The Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic (Czech: Ministerstvo spravedlnosti České republiky) is a government ministry of the Czech Republic. The powers of the Ministry of Justice as defined by Section 11 of Act No. 2/1969 Coll. on Creation of Ministries and Other Central Authorities (Competencies Act) are: It is a central authority of the state administration for courts of law and the Public Prosecutor's Office. It gives legal opinion on credit and guarantee agreements, whose party is the Czech Republic. It acts as a central authority of the state administration for prisons; the Prison Service of the Czech Republic is its subsidiary. It acts as a central authority of the state administration for probation and mediation. It represents the Czech Republic claims for breaching the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and its Protocols and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and coordinates the execution of the decisions of the relevant international bodies.

The Gothic Church of Our Lady on the Lawn (Na Slupi) is located in the valley of the Prague Botič Stream below Vyšehrad in the New Town. It is quite a small Gothic building which was built beside the monastery of Servites. The church is dedicated to the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary. The church and the monastery have been listed as historical monuments since 1958. The church was founded 24 March 1360 by Charles IV. and was built between 1360 and 1375. Its current look is mostly in pseudo-Gothic.

The Emmaus Monastery (Czech: Emauzy or Emauzský klášter), called Na Slovanech in the Middle Ages, is an abbey established in 1347 in Prague. It was the only Benedictine monastery of the Kingdom of Bohemia and all Slavic Europe.In the 1360s, the cloisters of the Monastery were decorated with a cycle of 85 Gothic wall paintings with parallels from the Old and New Testaments. The Gothic cloisters also feature original faded frescoes with bits of Pagan symbolism from the 14th century. The monastery was baroquised in the 17th–18th centuries and the two church towers were added. Charles IV, Holy Roman Emperor gave to the just-founded monastery the manuscript Reims Gospel, it was probably lost from Prague in the time of the Hussite Wars, the manuscript later became part of the Reims Cathedral treasury. The monastery became a center of culture and art, students of Saints Cyril and Methodius studied there in addition to Jan Hus.During the Second World War the monastery was seized by the Gestapo and the monks were sent to Dachau concentration camp. The monastery building and vaults were destroyed by a U.S. bombing raid on Prague on 14 February 1945. The modern roof with steeples was added in the 1960s. Returned to the Benedictine order in 1990, the monastery is administered by three monks, two of whom live there.

Faust House is a mysterious house located in Charles Square, Prague, Czech Republic. It is a Baroque mansion from the 14th century.

The Church of St. Apollinaire is located in New Town in Prague in the street Apolinarska on the hill called Vetrov. This Gothic church was built approximately between years 1360–1390. The church was established by Charles IV in 1362. Nowadays Roman Catholic Church is located here but it was administrated also by the Chemin Neuf community. The church is protected as a cultural heritage since 1958.

Prague Institute of Planning and Development (Czech: Institut plánování a rozvoje hl. m. Prahy, abbreviation IPR) is a public-benefit corporation in charge of developing the concept behind the city's architecture, urbanism, development and formation managed by City Hall of Prague, Czechia. It represents spatial planning matters of Czech capital city, the coordination includes some documents as Prague Building Regulations, the Prague Waterfront Concept and the Prague Public Space Design Manual. It deals with the administration and propagation of main architectural competitions in the city. Institution Center for Architecture and Metropolitan Planning (CAMP) which is familiarizing public with the architectonic and urbanist plans of Prague is also managed by IPR. It was established in 2013 and has headquarters in Prague 2, in Buildings of Association of project studios.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic (Czech: Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí České republiky) is a government ministry, which was established in 1969.

The Faculty of Science, Charles University (Czech: Přírodovědecká fakulta Univerzity Karlovy, PřF UK) is one of the 17 faculties of Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. The faculty was founded by separation from the Faculty of Arts in 1920.

Drn (translated as a tuft from Czech) is a polyfunctional building located on the corner of streets Národní and Mikulandská in the New Town of Prague, Czech Republic. It contains the most expensive offices in the city and also some shops and restaurants. The building was designed by Stanislav Fiala is an example of 21st century modern and sustainable Czech architecture. It was built between 2012 and 2017 on the site of a car park. It has four underground and eight floors above ground, topped with a green roof. The organic shaped façade is made from glass and steel. The name of the building comes from the greenery, which is growing on galleries of the building. The baroque Schönkirchovský palác is connected to the building from the back.

The statue of Saint Wenceslas is an outdoor sculpture by Johann-Georg Bendl from 1680, installed at Vyšehrad, Prague, Czech Republic. The statue formerly stood in the middle of Wenceslas Square, near Grandhotel Evropa, but was moved to Vyšehrad in 1879.
