St Giles' Church, Mountnessing

Padham's Green is a hamlet in the Brentwood district, in the English county of Essex. It is near the town of Ingatestone. It is assumed to be a manorial name, deriving from the family of William de Perham.

The settlement, which developed in the twentieth century, covers an extensive area, but has a low population due to low density nature of the plotland and A129 ribbon developments that constitute most of the village.

Hutton Country Park is a 37.4 hectare Local Nature Reserve in Brentwood in Essex. It is owned and managed by Brentwood Borough Council.The River Wid forms the northern boundary of the park, and it is bisected by the Great Eastern Main Line. Most of the site is semi-natural grassland which has a diverse range of species. There are also areas of oak and hornbeam woodland, ponds and wetlands. There are birds such as moorhens and long-tailed tits, insects including large red damselflies and orange tip butterflies, and flowers such as the lesser stitchwort and ox-eye daisy.There is access from Wash Road

Ingatestone Hall is a Grade I listed 16th-century manor house in Essex, England. It is located outside the village of Ingatestone, approximately 5 miles (8.0 km) south west of Chelmsford and 25 miles (40 km) north east of London. The house was built by Sir William Petre, and his descendants (the Barons Petre) live in the house to this day. Part of the house is leased out as offices while the current Lord Petre's son and heir apparent lives in a private wing with his family. The Hall formerly housed Tudor monarchs such as Queen Elizabeth I. The hall is open to the public on selected afternoons between Easter and September.

Ingatestone railway station is on the Great Eastern Main Line in the East of England, serving the village of Ingatestone, Essex. It is 23 miles 50 chains (38.0 km) down the line from London Liverpool Street and is situated between Shenfield to the west and Chelmsford to the east. Its three-letter station code is INT. The station is currently managed by Greater Anglia, which also operates all trains serving it, as part of the East Anglia franchise.

Mountnessing Windmill is a grade II* listed post mill at Mountnessing, Essex, England. Built in 1807, it was most recently restored to working order in 1983.

Ingatestone is a village and former civil parish in Essex, England, with a population of 5,365 inhabitants according to the 2011 census. Just north lies the village of Fryerning, the two forming now the parish of Ingatestone and Fryerning. Ingatestone lies in the Metropolitan Green Belt 20 miles (32 km) north-east of London. Its built-up area straddles the A12 trunk road and the Great Eastern Main Railway Line. It has become an affluent commuter village, seen as one of the UK's best places to live by the Sunday Times in 2020.

Hutton is an area of Brentwood and former civil parish, now in the unparished area of Brentwood, in south Essex, England. It has good links to Central London (around 20 miles (32 km) to the south west) via Shenfield train station which is just 1 mile (1.6 km) from Hutton. Brentwood town centre lies 3 miles to the west. The area can be split between modest housing estates and the largely affluent Hutton Mount. There are two wards named "Hutton" both in the Borough of Brentwood. In 1931 the parish had a population of 2142.

St Edmund and St Mary's Church is the Church of England parish church in the village of Ingatestone in Essex. It dates to the 11th century and received major modifications in the 17th century. Its west tower is in red brick and is described by Simon Jenkins in his 1999 book England's Thousand Best Churches as "magnificent, a unified Perpendicular composition of red brick with black Tudor diapering. Strong angled buttresses rise to a heavy battlemented crown, the bell openings plain." One of the three pieces of a Sarsen stone is located next to the west door of the church the other two pieces being left either side of Fryerning Lane. A chapel built onto the chancel contains several family tombs of the Petre family, which lived locally at Ingatestone Hall - these include the monuments of William Petre, his second wife Anne Browne, John Petre, 1st Baron Petre and his wife. The tower is 83 feet (25 metres) high.

Toby Howe Cricket Ground is a cricket ground in Billericay, Essex. The first recorded match on the ground was in 1999, when Billericay Cricket Club played Wanstead Cricket Club in the 1999 Essex Premier League.In 2000, the ground held a single List-A match between the Essex Cricket Board and Warwickshire in the 3rd round of the 2000 NatWest Trophy.The ground has also held 21 Second XI fixtures between 1999 and present for the Essex Second XI in the Second XI Championship and Second XI Trophy.In local domestic cricket, the ground is still the home venue of Billericay Cricket Club.

Buttsbury is a village and former 2,079-acre (8.4 km2) civil parish (once ancient parish) in the Chelmsford district of Essex, England, a contraction of Botulph's Pirie, a major saint who died in 680. It is sometimes surmised that the name refers to a tree under which St Botolph preached. The civil parish was merged into Stock in 1936. In 1931 the civil parish had a population of 1709.

St Mary's is a Grade II* listed parish church in the village of Buttsbury, approximately 1.5 miles (2.4 km) north west of Ingatestone and 3.8 miles (6.1 km) south east of Billericay in Essex, England. The present building dates from the 14th century, but St Mary's Church was mentioned in 1170century, the site is believed to have been where St Botolph preached under a pear tree in the 7th century.
