Keighley Tarn

Laycock is a small village in the Bradford District of West Yorkshire that overlooks the hamlet of Goose Eye. The village is 1.9 miles (3 km) west of the town of Keighley and 1.2 miles (2 km) north of Oakworth village. The village is in the council ward of Keighley West.

Steeton with Eastburn is a civil parish within the City of Bradford Metropolitan District, West Yorkshire, England. Historically part of the West Riding of Yorkshire, it has, according to the 2001 census, a population of 4,277, increasing to 4,375 at the 2011 Census. The parish includes the villages of Steeton and Eastburn. It has a small parish school and public transport links to local towns and cities. It also has a local newsagents, a transport cafe and a children's park. On the outskirts of Steeton is Steeton and Silsden Station. Cricketer's Walk takes you to the cricket and football pitch. Located in the parish is Airedale General Hospital, which lies between Steeton and Eastburn.

Goose Eye is a hamlet in the civil parish of Keighley, in West Yorkshire, England. The hamlet grew up around the mill which was built there in the later 18th century. The hamlet retains its 19th-century industrial character, and it is only 4 kilometres (2.5 mi) west of Keighley. North Beck flows through the hamlet, and its waters were an important part of the development of the village as the power for the mills. The hamlet was notable in the valley bottom, with its 200 feet (61 m) chimney for Turkey Mill. The hamlet is part of the Bradford District.

The Holy Family Catholic School is a coeducational Roman Catholic secondary school and sixth form serving the parishes and communities in and around the districts of Keighley, Haworth, and Skipton in West Yorkshire, England.The school opened in May 1965. The school celebrated its 50th birthday in 2015.Previously a voluntary aided school administered by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, in August 2022 The Holy Family Catholic School converted to academy status. The school is now sponsored by the Blessed Christopher Wharton Catholic Academy Trust. the school continues to be under the jurisdiction of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Leeds.

Carlton Keighley (formerly Greenhead Grammar School, Greenhead High School and then University Academy Keighley) is a coeducational secondary school located in Utley (a suburb of Keighley), in the English county of West Yorkshire.Previously a community school administered by Bradford City Council, Greenhead High School converted to academy status in September 2010 and was renamed University Academy Keighley. The school was then sponsored by the University of Bradford and Bradford City Council. It became part of the Bradford based Carlton Academy Trust in 2022 and was renamed Carlton Keighley. Carlton Keighley offers GCSEs, BTECs and Cambridge Nationals as programmes of study for pupils. Facilities at the school are also available for use by the local community outside school hours.

Cliffe Castle Museum, Keighley, West Yorkshire, England, is a local heritage museum which opened in the grand, Victorian, neo-Gothic Cliffe Castle in 1959. Originating as Cliffe Hall in 1828, the museum is the successor to Keighley Museum which opened in Eastwood House, Keighley, in c. 1892. There is a series of galleries dedicated to various aspects of local heritage, and to displaying the house itself, which is a Grade II listed building. Entrance to the museum is free of charge.

Silsden A.F.C. is a football club based in Silsden, West Yorkshire, England, and is currently a member of the Northern Counties East League Premier Division.
