Sobín

Prague-Zličín is a district in Prague, Czech Republic. It is situated in the southern part of the city, in the administrative district Prague 17. The cadastral area Zličín is part of this district.

The Hostivické Ponds Nature Monument (Czech: Přírodní památka Hostivické rybníky) are a nature monument in Hostivice in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. The nature monument consists of a system of three ponds (litovický, Kalý and Břevský), supplied by the Litovický Stream, and their nearest surroundings. This small-scale protected area was established on 14 October 1996 by the District Office of Western Prague with the aim of the conservation of natural communities of the pond system. In the adjacent wetlands and forests rare and endangered species of plants and animals can be found. During the reign of Rudolf II the fishponds in the area served as a source of water for Prague Castle.

Třebonice is a village in central Bohemia, Czech Republic. It was founded in the thirteenth century, and became part of Prague in 1968. It is now part of the Prague 5 administrative district, and the local government districts of Prague 13 and Prague 17. Třebonice is part of Zličín and Řeporyje. The area is 4.58 km2, the population is 461 and the population density is 101 inhabitants / km2. Třebonice also includes the settlements of Chaby and Krteň (currently unoccupied). There are plans to build a new district, to be called Západní Město (West Town), which will extend towards Třebonice. Třebonice is served by a station at Zličín, on Prague Metro Line B.

Zličín (Czech pronunciation: [ˈzlɪtʃiːn]) is a Prague Metro station and terminus of Line B, located in Třebonice, Prague 17. The station was opened on 11 November 1994 as the western terminus of the extension of Line B from Nové Butovice. Zličín metro station gives direct pedestrian access to the 2004 constructed Metropole shopping mall, and has zero-fare bus links to the nearby Globus, Tesco and Ikea hypermarkets. The station's metro lines feed into a large shed with direct rail connections to the adjacent former Siemens train and tram factory which was closed in 2009.Zličín metro station is located next to a junction between the Prague ring road and the D5 motorway and offers direct connections with local, regional and national buses, both public transport and commercial Student Agency Express buses. The nearest Prague tram network hub is at Řepy, reached by bus lines 264 or 180 (4 stops away). Bus line 100 provides frequent connections to Ruzyně International Airport, 16 minutes away. Bus line 380 provides connections to Beroun.

Zličín is a district and cadastral area in the west of Prague, located in an administrative district of the same name, which is part of Prague 5 in the old system and governs the cadastral areas Zličín, Sobín and the northern part of Třebonice. The name is best known among Praguers as the site for a large bus station, Metro terminus and depot and a number of shopping centres and hypermarkets, all of which are named after Zličín, despite belonging to the neighbouring district Třebonice.

Václav Havel Airport Prague, formerly Prague Ruzyně International Airport (IATA: PRG, ICAO: LKPR), is an international airport of Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic. The airport was founded in 1937, when it replaced the Kbely Airport (founded in 1918). It was reconstructed and extended in 1956, 1968, 1997, and 2006. In 2012, it was renamed after the last president of Czechoslovakia and the first president of the Czech Republic, Václav Havel. It is located at the edge of the Prague-Ruzyně area, next to Kněževes village, 12 km (7 mi) west of the centre of Prague and 12 km (7 mi) southeast of the city of Kladno. In 2018, it served around 17 million passengers. It serves as a hub for Czech Airlines and Smartwings, and as a base for Ryanair and Eurowings.

Řepy is a district in the west of Prague, located in and making up most of Prague 17 district, part of Prague 6 administrative region.

Chýně is a town in Prague-West District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 4,700 inhabitants. The town is a suburb of Prague.
