Bankside at Colliers Yard is a residential high-rise building under construction in the Greengate area of Salford, Greater Manchester, England. The building is part of developer Renaker's Greengate masterplan called Colliers Yard, which consists of three adjacent towers, the others being Cortland which topped out in July 2022, and Parkside which was granted planning permission in March 2023. When completed, at 129 m (423 ft), it will be the third-tallest building in Salford and the 10th-tallest building in Greater Manchester. It was designed by Denton Corker Marshall.

Blackfriars is an outer-city suburb of Salford in Greater Manchester, England. It is situated along the banks of the River Irwell, close to the traditional centre of Salford at Greengate, between Manchester City Centre and Broughton. Blackfriars contains Blackfriars Park, one of Salford's smaller parks, and is home to the Friars Primary School.Due to slum clearance very few buildings in Blackfriars now predate the 1960s. One notable exception is the 1871-built tavern on Blackfriars Road, which has now been converted into homes for shared ownership.

100 Greengate (known as Anaconda Cut) (during development known as Exchange Court) is a residential high-rise in Salford, Greater Manchester, England with a height of 131 m (430 ft). As of 2023, it is the second-tallest building in Salford after Cortland at Colliers Yard and the ninth-tallest building in Greater Manchester.It was designed by OMI Architects and is part of a major redevelopment of the Greengate area. The 44-storey tower includes a lower elevation clad with aluminium panels reaching 16 storeys. The main tower is covered with reflective metal panels set behind the glass. The site is bounded by Trinity Way to the north, and Greengate to the south.

The Black Friar is a Grade II listed public house on Blackfriars Road in Salford, England. Built in 1886 in a Vernacular Revival style for Henry Boddington II and attributed to the Manchester architect William Ball, it replaced the Old School Inn on King Street after the creation of Blackfriars Road in the 1880s. The pub was a Boddington's house, though the dates of its inclusion in the brewery's estate are not documented. After nearly two decades of closure and dereliction, including damage from vandalism and a major fire, it reopened in 2021 as a gastropub.

Sacred Trinity Church is an Anglican parish church on Chapel Street in Salford, Greater Manchester, England. Founded in 1635, it is the oldest surviving church in Salford and the only church in the country dedicated under the title Sacred Trinity. Largely rebuilt in 1752, the building has since undergone several major phases of alteration and restoration, resulting in a mixture of Jacobean, Georgian, Victorian, and early 20th‑century architectural elements. It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a Grade II* listed building.

The building is part of developer Renaker's Greengate masterplan called Colliers Yard, which consists of three adjacent towers, the others being Bankside and Parkside. It was designed by OMI Architects with Denton Corker Marshall as delivery architects. As of February 2024, it is the tallest tower in Salford and the seventh-tallest building in Greater Manchester.

The Punch Bowl (officially listed as No. 81 Chapel Street and No. 4 Booth Street) is a Grade II listed former public house on Chapel Street in Salford, England. It was mainly built in 1817 as two separate pubs, which were later combined into a single premises and refronted in the late 19th century, although the date of the amalgamation is not recorded. The pub closed around 2010 and was subsequently converted to office use.

Greengate is an inner-city suburb of Salford in Greater Manchester, England. It is bounded by the River Irwell, Victoria Bridge Street and Chapel Street, Blackfriars Road and Trinity Way. Greengate is the original historic core of Salford and sits within the easternmost part of the City of Salford. Threlfalls Brewery is a Grade II listed building on Cook Street, Salford, England, built in 1896 to the design of W.A. Deighton for Chester's Brewery Company.The brewery premises, comprising two-storey offices, copper room, maturing room, single-storey boiler room, chimney and five-storey tower, were built in pressed red brick with ashlar dressings and Welsh slate roofs.

The Crown is a Grade II listed former public house on Blackfriars Street in Salford, England. Built in the early 19th century, it gained a tiled frontage in the late 19th century with "Crown Hotel" set into the tilework. The pub closed in 1970, and the building was later adapted for commercial use, becoming a nail bar and beauty salon in 2012.

Embankment Exchange is a residential development under construction in the Greengate area of Salford, Greater Manchester, England. It will comprise 300 apartments across two buildings connected by a central podium: the 107 m (349 ft) tall North Tower and 50 m (163 ft) tall South Tower. The buildings were designed by Jeffrey Bell Architects.Once completed, the North Tower will become the fourth-tallest building in Salford and the joint 17th-tallest building in Greater Manchester with City Tower.
