Its main exhibits are "4,000 Year Road Trip: Gathering Sparks" and, beginning in 2014, "The Power of Place". It also has exhibits about The Holocaust (1941–1945).Its subsidiary, Center for Empowered Learning and Living (CELL), is a non-profit organization that promotes anti-terrorism efforts and educates the public about the risk of terrorism around the world.

Washington Virginia Vale is a neighborhood in southeastern Denver, Colorado. The neighborhood is roughly bound by Alameda Avenue, South Cherry Creek Drive, and South Quebec Street. The western border of the neighborhood merges into the city of Glendale, Colorado, an enclave of Denver. Washington Virginia Vale is home to George Washington High School, McMeen Elementary School, Place Bridge Academy, Garland Park, and two other small city parks. The Consulates General of México, Peru, and Guatemala are all located in the neighborhood. At the heart of the Washington Virginia Vale neighborhood sits Four Mile Historic Park and the Four Mile House, a Denver landmark that "served as a stage stop, wayside inn and tavern to travelers on the Cherokee Trail."

Chapel No. 1 or Eisenhower Memorial Chapel is a historic chapel located at the former Lowry Air Force Base in Denver, Colorado, United States. Built in 1941, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Fairmount Cemetery in Denver, Colorado, was founded in 1890 and is Denver's second oldest operating cemetery after Riverside Cemetery. It is located in land south-east of the intersection of the major Denver roadways Alameda Ave. and Quebec St. (originally called Hyde Park Avenue). The cemetery was designed by German landscape architect Reinhard Schuetze. The cemetery was patterned after Mount Auburn Cemetery in Cambridge and Watertown, Massachusetts. The cemetery occupies 280 acres (110 ha). The first year the cemetery opened over 4500 trees and shrubs were planted by Schuetze. The cemetery is the largest arboretum in the state. The cemetery contains many fine monuments, including works by Robert Garrison, John Paulding, Arnold Ronnebeck, Pompeo Coppini and others. The cemetery also contains three structures which have been designated as official historic landmarks by the City of Denver: the Little Ivy Chapel, the Gate Lodge, and the Fairmount Mausoleum. The Little Ivy Chapel and the Gate Lodge were both constructed in 1890, the year the cemetery opened, and were designed by architect Henry Ten Eyck Wendell. The Fairmount Mausoleum, constructed in 1929 and opened in 1930, was designed by architects Frederick E. Mountjoy and Francis W. Frewan.

The Wings Over the Rockies Air and Space Museum (WOTR) is located on the former Lowry Air Force Base in Denver, Colorado, United States. The museum preserves the history of Lowry AFB's operations from 1938 to 1994 in its collections, archives, and research library.

The Temple Emanuel (Hebrew: עִמָנוּאֵל, God is with us) in Denver, Colorado, also known as Congregation Emanuel, is a Reform (progressive) Jewish synagogue. It was the first synagogue established in Colorado. There are historic buildings of the temple on Curtis Street, Grape Street, and Pearl Street, in Denver.

Lowry is a neighborhood in the City and County of Denver, Colorado. The Lowry neighborhood is located at the site of the former Lowry Air Force Base. The old Lowry Firehouse has been converted into Colorado Free University. The Denver U.S. Post Office (ZIP Code 80230) serves the neighborhood. A satellite campus of the University of Northern Colorado also exists in the area.

Fairmount Mausoleum is a public mausoleum at Fairmount Cemetery in Denver, Colorado. The building was designed by architects Frederick E. Mountjoy and Francis W. Frewan. Constructed in 1929 and opened in 1930, the Fairmount Mausoleum contains the remains of more than 17,000 people and houses one of the largest stained glass collections in the state of Colorado.In 2005, the Fairmount Mausoleum was listed as an official historic landmark by the City of Denver.

East Sixth Avenue Parkway is a parkway, part of the Denver Park and Parkway System, which was built in 1909. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.It runs from Colorado Blvd. to Quebec St. in the Hale and Montclair neighborhoods of Denver, Colorado. The listing included two contributing structures.
