Bon Secours Five Forks Emergency Center

Five Forks is a census-designated place (CDP) in Greenville County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 17,737 at the 2020 census, up from 14,140 in 2010, and 8,064 in 2000. It is a growing, affluent suburb of Greenville and is part of the Greenville–Mauldin–Easley Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Greenville Classical Academy is a private, classical, K–12 Christian school located in Mauldin, South Carolina. GCA was established in 2004.The mission and vision of Greenville Classical Academy is to provide a distinctly Christ-centered, biblical, and classical education, producing students who glorify God (Deum Glorificare) in their thoughts, words and deeds, and to see generations of godly, biblically educated, academically prepared leaders for our homes, our communities, and our world. The Old Pilgrim Baptist Church Cemetery and Kilgore Family Cemetery are a pair of historic cemeteries at 3540 Woodruff Road, southeast of Five Forks, South Carolina. The Kilgore Cemetery houses the remains of several generations of 19th-century plantation owners in the Kilgore family, while the Old Pilgrim Baptist Church Cemetery is an African-American burial ground established in 1868 by former slaves of the Kilgore plantation. The Kilgore Cemetery's funerary markers include several examples cut by W.T. White, a regionally prominent stone cutter.The cemeteries were added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2017.

Southside Christian School is a private K–12 Christian school in Simpsonville, South Carolina. SCS was established in 1967 and is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International. SCS serves approximately 1,300 students beginning at 24 months of age and continuing through 12th grade on one campus. Students are divided into Early Education (EE2–EE5), Elementary School (Kindergarten–5th), Middle School (6th–8th), and High School (9th–12th).

The William Bates House is located on South Carolina Highway 14 in Greenville County near Greenville, South Carolina. The two-story vernacular structure was built ca1835 for William Bates, a pioneer in the textile industry, who founded Batesville Cotton Mill. It is believed that the house is the only remaining structure associated with William Bates.The house, built on fieldstone and granite piers, has one-story shed-roofed porches supported by nine wooden columns along the entire front and rear facade. An exterior chimney is constructed of brick while the interior chimney is made of brick and stone. The house has clapboard siding and a tin gabled roof. The dining room and parlor both have their original, hand-carved mantels. When first built, the house was located on a 300-acre property. The house and 150 acres (61 ha) of property were purchased from Bates in 1868. The house and its renovated barn now sit on a property measuring 10.88 acres (4.40 ha).

The Arthur Barnwell House, which is also known as the Barnwell-DeCamps House, is a Queen Anne house in Greer, South Carolina that was built in the period 1880–1900. It was named to the National Register of Historic Places on 1982. As of 2013, the house was in the process of being moved and rebuilt at a new location.

Golden Strip Career Center (GSCC) is one of four part-time secondary vocational schools in the Greenville County School District located in Greenville, South Carolina, United States. The school offers a variety of programs, each with a focus on some specific career field, and students can earn certifications, licenses, and even college credit following the completion of such programs. Most students at Golden Strip Career Center are also enrolled in non-alternative high schools in the school district; therefore, school bus transportation between these schools and the career center is provided on school days.

Pelham (also known as Sugar Tit) is an unincorporated community in Spartanburg County in the upstate of the U.S. state of South Carolina. The Sugar Tit area has about five mile radius around Joe's Lake. It is located around the junction of State 101 and State 296 southeast of Greer, between Reidville and Five Forks. It is mostly farmland and plantations. After BMW came more subdivisions and industrial parks appeared in the area.The Sugar Tit name is from a time when the men spent so long socializing at the local general store, their wives complained they took to the store like a baby to a sugar tit.

The Pelham Mills Site, sometimes referred to as the Buena Vista Factory, Hutchings Factory, or the Lester Factory, is the site of the ruins of the Pelham Mills cotton factory near Greer, South Carolina, on the shores of the Enoree River. Included on the property are stone and brick foundations, the bases of two steam smokestacks, brick pilings, and a mortared stone dam with six sluice gates across the Enoree River.The mill, believed to be the first cotton mill in the Greenville District, was first founded in 1820 as the Hutchings Factory by the Reverend Thomas Hutchings. In 1827, the property was purchased by Philip C. Lester and was known as Lester Factory. By 1850, the property was known as the Buena Vista Factory and retained that name until 1880 when it was sold to the Pelham Manufacturing Company, who in 1882, incorporated their property under the name The Pelham Mills. By 1940 the mill had been vacated. A fire in the 1940s destroyed the entire mill complex.A portion of the property was donated to the county by the Greenville County Historic Preservation Commission in 1988, used to create the Pelham Mill Park.
