Burnside Heights is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 21 km (13 mi) north-west of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Melton local government area. Burnside Heights recorded a population of 6,377 at the 2021 census.Burnside Heights is separated from the suburb of Burnside to the south by Kororoit Creek and Caroline Springs. Burnside Heights, although a young suburb, is well established, with nearby schools, medical centres, a kindergarten, a gymnasium and an AFL and cricket oval. Burnside Heights has several large shopping centres in close proximity, including Watergardens and Brimbank Central. Its major draw card is its close proximity (500m) to the Caroline Springs town square, which is a major activity centre for the area. In December 2010 the Watervale Shopping Centre was established within the suburb. Burnside Heights was developed from the creations of three developers under the names of VicUrban (Tenterfield), Triton Property Group (Taylors Park Estate) and Sunlands (Arbour on the Park). Burnside Heights was renamed from Burnside when the developers at the time sought to distinguish from the older part.

Gilson College is a Christian school, located in the Melbourne suburbs of Mernda and Taylors Hill, Victoria, Australia. It is a private co-educational early learning, primary and secondary day school. The College caters to students from early learning through Year 12. The original campus, located in Taylors Hill, was established in 1988. The second campus in Mernda was acquired in December 2012 and classes began in January 2013. The College is part of the Seventh-day Adventist education system, the world's second largest Christian school system.

Kings Park is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 19 km (12 mi) north-west of Melbourne Central Business District, located within the City of Brimbank local government area. Kings Park recorded a population of 8,203 at the 2021 census.Kings Park was named after the King family, whose farm formed of the land the estate was developed on. Kings Road which forms the eastern boundary was also named after the King family and the family farm house was located on Kings Road, near the current intersection with Grevillea Road. The suburb began as a housing estate within the St Albans 3021 postcode area which eventually became an official suburb with the same 3021 postcode. The estate began construction c. 1971 with the first stage consisting of Gillespie Road (south), Kings Park Reserve (west), Magnolia Avenue (north) and the existing Kings Road (east). At the time Kings Road was a single lane of bitumen with gravel on either side. Stage 2 consisted of the area bounded by Maplewood Road/Fairmont Street (east), Taylors Road (north), Braeswood Road (west) and Gillespie Road (south) and was completed in 1972. At the time Taylors Road was a gravel road west of Kings Road. With the ongoing expansion in various stages the current boundaries for Kings Park are Taylors Road (north), Kings Road (east), Main Road West (south) and Kororoit Creek and the City of Brimbank/City of Melton LGA boundary (west).

Hillside is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 24 km (15 mi) north-west of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the Cities of Brimbank and Melton local government areas. Hillside recorded a population of 17,331 at the 2021 census.There is another locality in Victoria named Hillside, a small rural district near Bairnsdale. The suburb of Hillside was previously part of the neighbouring suburb of Sydenham, however its name was changed to Hillside approximately 18 years ago. It has estates with names of Cypress Rise, Banchory Grove, Parkwood Green, Bellevue Hill, Sugargum Estate, Hillside 2000 and Regency Rise. A large water tower (known as "The Golf Ball" by locals) exists in the estate of The Bellevue, which can be seen from several kilometres around and, along with the large radio transmission towers in nearby Delahey, is a major landmark of the outer north-western suburban area. The streets of Hillside are lined with plane trees, which were planted during the farming days of Hillside. The terrain has a slight slope going up the main street.

Caroline Springs is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 21 km (13 mi) west of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the City of Melton local government area. Caroline Springs recorded a population of 24,488 at the 2021 census.Caroline Springs has been developed on greenfield land since 1999 by Delfin, in partnership with the original landowners. Centrally located, just north of Kororoit Creek, is the town square and main shopping centre, known as CS Square, and a man-made lake known as Lake Caroline. At the time of development, it was one of Melbourne's fastest growing suburbs and Delfin anticipated the population to be in excess of 25,000 people by 2015.The Caroline Springs Post Office opened on 8 August 2005.
