The Hôtel Monville is a hotel in downtown Montréal, Québec, Canada. Built by ACDF Architects and completed in March 2018. The hotel stands 76 meters (249 ft) tall with a view across downtown Montréal and has a total square footage of 14,900 square meters (160,382 square feet). The hotel has 269-rooms, and differs from the surrounding buildings by its very prominent façade that stands out on the skyline because of its large windows with large boxes framing the windows in white of black. The monochromatic mosaic exterior has clean straight lined boxes that are black and white that give the windows depth, the white prefabricated concrete panels illuminate at night to make the building stand out. The interior of the hotel continues the black and white monochromatic mosaic style from its exterior façade onto the floor, with large white columns and a black ceiling. The foyer is three stories tall with a large glass curtain wall, and large warm oak wood elements that surround certain rooms such as the bathroom, walkways, and the upstairs bar and lounge.

The apartment section consists of 240 rental apartments and is located on the upper twenty-eight floors. It is branded as Le V.Construction began in 2011. The Courtyard by Marriott hotel officially opened in September 2013, while the apartments section was completed in 2014. Having 40 floors and being 138 metres (453 ft) tall, it is the tenth-tallest building in Montreal.

Square-Victoria–OACI station is a Montreal Metro station in the borough of Ville-Marie in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is operated by the Société de transport de Montréal (STM) and serves the Orange Line. It is located in Victoria Square near the Quartier international de Montréal district. The station opened on February 6, 1967, four months after most of the initial network, and was briefly the terminus of the Orange Line until Bonaventure station was opened a week later.

Entourage Guimard is an art installation and Square-Victoria-OACI station entrance designed by Hector Guimard in Montreal's Victoria Square, in Quebec, Canada.The cast iron and Comblanchien stone Art Nouveau-style structure was donated by Régie autonome des transports parisiens (RATP), and is owned by Société de transport de Montréal. The structure was installed in Victoria Square in 1967, and restored in 2003.

Complexe Maisonneuve is an office building complex in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Complexe Maisonneuve is located on De la Gauchetière Street West between University Street and Beaver Hall Hill. It is situated facing Victoria Square in the Quartier international district of Downtown Montreal, and is linked to Montreal's Underground City and Square-Victoria-OACI Station on the Montreal Metro. The complex consists of two buildings, the Tour de la Banque Nationale and 700 de La Gauchetière. It was inaugurated on October 31, 1983. The two towers share an underground base six floors deep. The complex was designed by American architect Sylvia Gottwald-Thapar in the modernist architectural style, and is the only all-steel structure built in Montreal since the 1960s.

The Bell Telephone Building (French: Édifice Bell) is a neoclassical office building in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It was constructed with a steel frame between 1927 and 1929. It has 22 floors and is 96 m (315 ft) tall. It once contained the head office for the Bell Telephone Company. The Bell Telephone Building has 237,782 sq ft (22,090.7 m2) of class B office space. It was renovated in 1980.
