The Water Factory (Polish: Fabryka Wody), also known as the Water Factory–New Gontynka, (Polish: Fabryka Wody – Nowa Gontynka), is a modernist water park and educational centre in Szczecin, Poland, located at 41 Pierwszego Maja Street, within the administrative neighbourhood of Drzetowo-Grabowo in the Downtown district. The complex features 17 swimming pools, 11 water slides, and 16 saunas, and has an area of 13,000 m2 It also includes a cultural and educational centre, named the Educatorium (Polish: Edukatorium), with an area of around 4,610 m2, which features the exhibition themed around water. The building was designed by the architecture firm TKHolding, and opened on 1 June 2024. Previously, the area featured the Grüne Wiese (lit. from German: 'Green Meadow') public swimming pool complex, which operated there prior to the Second World War, and the Gontyka outdoor swimming pool complex, which operated from 1973 to 2000.

The Grabowo Cemetery was a cemetery in Szczecin, Poland, located in the neighbourhoods of Old Town and Drzetowo-Grabowo, between Matejki, Malczewskiego, Wawelska, Starzyńskiego, and Zygmunta Starego, Paska, and Parkowa Streets. It was opened in 1802 and operated until 1910, when it was turned into the Grabowo Gardens (now known as the Stefan Żeromski Park), and most of the gravestones were removed, although some of the most historical importance were preserved until the 1950s. The graves themselves were never exhumated.

The French Reformed Church Cemetery, after 1945 known as the Żabikowo Cemetery, was a Reformed Christian cemetery in Szczecin, Poland used by the French community. It was located between current Storrady Street, Wawelska Street, Parkowa Street, and Kapitańska Street, in what now forms part of the Stefan Żeromski Park. The cemetery was founded in the first part of the 18th-century, and remained operational until 1937, and was eventually demolished in 1965.

Hanza Tower is a skyscraper in Szczecin, Poland, located at the 50 Wyzwolenia Avenue, in the Śródmieście-Północ municipal neighbourhood. The building is 125 m tall, making it the tallest building in the city. It has 34 floors, including 4 underground. Its construction begun in 2011, and had been finished in 2021. The building had been designed in the shape of the ship sail, with the project made by companies Laguarda Low and Urbicon.

The Memorial to the Heroes of January '71 (Polish: Pomnik Bohaterów Stycznia ’71) is a monument in Szczecin, Poland, within the Old Town neighbourhood. It is placed in front of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship Office Building, at the Bolesław I the Brave Embankment. It takes a form of large metal ship propeller, embedded into pavement. The monument is dedicated to the participants of protects in January 1971, in Szczecin, Poland in, held response to government failing to failure to keep promises to reduce prices agreen upon the end of the previous protests in December 1970, as well as against the censureship and smear campaigns of the media towards those events. The monument was unveiled on 30 August 2023.

The equestrian statue of Frederick III (German: Reiterstandbild Friedrich III; Polish: Pomnik konny Fryderyka III) was a monument in Szczecin, Poland, placed at the current Adam Mickiewicz Square, at the southwestern end of the Stefan Żeromski Park. It was a bronze equestrian statue of Frederick III, the King of Prussia from 1831 to 1888, and the Emperor of Germany in 1888. It was designed by Ludwig Manzel, unveiled in 1913, and removed and subsequently destroyed in 1942. Currently, in its place stands the Adam Mickiewicz Monument.

The Adam Mickiewicz Monument (Polish: Pomnik Adama Mickiewicza) is a monument in Szczecin, Poland, located at the Mickiewicz Square near the Stefan Żeromski Park. It consists of a concrete statue of Adam Mickiewicz, a 19th-century poet, writer, and political activist. It was designed by Sławomir Lewiński and unvailed on 3 May 1960.
