The Shanklin Theatre is an entertainment venue in Prospect Road in Shanklin, a town on the Isle of Wight in England. The building, which incorporates the former Shanklin Town Hall, is a Grade II listed building.

Rylstone Manor (or Rylstone Chalet) is a manor house and was a museum in Shanklin, on the Isle of Wight, England. The building was originally constructed as a gentleman's residence in 1863 and remained privately owned until 1923. Of Victorian style, it includes Gothic, Tudor and Georgian influences. Rylstone Manor is now a hotel. The building is constructed of stone, and features include a jettied half-timbered projection. It is located within Rylstone Gardens, a public park. The Great Masonic Exhibition of 1886 was held on the grounds and at the chalet of Rylstone. The museum at the Rylstone Chalet was officially opened by Sir Edward Bagnall Poulton on 17 April 1935. The collection included Isle of Wight birds, butterflies, mouths, and eggs.

Shanklin Chine is a geological feature and tourist attraction in the town of Shanklin, on the Isle of Wight, England. A wooded coastal ravine, it contains waterfalls, trees and lush vegetation, with footpaths and walkways allowing paid access for visitors, and a heritage centre explaining its history.

Shanklin Pier was a pleasure pier in the town of Shanklin on the Isle of Wight, England. Opened in August 1890 at a length of 1,200 feet (370 m), the pier saw several attractions added during its first few years, such as a bandstand and bathing stage. A pavilion was added in 1901. As part of the war effort in 1940, the pier was sectioned to prevent an enemy invasion and later restored using concrete piles. During the Great storm of 1987, the pier suffered significant damage and was ultimately demolished in 1993 at an estimated cost of £250,000 (equivalent to £423,400 in 2019).

St. Blasius Church, Shanklin is a parish church in the Church of England located in Shanklin, Isle of Wight. The church is medieval but was largely rebuilt in 1859. It is also known as Shanklin Old Church. The bell ropes hang down into the nave, so the ringers can be seen by the congregation. It stands at the southern end of the parish at the angle made by the roads to Wroxall and Ventnor. Originally it must have been of the usual aisleless type of manorial chapel—an oblong structure with nave and chancel in one line; and so it remained till 1852, when transepts were added, the church lengthened westward and a bell turret formed at the intersection of the roofs. A lych-gate with clock and bell was put up as a memorial to Mr. White-Popham. There is a good Renaissance oak chest, apparently brought from elsewhere. There are memorial tablets to members of the Hill and Popham families. The registers date from 1717.The funeral of the actor and singer Powis Pinder was held here in 1941.

Shanklin Sandown Rowing Club is a rowing club based in Shanklin, Isle of Wight.

Shanklin railway station is a Grade II listed railway station serving Shanklin on the Isle of Wight. It is the present terminus of the Island Line from Ryde, although the line used to continue to Wroxall and Ventnor. The station now has one platform with a ticket office and a small shop, the second platform is now in use as a flower bed. The former subway has been filled in. Passengers can change onto Southern Vectis buses to Ventnor and St Lawrence.

Shanklin () is a seaside resort town and civil parish on the Isle of Wight, England, located on Sandown Bay. Shanklin is the southernmost of three settlements which occupy the bay, and is close to Lake Sandown. The sandy beach, its Old Village and a wooded ravine, Shanklin Chine, are its main attractions. The esplanade along the beach is occupied by hotels and restaurants for the most part, and is one of the most tourist-oriented parts of the town. The other is the Old Village, at the top of Shanklin Chine. Together with Lake and Sandown to the north, Shanklin forms a built up area of around 25,000 inhabitants.

Luccombe is a hamlet a short distance south of Shanklin, on the south coast of the Isle of Wight, England. There is some indication of Bronze Age settlements on the top of the nearby hill of Luccombe Down.The Luccombe area features spectacular cliffs and scenery. It is a popular site for hang gliding and paragliding if there is an easterly wind of around 12 mph and it is low water, and on good days flights to Sandown and back can be achieved. Luccombe forms the east end of the Ventnor Undercliff region, which extends for 12 kilometres from Blackgang to Luccombe, also encompassing the town of Ventnor and the villages of Bonchurch, St Lawrence, and Niton. There is some concern that the Ventnor Undercliff area is experiencing substantial coastal erosion.Public transport is provided by Southern Vectis bus route 3, which runs between Newport, Ryde, Sandown, Shanklin and Ventnor.

Landguard Manor (or Languard) is a manor house in Shanklin on the Isle of Wight, England. Mentioned in the Domesday Book, over the centuries it was home to numerous notable gentlemen. It is a Grade II listed building. One of the finest known portraits by Sir Thomas Lawrence, English portrait painter and president of the Royal Academy, is located in its drawing room.
