Holland Village, often abbreviated as Holland V, is a neighbourhood located along the boundary between the planning areas of Bukit Timah and Queenstown in the Central Region of Singapore.Holland Village is a popular shopping and dining destination for younger Singaporeans and expatriates. It is dominated by and often visited solely for its eateries and watering holes, along with some specialist shops. The area is served by its own MRT station, which opened in 2011.

Holland Road Shopping Centre is a shopping centre on Holland Avenue in Holland Village, Singapore. The centre, which was once frequented by expatriates, had "become a shadow of its former self" by the 2010s, with many former tenants being replaced by nail parlours and declining patronage as a result of the opening of newer malls in its vicinity.

Holland Village MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the Circle line (CCL), located along the boundary of Bukit Timah and Queenstown planning areas in Singapore. Situated close to the junction of Holland Avenue and Holland Road, it primarily serves the area of Holland Village, where its name was derived from. The station is operated by SMRT Trains. First announced as Holland MRT station in 2003, the station was renamed Holland Village through a public poll in 2005. The station opened on 8 October 2011 when Stages 4 and 5 of the CCL stations opened. The station features Holland Beat by Jeremy Sharma as part of the MRT network's Art-in-Transit programme.

Buona Vista is a housing estate located in the subzones of one-north and Holland Drive in the residential township of Queenstown in Singapore. The housing estate is served by the Buona Vista MRT station which links it up with the MRT system. It also has a bus terminal.

This station is close to one-north, a high technology business park for the biomedical science, infocomm technology and media industries. It is located near the junction of North Buona Vista Road, Commonwealth Avenue and Commonwealth Avenue West.

Tanglin railway station, also known as Tanglin Halt, was a railway station on the Singapore–Kranji Railway. It was opened in 1932 and operated until at least 1961.

Guan Kee Fried Kway Teow is a street food stall in the Ghim Moh Road Market & Food Centre in Ghim Moh, Singapore. The food stall was awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2019.

The Star is a 15-storey mixed use complex located in one-north, Singapore, integrating a performing arts centre called The Star Performing Arts Centre, and a shopping mall called The Star Vista. The building was designed by Andrew Bromberg of the architectural firm Aedas, costs S$500 million to develop, and is owned by Rock Productions Pte Ltd, the business arm of the Singaporean megachurch New Creation Church; The Star Performing Arts Centre is used as the church service venue for New Creation Church. It is adjacent to the Buona Vista MRT station on the East West Line and Circle Line. The Star Performing Arts Centre (PAC), is a 5,000 seat performing arts center located in the top nine floors of The Star (levels 3 to 11). It was completed in October 2012 and officially opened on 1 November 2012, with an inaugural concert by David Foster. Aside from the main indoor concert hall, it also features a 770-seat function hall, an outdoor 300-seat amphitheatre, multipurpose rooms and a rooftop reception area. The Star Vista is a shopping mall occupying three floors in The Star, and was developed by CapitaLand. It contains 162,500 square feet (15,100 m2) on retail space. In November 2019, Rock Productions acquired The Star Vista for S$296 million from CapitaLand, after CapitaLand was purportedly in talks with buyers for a potential sale. New Creation Church explained that the acquisition was necessary "to protect the interest of the church", citing concerns of buyers with interests conflicting with the church's use of The Star PAC for religious purposes.

Surau Ghim Moh is a musalla located in the neighbourhood of Ghim Moh in Queenstown, Singapore. It was established in the 1970s to cater to the needs of Muslim residents living in the area. The only one of its kind, it is located in a void deck which is below an apartment building. The surau gained prominence in 2019 when a video of it went viral on social media.

Tanglin Halt is a public housing estate, planning subzone and former industrial estate in Queenstown, Singapore. Most of the older buildings in the estate are set to be demolished by 2024 to make way for redevelopments under the Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme. It is the third housing estate to be redeveloped under the scheme.

Biopolis is a research and development centre for biomedical sciences in Singapore. It is located at one-north in Buona Vista, and is close to the National University of Singapore, the Singapore Polytechnic, the Singapore Institute of Technology, the National University Hospital, the Singapore Science Park, Ministry of Education, ESSEC Business School, INSEAD Business School, and Fusionopolis. This campus is dedicated to providing space for biomedical research and development activities and promoting peer review and collaboration among the private and public scientific community.
