Haifa el-Atika

The Haifa Bat Galim central bus station was named after the Haifa neighborhood of Bat Galim. Until January 1, 2002, it served all Egged intercity bus routes originating and terminating in Haifa, as well as most local routes. The Bat Galim station was in use for about thirty years. The main building itself is a Brutalist mega-structure.The bus platforms at the Bat Galim central bus station were outdoors. The building also housed outdoor stores and restaurants. On the lower level, one side of the building was used for departures, and the other for arrivals. On the upper level, buses arrived on the side of the building used for departures below. There is a tower above the station. A pedestrian tunnel connects the Bat Galim railway station, the Bat Galim bus station and the eastbound bus stops on the opposite side of HaHagana Road.

Rambam Health Care Campus (Hebrew: רמב"ם - הקריה הרפואית לבריאות האדם) commonly called Rambam Hospital, is a hospital in the Bat Galim neighborhood of Haifa, Israel founded in 1938, 10 years before the establishment of the State of Israel. It is the largest medical center in northern Israel and fifth largest in Israel, and is named for the 12th century physician-philosopher Rabbi Moshe Ben-Maimon (Maimonides), known as the Rambam.Rambam Health Care Campus is also an academic teaching hospital affiliated with the Rappaport Faculty of Medicine of the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Israel's oldest university.

Haifa Bat Galim railway station (Hebrew: תחנת הרכבת חיפה בת גלים, Taḥanat HaRakevet Ḥeifa Bat Gailm) is an Israel Railways passenger station situated on the coastal railway line and serves the city of Haifa. The station takes its name from the neighborhood of Bat Galim, where it is located. The station was Haifa's main train station from its construction in 1975 until the early 2000s.

The Ruth and Bruce Rappaport Faculty of Medicine is a medical school that operates in Bat Galim, Haifa and is part of the Technion's Faculty of Medicine. The faculty was established in the late 1960s by a group of physicians who found the need for an academic school specialized in medical education and research. The medical school merged with the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in 1973.

The Haifa Municipal Stadium (Hebrew: האצטדיון העירוני חיפה, Etztadion HaIroni Haifa), more commonly known as Kiryat Eliezer (קריית אליעזר‎), was a multi-use stadium in the Kiryat Eliezer neighborhood of Haifa, Israel. It was mostly used for football matches and as the home stadium of Maccabi Haifa and Hapoel Haifa. At 2014, It was replaced by the new Sammy Ofer Stadium, located at the southern entrance to the city.

Bat Galim (Hebrew: בת גלים, lit. Daughter of the Waves) is a neighborhood of Haifa, Israel, located at the foot of Mount Carmel on the Mediterranean coast. Bat Galim is known for its promenade and sandy beaches. The neighborhood spans from Rambam hospital in the North to the Haifa Cable Cars in the South, and from the Mediterranean Sea's shore line in the West to Bat Galim's train station on the East.

Kiryat Eliezer is a neighborhood in north-western Haifa, Israel. It is located south of Bat Galim and west of Kiryat Eliyahu. The neighborhood used to be notable for its stadium, former home to Maccabi Haifa F.C.

The Haifa naval base is a base of Israeli Navy, located in Haifa, Israel, and constitutes the main naval base of the Israel Defense Forces. The base is the hub of Israel's naval force. The naval base has submarines, missile boats and other vessels. On 28 November 2011, Brigadier General Eli Sharvit, was appointed as commander of the Haifa Naval Base.

The Italian Hospital in Haifa (Italian: Ospedale Italiano, Hebrew: בית החולים האיטלקי בחיפה) is a medical center administered by the National Association for Assistance to Italian Missionaries (ANSMI). Inaugurated at the current location in 1932-33, the hospital is run by the Franciscan Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, who are providing the nursing staff which is also residing in the hospital. The hospital contains over 100 beds.

The NB Haifa School of Design, named after Neri Bloomfield and formerly WIZO Canada, is a college of art located in the German Colony in downtown Haifa, Israel. It is the leading professional and academic institution for higher education in art in northern Israel. The academy's president is Dr David Alexander.

The Haifa City Museum was inaugurated in November 2000 as the historical City Museum. Its location, at the edge of Haifa’s German Colony and near the historical part of the city, affords a view of a rich and complex urban fabric that reveals the historical diversity of the city’s different populations. As part of the museum’s cultural activities, it mounts exhibitions on themes related to the city's physical and spiritual core. Historically, Haifa has been a hub of different cultures and a meeting point between East and West. Set at its heart and attentive to its different aspects, the museum opens a space for socio-political debates that emerge in the urban environment.
