Main & Oak is a former Rochester Industrial and Rapid Transit Railway station located in Rochester, New York. The line was near a connection to the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad and the Oak Street Loop. It was closed in 1956 along with the rest of the line.The Broad Street Tunnel Project rehabilitated some sections and the subway tunnel where this station had been located, between Main Street and Brown Street, was filled in. The new west portal to the tunnel is just west of this station along Broad Street.

Bridge Square Historic District is a national historic district located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. The district contains 24 contributing buildings that consist primarily of two-, three-, and four-story brick masonry commercial and industrial buildings. Structures date from 1826 to 1928, the oldest being the U.S. Hotel (1826), that served as the location of the founding of the University of Rochester and Colgate Divinity School.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Hervey Ely House, also known as the Daughters of the American Revolution Chapter House, is a historic home located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. It was built about 1837 in the Greek Revival style. It is a 2½ story brick structure covered in stucco. The house has been owned since 1920 by the Irondequoit chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.It is located within the boundaries of the Third Ward Historic District. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1971.

The Pythodd Room ("The Pythodd") was a prominent jazz club on the national Chitlin' Circuit located on Clarissa Street, in Rochester, New York's historic Third Ward neighborhood which had many African American businesses. At 159 Troup Street, it was originally intended as a meeting space for two local Black-run benevolent societies, the Knights of Pythias and the Odd Fellows. By the 1950s, notable jazz musicians such as Pee Wee Ellis, Ron Carter, Roy McCurdy, and brothers Chuck Mangione and Gap Mangione began their careers as young regular performers at the Pythodd.

Washington Street Rowhouses are a pair of historic rowhouses located in Rochester in Monroe County, New York. The two-story, three-bay, brick row houses were built about 1840 in the Greek Revival style. They have pitched roofs, interior end chimneys, applied wooden cornices, and side by side entrances that adjoin the party wall.They were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Jonathan Child House & Brewster–Burke House Historic District is a national historic district containing a set of two historic homes located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. The Jonathan Child House, located at 37 S. Washington St. was constructed 1837-1838 by Jonathan Child (1785–1860), Rochester's first mayor and son-in-law of the city's founder Nathaniel Rochester. It features a monumental two story portico and is a fine example of the Greek Revival style. The building has seen a number of uses since Child sold it in the 1840s, including once as a boarding house called The Pillars. As of Fall 2012, the building is slated to open as Rochester Pillars, a special-events venue.The Brewster-Burke House, located at 130 Spring St., is a fine example of the Italianate style. The house features a hipped roof with cupola and an entrance porch with carved Moorish Revival ornamentation.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1971.

Innovative Field (originally known as Frontier Field) is a baseball stadium located at One Morrie Silver Way in downtown Rochester, New York. It has been the home of the Rochester Red Wings of the International League since 1997. The park opened in 1996, replacing Silver Stadium in northern Rochester, which had been home to professional baseball in Rochester since 1929. Although the stadium was built for baseball, Innovative Field has had several tenants in numerous sports, including the Rochester Raging Rhinos of the United Soccer Leagues from 1996 to 2005, and the Rochester Rattlers of Major League Lacrosse from 2001 to 2002. The ballpark seats 10,840 spectators for baseball.Rochester-based telecommunications company Frontier Telephone of Rochester held the naming rights to the ballpark from its opening in 1996 until the 2022 baseball offseason. Originally in December 2015 agreement was reached to maintain the name for a further ten years, however, on October 24, 2022, a new naming rights agreement was reached with Innovative Solutions, a Henrietta-based IT services company at the request of both Innovative and Frontier who was looking to cut back on sponsorship costs after the company filed for bankruptcy in 2020, changing the name of the stadium to Innovative Field pending final approval.

Bevier Memorial Building is a historic institutional building built originally for the Rochester Athaneaum and Mechanics Institute located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. It is a three and a half brick story with ceramic trim designed by Claude Fayette Bragdon and completed in 1910.The building's namesake Susan Bevier (1821-1903), widow of Henry H. Bevier, a wealthy brewer, gifted the Institute approximately $275,000 for its construction in her will.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

Brick Presbyterian Church Complex, now known as Downtown United Presbyterian Church, is a historic Presbyterian church complex located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. The complex includes the Brick Church and Church School (1860, rebuilt 1903), attached Brick Church Institute building (1909–1910), and Taylor Chapel (1941). The Brick Church and Church School was designed in 1860 as an Early Romanesque Revival–style edifice by Rochester architect Andrew Jackson Warner (1833–1910). His son, J. Foster Warner (1859–1937), modified the church structure to the Lombard Romanesque form in 1903.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1992.

First Presbyterian Church is a historic Presbyterian church located at Rochester in Monroe County, New York. It is a Gothic Revival–style edifice designed in 1871 by Rochester architect Andrew Jackson Warner. It is built of Albion sandstone and trimmed with white Medina sandstone. It features a single stone bell tower and spire at the northeast corner beside the main entrance. It was the third home for Rochester's oldest congregation. It is now home to the Central Church of Christ. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

Madison Square–West Main Street Historic District is a national historic district located in the Susan B. Anthony Neighborhood of Rochester in Monroe County, New York. The district consists of 102 contributing structures and two contributing sites. Sixty five of the contributing structures are residential, with three contributing dependencies. Also in the district are 24 contributing commercial buildings and nine industrial buildings. The two sites are Susan B. Anthony Square and a former carriage company storage yard. Located within the district boundaries is the separately listed Susan B. Anthony House.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
