Scandia is an unincorporated community in Kitsap County, Washington.

Liberty Bay is a narrow inlet extending about 4 miles in a northerly direction from the northwest part of Port Orchard, adjacent to the Kitsap Peninsula in Western Washington.

The Port of Poulsbo is a port serving the city of Poulsbo, Washington, United States. It is located in Liberty Bay on Puget Sound. The port includes the Poulsbo Marina, a seaplane mooring, commercial shops, residential housing (and "liveaboard" housing), the SEA Discovery Center, and Liberty Bay Waterfront Park (Muriel Iverson Williams Waterfront Park). The port is part of downtown Poulsbo, also known as "Little Norway".

Vincent Creek is a tiny tributary of Big Scandia Creek. Its mouth is located on the western banks of Big Scandia Creek. It is unofficially named after Vincent Road Northwest.

Poulsbo ( PAWLZ-boh) is a city on Liberty Bay in Kitsap County, Washington, United States. It is the smallest of the four cities in Kitsap County. The population was 11,970 at the 2020 census and an estimated 10,927 in 2018.The Suquamish people have inhabited the surrounding area, called č̓uʔč̓uɬac in Lushootseed, for millennia. After the signing of the Treaty of Point Elliott in 1855, many were moved to the Port Madison Indian Reservation. Poulsbo was then founded in the 1880s by Norwegian immigrant Jørgen Eliason, who was joined by other Scandinavians who relocated from the Midwestern states. They were drawn here by the availability of land, by the area's rich resources, and by a landscape similar to their native home. The settlement was connected by boats to other areas of the region, including the Puget Sound mosquito fleet, which was eventually usurped by highways built in the early 20th century. Modern-day downtown Poulsbo maintains a Scandinavian theme to honor its early immigrant history and is a popular regional tourist destination. One of its local products, Poulsbo Bread, is made locally at Sluys Bakery and used to be sold internationally. Many visitors arrive by boat; there are three marinas near the town, and the town's harbor is an excellent anchorage.

Keyport is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located in Kitsap County, Washington, United States. Situated at the eastern terminus of State Route 308 on the Kitsap Peninsula, Keyport is known for its small population and charming coastal setting. According to the 2010 census, the Keyport CDP had a total population of 554 residents.The community of Keyport was named after Keyport, New Jersey, in 1896. Its nickname is "Torpedo Town USA". Situated on a small peninsula jutting into Liberty Bay near Poulsbo, it is the home of a small United States Navy depot tasked with ranging and repairing torpedoes for the US Navy and allies. Keyport Bible Church, which was established in the early 1900s and incorporated in 1926, stands as the sole church in Keyport. The church's building was dedicated on May 2, 1937, and has since undergone expansions, including the addition of classrooms and a multipurpose building.

Island Lake is a lake on the Kitsap Peninsula. An island by the name Clark Island is located in the south-central region of the lake, due the namesake of Island Lake. Clark Island also has no permanent population.

Chief Kitsap Academy (CKA) is a grade 6-12 school in Suquamish, in unincorporated Kitsap County, Washington, with a Poulsbo postal address. The Suquamish Tribe Department of Education operates the school. The school is on a 27 acres (11 ha) parcel.Prior to 2014 the school serving the Suquamish people was operated by the North Kitsap School District. In August 2014 the tribe signed a compact with the State of Washington to directly operate the school, with the state providing funding, the first instance of such in the state. In 2014 the school had 78 students and seven full-time teachers. The now-independent school previously occupied the ex-tribal center. It moved to its current campus, the former Northwest College of Art & Design, in 2018. The tribe had purchased the building for $5.03 million on November 28, 2017. The facility is the former Mains Manor.

The district includes northern Kitsap County and Bainbridge Island.The district's legislators are state senator Drew Hansen and state representatives Tarra Simmons (position 1) and Greg Nance (position 2), all Democrats.

Naval Base Kitsap is a U.S. Navy base located on the Kitsap Peninsula in Washington state, created in 2004 by merging the former Naval Station Bremerton with Naval Submarine Base Bangor. It is the home base for the Navy’s fleet throughout West Puget Sound, provides base operating services, support for both surface ships and fleet ballistic missile and other nuclear submarines as one of the U.S. Navy's four nuclear shipyards, one of two strategic nuclear weapons facilities, and the only West Coast dry dock capable of handling a Nimitz-class aircraft carrier and the Navy's largest fuel depot. Naval Base Kitsap is the third-largest Navy base in the U.S. The base has a workforce of 15,601 active duty personnel. It also provides service, programs, and facilities for their hosted combat commands, tenant activities, ships' crews, and civilian employees. It is the largest naval organization in Navy Region Northwest, and composed of installations at Bremerton, Bangor, Indian Island, Manchester, and Keyport, Washington. It received the 2005 and 2017 Commander in Chief's Award for Installation Excellence - the Best Base in the U.S. Navy.

Bangor Base is a census-designated place (CDP) in Kitsap County, Washington, within U.S. Naval Base Kitsap on the Kitsap Peninsula. Its population was 6,054 at the 2010 census.
