Golden Grove is an urban place in Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Golden Grove is part of the local government area of the City of Sydney. The locality is around Golden Grove street, surrounding Forbes street, Wilson street, Abercrombie street, along with the Golden Grove Housing Estate, Forbes Street Reserve, Golden Grove Ministry Centre. The former suburb of the postcode 2006 was named after the First Fleet store ship that left Portsmouth on 13 May 1787, and arrived at Port Jackson, Sydney Australia, on 26 January 1788.

The Macdonaldtown Carriage Sheds was a facility for the stabling of passenger carriages used on country railway services in New South Wales, Australia. Built by the New South Wales Government Railways in the inner Sydney suburb of Macdonaldtown, it was located in a triangle between the Main Suburban and Illawarra lines. By the early 1980s, it was mainly being used to stable withdrawn rolling stock with the New South Wales Rail Transport Museum and Dorrigo Steam Railway & Museum both having stock stored here. It closed in April 1985.In 2007, six sidings were relaid on the site as part of the CityRail Clearways Project for use as a stabling facility by suburban trains.

Trocadero is a heritage-listed former cinema, event venue, dance hall, roller skating rink, motor workshop, music venue and now office building at 69-77 King Street, Newtown, City of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It was designed by Albert F. Myers and William P. Hendry Architects and built in 1889 by Fallick and Murgatroyd, incorporating an earlier building from c. 1857. It has housed children's cancer charity CanTeen since 2014. It is also known as Trocadero Hall and the Properts Building. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 10 March 2000.

Moore Theological College, otherwise known simply as Moore College, is the theological training seminary of the Diocese of Sydney in the Anglican Church of Australia. The president of the Moore Theological College Council is ex officio the Anglican Archbishop of Sydney. The college has a strong tradition of conservative evangelical theology with an emphasis on the study of the Bible in its original languages, the use of primary sources in theology, the heritage of the Reformation and the integration of theology and ministry practice. It gives particular attention to full-time study in the context of a Christian learning community as an appropriate context for training for full-time Christian ministry, however it also offers part-time and online learning opportunities. The college trains both men and women at every level of its program. On 1 July 2021, Moore College was recognised by the Australian Government's Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency as an Australian University College.

The Illawarra Junction is a major railway junction located near the Eveleigh Railway Workshops, in the inner western suburbs of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. This complex junction joins a number of different lines and yards. There are two pairs of tracks (named Illawarra Main and Illawarra Local) from the Illawarra railway line from the south and three pairs of tracks (named Local, Suburban and Main) from the Main Suburban railway line from the west.

The Women's College building is the heritage-listed building of The Women's College. a residential college for women students at the University of Sydney, located at 15 Carillon Avenue, Newtown, City of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It was designed by architects Sulman & Power and built from 1892 to 1924, with Bignell and Clark responsible for the initial construction. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 1 April 2005.

Carriageworks is a multi-arts urban cultural precinct located at the former Eveleigh Railway Workshops in Redfern, Sydney, Australia. Carriageworks showcases contemporary art and performing arts, as well as being used for filming, festivals, fairs and commercial exhibitions. The largest such venue in Australia, it is a cultural facility of the NSW Government, and receives support from Create NSW and the Australian Government through the Australia Council for the Arts. The centre has commissioned new work by Australian and international artists, and has been home to eight theatre, dance and film companies, including Performance Space, Sydney Chamber Opera and Moogahlin Performing Arts, and a weekly farmers' market has operated there for many years. On 4 May 2020 Carriageworks Ltd, the company that operates the venue, declared it would be entering voluntary administration and closing, citing an “irreparable loss of income” due to government bans on events during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the consequent negative impact on the arts sector. Carriageworks successfully emerged from voluntary administration and reopened its doors to the public in August 2020.

The Eveleigh Carriage Workshops were built by the New South Wales Government Railways in 1888 as a depot for its passenger carriage fleet. The workshops are located west of what is now Redfern station on the northern side of the Main Suburban railway line opposite the heritage-listed Eveleigh Railway Workshops.The repair and heavy maintenance of both Sydney suburban and long distance carriages were undertaken on site between 1888 until its closure in 1989. In 1986 the workshop was upgraded to refurbish single deck suburban carriages. Following this program ceasing the works closed in September 1989 after which it was used to store redundant carriages and to remove asbestos from locomotives and carriages.The western end of the site has been redeveloped as the Carriageworks theatre while the eastern end houses some of RailCorp's heritage fleet.

The United States Studies Centre at the University of Sydney aims to increase understanding of the United States in Australia and enrich the Australia–United States relationship. The centre teaches undergraduate and postgraduate students, conducts policy-focused research, and hosts public events on a range of issues.
