Mount Lefre

Ospedaletto (Ospedaléto in local dialect) is a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region of Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 35 kilometres (22 mi) east of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 807 and an area of 16.8 square kilometres (6.5 sq mi). Ospedaletto borders the following municipalities: Pieve Tesino, Cinte Tesino, Ivano-Fracena, Villa Agnedo, Grigno and Asiago.

Ivano-Fracena (German: Yfän) is a frazione of the comune (municipality) of Castel Ivano, Trentino, in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 30 kilometres (19 mi) east of Trento. It was an independent comune until 1 July 2016.

Bieno (Bién in local dialect) is a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 35 kilometres (22 mi) east of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 447 and an area of 11.7 square kilometres (4.5 sq mi). Bieno borders the following municipalities: Pieve Tesino, Scurelle, and Strigno.

Castel Ivano is a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol. It was formed on 1 January 2016 as the merger of the previous communes of Strigno, Spera and Villa Agnedo. In July 2016 it also absorbed the commune of Ivano-Fracena. It is located in Valsugana, midway between Borgo Valsugana and the boundary with Veneto. Sights include the eponymous "Castel Ivano", a medieval fortress originally located in the frazione of Ivano-Fracena

Scurelle (Scurełe in local dialect) is a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 30 kilometres (19 mi) east of Trento. As of December 31st 2004, it had a population of 1,322 and an area of 29.9 square kilometres (11.5 sq mi). Scurelle borders the following municipalities: Pieve Tesino, Castello Tesino, Telve, Cinte Tesino, Bieno, Strigno, Spera, Carzano, Villa Agnedo and Castelnuovo.

Carzano (Carthàn or Carzàn in local dialect) is a comune (municipality) in Trentino in the northern Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 30 kilometres (19 mi) east of Trento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 502 and an area of 1.7 square kilometres (0.66 sq mi). Carzano borders the following municipalities: Telve, Scurelle, and Castelnuovo.

Grotta della Bigonda (The Bigonda cave (or Vigondola ) is a natural cave located in Valsugana, near Selva in Grigno, in the province of Trento, on the right bank of the Brenta river.The cave can be visited, but only accompanied by a guide (this can be addressed to the Grotte di Selva Group), only during the winter season (since it is less rainy) and only for its first kilometer (more than necessary special equipment is required).

Mount Ortigara (2,105 m, 6,906 ft) is one of the peaks, about 2,000 m (6,000 feet) tall, which delimit to the north the Seven Municipalities Plateau (in Italian: Altipiano dei Sette Comuni), falling sheer on the underlying Sugana Valley with a jump of over 1,500 meters (4,500 feet). With the neighbouring mountains, it forms an imposing ridge easily accessible from the Asiago Plateau, but only reachable through steep paths from the Sugana Valley. In World War I, it became the theatre of fierce fighting (which became known as the Battle of Mount Ortigara) between Italians and Austro-Hungarians, both of whom fell by the thousand trying to conquer its summit.

The Battle of Mount Ortigara was fought from 10 to 25 June 1917 between the Italian and Austro-Hungarian armies for possession of Mount Ortigara, in the Asiago Plateau.

Selva is a hamlet of the municipality of Grigno in the province of Trentino. Located at 267 metres (876 ft) above sea level, the small settlement has 98 inhabitants and is 4.5 kilometres (2.8 mi) away from Grigno.
