lincolnshire, England. It is located to the northeast of the city bordering the Ermine Estate to the north and west. It is one of the most deprived areas of the city.

St Giles Church, Lincoln is a grade-II listed active parish church in St Giles, a suburb of Lincoln in Lincolnshire, England. It was built as a replacement for the former St Peter at Arches Church which was demolished in 1930. The church serves as a place of worship and community hub for the surrounding areas. The church was grade II listed in 1953 and also has a church hall for use for the local community as well as the church itself. The church also was named "the church that moved" in reference to its move after the demolition of its predecessor in the city centre.

The Lincoln Arboretum is an 22 acres (8.8 ha) park in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England. The park has two ponds and varied tree cover, and was designed and laid out between 1870 and 1872 by the celebrated Victorian gardener Edward Milner. The arboretum is a park of Grade II importance.

St Mary Magdalene was a Benedictine priory in Lincoln, England. Along with Sandtoft Priory and Hanes Cell, it was a Lincolnshire cell of St Mary's Abbey in York, England. A surviving building, once owned by the priory, is Monks' Abbey, Lincoln.

Lincoln Minster School (Known locally as "LMS" or "The Minster") is an independent co-educational day and boarding school in Lincoln, England. It comprises three schools: the pre-preparatory, preparatory, and senior school. While the school is now open to pupils from the community it continues to educate a small number of the choristers of Lincoln Cathedral, though the formal association with the cathedral was ended by Lincoln Minster School in 2016 and most choristers are now drawn from other local schools. It is a member of the United Church Schools Trust and the Choir Schools' Association.

The Bromhead Institution for Nurses and the Bromhead Nursing Home (1867 to 1950), was a healthcare facility in Lincoln.

Lincoln power stations were a sequence of electricity generating stations that provided electric power to the City of Lincoln and the wider area between 1898 and 1977. The first station was built by Lincoln Corporation in 1898 on Brayford Wharf. During the First World War the engineering company Clayton and Shuttleworth built a power station in Spa Road to meet its own electricity needs. This private station was bought by Lincoln Corporation in 1918 and was expanded to meet rising demand and supplied electricity until it was demolished in 1953. A final power station was built on the Spa Road site over the period 1947–57 and operated until it was decommissioned in 1977.
