It is served by two lines: the E Line to Union Station and R Line to Aurora. However, the R Line currently terminates at Lincoln station due to low ridership in this area of Lone Tree which is still under construction and amid generally lower ridership due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on public transport. The station consists of two side platforms located adjacent to the Sky Ridge Medical Center, near the intersection of Interstate 25 and Sky Ridge Avenue. The station has ten bicycle racks. This station was built as part of the 2.3-mile (3.7 km) Southeast Rail Extension to RidgeGate, which began in 2016 and cost $223 million. It opened on May 17, 2019.

Meridian Village is an unincorporated community and a census-designated place (CDP) located in and governed by Douglas County, Colorado, United States. The population was 3,202 at the 2020 census. The CDP is a part of the Denver–Aurora–Lakewood, CO Metropolitan Statistical Area. The Meridian Metropolitan District provides services to the area, which lies in ZIP code 80134.

County Line station is an light rail station in Lone Tree, Colorado, United States. It is served by the E and R Lines, operated by the Regional Transportation District (RTD), and was opened on November 17, 2006. It serves Park Meadows Mall and features a public art sculpture entitled Plow, created by Emmett Culligan and dedicated in 2006.The station did not allow direct pedestrian access to the Park Meadows Mall, west of the station, until 2008.

The 400-acre (160 ha) Lone Tree City Center, for which the station is named, is planned to include 10,000 homes, office space, and parks. The development project was approved in 2018 and is planned to take decades to finish.

The station consists of two side platforms located adjacent to the interchange of Interstate 25 and RidgeGate Parkway. It also has a 1,300-stall parking garage and bicycle facilities. This station was built as part of the 2.3-mile (3.7 km) Southeast Rail Extension to RidgeGate, which began in 2016 and cost $223 million. It opened on May 17, 2019.The RidgeGate area was annexed into Lone Tree in 2000 and is planned to anchor a major office and residential development, comprising much of Lone Tree's planned city center.

University of Colorado South Denver, also known as CU South Denver, was a public university located in Lone Tree, Colorado, about 10 miles (16 km) south of Denver. Opened in 2014 as an extension of the University of Colorado, it is located on the property of The Wildlife Experience, which is now incorporated as part of the University. Classes are offered for degree-seeking and continuing education students and include courses in nursing, engineering, education and business. In September 2020, due to shifting market conditions and the COVID-19 pandemic, it was announced that CU South Denver would cease taking new students and fully close in 2021 with the property to be sold.
