Percival Landing Park is a public park located in Olympia, Washington.

Sand Man is a historic tugboat museum ship in Percival Landing, Olympia, Washington. It was built in 1910 by Crawford and Reid in Tacoma, Washington from old-growth Douglas fir and measures 58.5 feet (17.8 m) in length and 21.5 feet (6.6 m) in height. In July 2025, the boat was listed as impounded and up for auction at a starting bid of $10,000, to satisfy a debt of $28,966. The boat was considered to be in a "structurally compromised" condition due to dry docking since May 11, 2023, posing a safety risk.

Heritage Park is a 24-acre (9.7 ha) state-owned park adjacent to the campus of the Washington State Capitol, Capitol Lake and downtown Olympia, Washington.

The Olympia National Bank is a historic building in downtown Olympia, Washington, listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1987. The building was designed by Joseph Wohleb in the neoclassical and Beaux-Arts architecture styles and constructed by the Hurley-Mason Construction Company of Tacoma in c. 1915 for an estimated cost of $50,000 (equivalent to $1.55 million in 2024). It has a 24 feet (7.3 m) by 90 feet (27 m) foundation and two stories.

The Mottman Building is an historic commercial building located at the Northwest corner of Capitol Way N & 4th Ave W in downtown Olympia, Washington. Originally constructed in 1888 as the Olympic Block by Samuel Williams for Toklas & Kaufman to house their department store, the building was remodeled and expanded to its current state in 1911 by prominent Olympia realtor and eventual mayor George Mottman, whose own department store, the Mottman Mercantile, occupied the building until 1967. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

American Legion Hall, at 219 W. Legion Way in Olympia, Washington, was built in 1921. It served as a meeting hall and as a sport facility. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. The concrete, stucco and brick structure was designed by Joseph Wohleb.

The Port of Olympia is a deepwater port and port of entry located on a Budd Inlet peninsula in Olympia, Washington. It is the southernmost port within Puget Sound. The port is also a district and authority, containing holdings that include Olympia Airport, the Olympia Market District, the NewMarket Industrial Campus, and the Swantown Marina. The port was officially begun in 1922 after a citizen's vote authorized the construction of a waterfront industrial area. Prior to the build of the port, the area was used by indigenous people and early non-native settlers for commerce and trade. By 1850, an early harbor site was formed leading to economic and population increases in Olympia, which became an end point on the Oregon Trail and the government seat for the Washington Territory. A lengthy wharf was built in 1885 and the inlet dredged in 1895 to provide shipment access for larger cargo vessels to the city. Further expansions were undertaken in the 1900s and in the 1910s, the waterfront became a site of canneries and warship construction. The port was built up during the mid-1920s to include a terminal and timber cargo became the main economic driver of the industrial site; canneries became a financial factor in the 1950s. Expansions of the grounds and facilities continued up to World War II, once again being used to fabricate ships for the war effort. The port authority began to expand operations by purchasing the airport and other property beginning in the 1960s. Channels around the Marine Terminal were deepened in 1970. In conjunction with additional expansions of the port in the 1980s, the authority diversified the port's holdings further, allowing the creation of new businesses, neighborhoods, and parks in the 1990s. By 2010, the Port of Olympia ranked second in the state for lumber cargo and as of 2025, the port is approximately 200 acres (81 ha) in size, including the 60-acre (24 ha) Marine Terminal. The authority has land holdings exceeding 1,200 acres (490 ha). As of 2025, the port averages 20 ship calls per year and generates an annual revenue of almost $2.0 million.

The Olympia Downtown Historic District is a historic district located in Olympia, Washington, the state's capital. The district, listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 2004, covers 17 blocks in downtown Olympia and includes 51 contributing properties. The majority of buildings in Downtown Olympia were built between 1911 and 1930, decades after Washington gained statehood with Olympia as its capital city. Three earthquakes, in 1949, 1965 and 2001, damaged buildings in downtown Olympia. Several properties in the historic district were designed by architect Joseph Wohleb, who hails from the area.

The Capitol Theater, at 206 East Fifth Avenue in downtown Olympia, Washington, was built in 1924. It was designed by architect Joseph Wohleb and has a capacity of 1,500. Since 1986, the Olympia Film Society operates the theater. The theater suffered major plaster damage to the ceiling during the 2001 Nisqually earthquake, but has since undergone repair and has re-opened. The marquee, a 1940 addition, was removed in January 2008. The theater played host to the International Pop Underground Convention, a punk and indie rock music festival in 1991, as well as the similarly themed Yoyo A Go Go in 1994, 1997, 1999, and 2001.

Sylvester Park is a historic city park in downtown Olympia, Washington listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was donated for public use by Edmund Sylvester in 1850 and was later under the jurisdiction of the state government from 1905 to 1955. Between c. 1901 – c. 1927, the park was known as Capitol Plaza.

The Elks Building in Olympia, Washington is a concrete building with a brick veneer that was built in 1919. It was built for the Elks local chapter that had been formed in 1891. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.A 1985 historic buildings survey described it as the "only historic building built exclusively for a fraternal lodge still standing in Olympia."

The Arc of Statehood is a series of 39 bronze markers mounted on sandstone blocks by Capitol Lake on the Washington State Capitol campus, in Olympia, Washington, United States. The markers were installed in 2002.
