The Impact Arena (Thai: อิมแพ็ค อารีน่า) is a multi-purpose indoor arena located in the Impact, Muang Thong Thani commercial complex in Pak Kret, Nonthaburi, Thailand, north of Bangkok. It was opened in December 1998 and is owned by the Bangkok Land Public Company Limited. The arena has a capacity of 12,000 people.

Impact, Muang Thong Thani (Thai: ศูนย์แสดงสินค้าและการประชุม อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี) is a commercial complex consisting of an arena, convention centre and exhibition halls, located in Muang Thong Thani in Pak Kret District of Nonthaburi Province, a northern suburb of Bangkok, Thailand. It has been considered as the second largest exhibition and convention venue in Asia with an indoor floor space of over 140,000 sqm. Its Challenger Hall is currently the world's largest column-free exhibition hall. The venue hosts over 490 events and welcomes over 15 million visitors each year.

The Thailand Open was a professional tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts. It was part of the ATP World Tour 250 series of the ATP Tour. It was held annually in Bangkok, Thailand, in the third week of September, since 2003. From 2005 to 2007, a WTA Tier III, the PTT Bangkok Open, was also held in the region before being discontinued. Roger Federer is the only man to have won the singles competition more than once, in 2004 and 2005, while Andy Ram and Jonathan Erlich are the only doubles pair to have won the competition multiple times, in 2003 and 2006. In 2007, Sonchat Ratiwatana and Sanchai Ratiwatana became the first Thai champions of the event, winning in the final against Wimbledon doubles champion Michaël Llodra, and partner Nicolas Mahut. In November 2013 the ATP announced that the tournament would be relocated to Shenzhen, China.

Muang Thong Thani (Thai: เมืองทองธานี 'golden city') is a large real estate development in Pak Kret, a northern suburb city of Bangkok, in Thailand's Nonthaburi Province. It was mainly developed from the late 1980s by the Bangkok Land Company under the leadership of Anant Kanjanapas, and was envisioned as a satellite city along the lines of the new towns of Hong Kong. It was rapidly built in the early 1990s amid Thailand's booming economy, but ground to a halt with the 1997 Asian financial crisis, a rise and fall that epitomizes Thailand's real estate bubble of the 1990s. Muang Thong Thani's development has since mostly been focused around its Impact exhibition and convention centre, one of the largest in Southeast Asia, built upon facilities created for the 1998 Asian Games. Muang Thong Thani is connected to Chaeng Watthana, Tiwanon and Prachachuen roads (the last of which runs along the Bangkok–Nonthaburi border), and is served by the Si Rat and Udon Ratthaya expressways. The under-construction Pink Line monorail has a spur line extension that will directly connect to the Impact venues. Muang Thong Thani is also the site of Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, and is home to the Muangthong United Football Club.

Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University or STOU (Thai: มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช, RTGS: Mahawitthayalai Sukhothai Thammathirat; Sukhothai Thammathirat University) is the only open university in Thailand.

Lake Muang Thong Thani station (station code MT02) is a Bangkok MRT station on the Pink Line extension to Muang Thong Thani, commonly known as Muang Thong Thani Line. The station is located above Soi Chaengwattana-Pak Kret 39, near the Impact Lakeside event space, Thunderdome Stadium and Thunderdome. It is the terminus of the Muang Thong Thani spur line. Trains arrive to this station every 10 minutes normally, but every 5 minutes during rush hour or when there are events. The station has 4 exits.

The Thunderdome Stadium, is a football stadium located in Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi, Thailand, and is the home of Thai League 1's side, Muangthong United. The stadium was the first operate football stadium in Thailand.

Si Rat station (Thai: สถานีศรีรัช) is a Bangkok MRT station on the Pink Line. The station is located on Chaeng Watthana Road, near Si Rat Expressway in Pak Kret district, Nonthaburi province. The station has four exits and is the closest station to Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University. It opened on 21 November 2023 as part of trial operations on the entire Pink Line. It is one of three stations on the line with an island platform.

Muang Thong Thani station (Thai: สถานีเมืองทองธานี) is a Bangkok MRT station on the Pink Line. The station is located on Chaeng Watthana Road in Pak Kret district, Nonthaburi province. The station has four exits and in future will act an interchange for the Pink Line main line and the under-construction Impact spur line which serves Muang Thong Thani and IMPACT. The station opened on 21 November 2023 as part of trial operations on the entire Pink Line main line. The station was initially named "Si Rat" while the current Si Rat station was named "Muang Thong Thani", but the names were swapped to accommodate and prevent confusion for which station to change at for the Impact spur line. The station consists of one side platform and one island platform.

Stenden Rangsit University (SRU) is a satellite campus of Stenden University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, and is based on the campus of the Rangsit University near Bangkok in the Kingdom of Thailand. It is a joint venture between Rangsit University and Stenden University of Applied Sciences of the Netherlands. Stenden Rangsit University has moved to partner with Panyapiwat Institute of Management since August 2016 and the name has been changed to Stenden Thailand. Stenden Rangsit University provides Business Management training in the form of a double BBA degree, aimed primarily at hotel management, as well as specialist health and spa management, events management, protocol and diplomatic studies, and tourism education. The International Hotel Management programme (IHM) is the primary degree programme at Stenden Rangsit University. Students graduate at the end of a four-year period with dual BBA degrees, one each from Rangsit University in Thailand, and one from Stenden university in the Netherlands.

The ministry is in charge of the criminal justice system in the kingdom. As well as running prisons and aiding the Royal Thai Police, the ministry also runs the government's drug and narcotic control policies. The ministry is headed by the Minister of Justice, Somsak Thepsuthin. Its fiscal year 2020 budget is 26,757 million baht.
