Skiles Test Nature Park, sometimes called Skiles Test Nature Area is a nature park on the northeast side of Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. It is in the northern trailhead of the Fall Creek Parkway and loved by hikers, bikers and nature enthusiasts. The land, originally owned by millionaire Skiles Test, was willed to Indianapolis after his death. His house is supposedly a haunted house known as the House of Blue Lights.Skiles Test, a local business man, lived on the property from 1913 to 1964. The property once had a miniature railway and a pool with bathhouses, elevators, and high dives.In 2010 Big Car organized series of site specific art installations in the park including works by Cindy Hinant, Nathan Monk, and Lukas Schooler.

Hillcrest Country Club, also known as Avalon Country Club, is a historic country club located in suburban Lawrence Township, Marion County, Indiana, northeast of Indianapolis, Indiana. The 18 hole golf course was designed by Bill Diddel and was built in 1924. The clubhouse was built in 1929–1930, and renovated in 2000. It is a three-story, Mission Revival style with tall arched openings, and a low tile roof with bracketed eaves. Also on the property are the contributing swimming pool (1934), well house (c. 1940), and water pump (c. 1935).: 5–7 It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

Lawrence Central High School (LCHS) is a public high school with more than 2,300 students, in northeast Marion County, Indiana.

International Business College (IBC) is a private for-profit business school in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was founded in 1889 by Thomas L. Staples. In 1969, IBC was acquired by its present owners, Bradford Schools, Inc. IBC is a two-year institution and awards diplomas and associate degrees.According to Peterson's, International Business College has an undergraduate population of 354. Of 825 applicants, 71% were admitted. Per College Navigator, the most recent graduation rate is 71%.

Brendonwood Historic District, also known as Brendonwood Common, is a national historic district located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It encompasses 85 contributing buildings, 2 contributing sites, and 1 contributing object in a planned suburban residential section of Indianapolis. 350 acres on the eastern edge of Millersville with Fall Creek as the western boundary was the vision of Charles S. Lewis for a self-regulated residential zone of 110 plots. Noted landscape architect George E. Kessler was hired to develop the planned community. The district developed between about 1917 and 1954, and includes representative examples of Tudor Revival, Colonial Revival, and Bungalow / American Craftsman style architecture. Notable contributing resources include the Common House (1924), golf course, Two Knolls (1951-1952), Farlook (1939), Springhead (1934), Dearwald (1927), Wancroft (1940), Larkwing (1952), Grasmere (1937-1938), Wetermain (1921), Whispering Trees (1952-1953), Glen Gate (1922-1923), Witching View (1928-1929), Long Ridge (1923-1924) and Great Maple (1948).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

Heritage Christian School is a private Christian day school located in Indianapolis, Indiana, in the United States on the SE corner of Binford Boulevard and 75th Street. There are currently 1,200 students in preschool through 12th grade.

Arlington High School was a comprehensive public high school located in Indianapolis, Indiana. It closed in 2018 but reopened in 2019 as Arlington Middle School.

Camp Edwin F. Glenn is a national historic district located at Fort Benjamin Harrison, Indianapolis, Indiana. It encompasses 19 contributing buildings and 360 contributing structures in a former military camp. The district developed between about 1925 and 1941. It originally served as a Citizens' Military Training Camp from 1925 to 1941, a camp for the Civilian Conservation Corps from 1933 to 1941, and a Prisoner of War camp from 1944 to 1945. The district includes six warehouses, five mess halls, five lavatories, a branch exchange, butcher shop, latrine, and 360 concrete tent pads.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.

Lawrence North High School is a public high school in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. The school was founded in 1976 and graduated its first class in 1978. Lawrence North is one of two high schools in the Metropolitan School District of Lawrence Township, the other one being Lawrence Central High School.

Fort Harrison, sometimes called Fort Ben, is an Indiana state park located in Lawrence, Indiana, United States, and occupies part of the former site of Fort Benjamin Harrison. The park features a former Citizen's Military Training Camp, Civilian Conservation Corps camp, and World War II prisoner of war camp. There are also picnicking and walking/jogging trails including a connection to the Fall Creek Greenway. The park receives nearly 900,000 visitors annually.The park is 1 of 14 Indiana State Parks that are in the path of totality for the 2024 solar eclipse, with 3 minutes and 48 seconds of totality.

Cathedral High School is a private Catholic high school in Indianapolis, Indiana. The school serves approximately 1,200 students in grades 9 to 12. The school was founded in Archdiocese of Indianapolis by Bishop Joseph Chartrand in 1918 and was run by the Brothers of Holy Cross until it became independent by the late 1970s. Holy Cross returned to the school in 2011.
