La Ruche ([la ʁyʃ]; "the beehive") was an artist's residence in the Montparnasse district of Paris. It now hosts around fifty artists and stages art exhibitions open to the public.

The École nationale supérieure des arts appliqués et des métiers d'art, also called the École des Arts Appliqués or Olivier de Serres and abbreviated to ENSAAMA, is a post-baccalauréat teaching establishment for the decorative arts in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, France.

The lycée autogéré de Paris (LAP) is an experimental high school created in 1982 by Education Minister Alain Savary. Teachers and students (in some way "breaking" with the education system) are the foundation, the "initiator" was Jean Lévi. LAP teaches adolescents and young adults, aged 15 to 21, as an alternative to the Education in France.

It is located in the 15th arrondissement at Porte de Versailles Métro station between the Boulevard Périphérique and Boulevards of the Marshals. It is the largest exhibition park in France. Paris Expo Porte de Versailles boasts 228,211m2 of exhibition floor, 8 pavilions, 2 auditoriums, 32 meeting rooms. The exhibition center hosts over 120 trade-shows every year plus events, many product launches and conventions. The Tour Triangle, a 180 metres tall glass pyramid, is planned to be constructed near the site. It houses a 120-room hotel and 70,000 square metres of office space. Paris Expo will be a venue of the 2024 Summer Olympics, hosting volleyball and table tennis competitions.

The Foire de Paris (Paris Fair) is a major retail event that has been held annually in Paris since 1904, typically for ten days in April–May. Although mainly showing domestic goods, it offers a varied range of products for the general public. Since 1924 the fair has been held in the Porte de Versailles exhibition center. It is the largest general-purpose fair in Europe.

The Musée du Service des Objets Trouvés, also known as the Petit musée des objets trouvés, is a small museum of articles maintained by the Service des Objets Trouvés (Lost and Found Department) of the Paris Police. It is located in the 15th arrondissement at 36, rue des Morillons, Paris, France. Although it is located within the public lost and found repository, the museum itself is not generally open to the public. A thousand objects are lost every day in the suburbs and airports of Paris, found by others and brought to the police department or placed in a mailbox to be delivered to the museum. The top three objects found: identity documents, keys and glasses. In 2011, 186,000 objects were found and delivered to the museum for recovery. The museum contains a number of unusual items that have not (yet) been claimed by their owners, including a lobster found at Paris-Orly Airport, a funerary urn lost in the subway station near Père Lachaise Cemetery, a fireman's helmet, skulls, a wooden leg, wedding dresses, and a roll of copper weighing over 100 kilograms (220 lb). The museum is mentioned, along with a number of other small museums in Paris, in chapter 81 of The Museum of Innocence by Nobel prize winner Orhan Pamuk.

Parc Georges-Brassens is a public park located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, between rue des Morillons and rue de Périchaux. Opened in 1984, it occupies 7.74 hectares on the site of a former fish market, horse market and slaughterhouse, and preserves some of the old market structures. It is named for the French popular singer Georges Brassens (1921–1981) who lived in the neighborhood of the park at 9 impasse Florimont and 42 rue Santos Dumont. The nearest metro stations to the park are Convention and Porte-de-Vanves.

Porte de Versailles (French pronunciation: ​[pɔʁt də vɛʁsɑj]) is a station on Line 12 of the Paris Métro, as well as the southern terminus of Île-de-France tramway Line 2 and a stop on Île-de-France tramway Line 3a in the 15th arrondissement. Nearby are the Paris expo Porte de Versailles and Dôme de Paris indoor sports venue.

Notre-Dame-de-la-Salette is a Roman Catholic church located rue de Cronstadt in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. It is under the patronage of Our Lady of La Salette, particularly revered by the religious congregation of St. Vincent de Paul.

The Paris Motor Show (French: Mondial de l'Automobile) is a biennial auto show in Paris. Held during October, it is one of the most important auto shows, often with many new production automobile and concept car debuts. The show presently takes place in Paris expo Porte de Versailles. The Mondial is scheduled by the Organisation Internationale des Constructeurs d'Automobiles, which considers it a major international auto show. In 2016, the Paris Motor Show welcomed 1,253,513 visitors, making it the most visited auto show in the world, ahead of Tokyo and Frankfurt. The key figures of the show are: 125,000 m2 (1,350,000 sq ft) of exhibition, 8 pavilions, 260 brands from 18 countries, 65 world premieres, more than 10 000 test drives for electric and hybrid cars, more than 10 000 journalists from 103 countries. Until 1986, it was called the Salon de l'Automobile; it took the name Mondial de l'Automobile in 1988 and Mondial Paris Motor Show in 2018. The show was held annually until 1976; since which time, it has been held biennially.

The Théâtre Silvia Monfort is a theatre company and building in Paris, located at 106 rue Brancion in the 15th arrondissement. It has 456 seats and its stage is 15m wide by 7m high.

Convention (French pronunciation: [kɔ̃vɑ̃sjɔ̃] (listen)) is a station on Line 12 of the Paris Métro in the 15th arrondissement. The station opened on 5 November 1910 as part of the original section of the Nord-Sud Company's line A between Porte de Versailles and Notre-Dame-de-Lorette. It is named after the Rue de la Convention.
