Gorleston-on-Sea (), known colloquially as Gorleston, is a town in the unparished area of Great Yarmouth, in the Great Yarmouth district, in the county of Norfolk, England. It is to the south of the town of Great Yarmouth, at the mouth of the River Yare, it was a port town at the time of the Domesday Book. The port then became a centre of fishing for herring along with salt pans used for the production of salt to preserve the fish. In Edwardian times the fishing industry rapidly declined and the town's role changed to that of a seaside resort.

Great Yarmouth and Gorleston lifeboat station (not to be confused with Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight) is a RNLI base in Norfolk, England. There were originally two separate stations at Great Yarmouth and Gorleston – two coastal towns either side of the River Yare. These were merged in 1926.

Gorleston (Range Rear) Lighthouse is located near mouth of River Yare in the Gorleston-on-Sea area of Great Yarmouth in the English county of Norfolk. The lighthouse was built in 1878. Gorleston-on-Sea lighthouse carries two lights. The rear light for the harbour entrance range (white light, 4 seconds on, 2 seconds off) is mounted on the tower with a focal plane of 6.7 metres (22 ft); a fixed red light is also displayed from the gallery with a focal plane of 20.1 metres (66 ft).

East Norfolk Sixth Form College (commonly abbreviated to EN) is a sixth form college in the Gorleston-on-Sea area of Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, England. Opened in 1982 it uses the building of the former Alderman Leach Secondary Modern school to form part of its campus in the centre of Gorleston-on-Sea. The college offers 80 different subjects including A levels, BTEC, GCSE and a number of other pathways in further education. New pathways include T Levels and the Level 4 Foundation Degree programmes and the Elite Football Programme in conjunction with Norwich City CSF. The College is also one of only 25 FA Super Hubs and the only local provider with a Combined Cadet Force (CCF). It is also an approved centre for the Duke of Edinburgh Awards. The college has about 1,600 students most of whom are aged 16–18 and enrol from a wide catchment area across Norfolk and North Suffolk. In recent years the college has undergone expansion and refurbishment in a number of areas and in 2021 is investing a further £3 million into the campus. This includes a state of the art 3G pitch, and investment in new classrooms and technology to support the delivery of the T Level programme.

Gorleston-on-Sea railway station was a station in Gorleston-on-Sea in Norfolk. It was on the line between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft which closed in 1970. The station was demolished after closure and the site is now occupied by the A47 road.

Great Yarmouth Power Station is combined cycle gas turbine power station on South Denes Road in Great Yarmouth in Norfolk, England, with a maximum output of 420 MW electricity, opened in 2001. It is built on the site of an oil-fired power station, built in 1958 and closed and demolished in the 1990s. A coal-fired power station was built in Great Yarmouth in 1894 and operated until 1961. The station is operated by RWE.

Gorleston South Pier Lighthouse and Coastwatch watch station is located in the town of Gorleston in the English county of Norfolk. The lighthouse and station is located at the end of the south pier of seaport on the south side of Great Yarmouth.

Great Yarmouth Outer Harbour is a port constructed on the east coast of England at Great Yarmouth. Construction work on the Outer Harbour began in June 2007. The harbour which is built in the South Denes area was planned to bring trade to the area. The plans included a container terminal and a passenger ferry terminal, but with no confirmed contracts these were not built.

The Nelson's Monument is a commemorative column or tower built in memorial to Admiral Horatio Nelson, situated on the Denes, Great Yarmouth in the county of Norfolk, England. It was designated as a Grade I listed structure in 1953.

Gorleston North railway station was a former station on the Norfolk and Suffolk Joint Railway connecting Great Yarmouth with Lowestoft. It was located on the northern outskirts of Gorleston-on-Sea, close to Great Yarmouth. Gorleston North was closed during the Second World War following bomb damage. Trains continued to pass through the station until services were withdrawn from the line in 1970. The station was demolished after closure and the site is now occupied by the A47 road.

Cliff Park Ormiston Academy (formerly Cliff Park High School) is a coeducational secondary school with academy status, located in the Gorleston-on-Sea area of Great Yarmouth in the English county of Norfolk. The school educates children aged 11 to 16.

Lacons Brewery is an independent brewery in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, UK. In 2013, it produced 7,500 pints of beer a week. Lacons Brewery was founded in 1760, but shut down in February 1968 and reclaimed independence in 2013.
