Stefan Kownas Arboretum

The Niemierzyn Cemetery (Polish: Cmentarz Niemierzyński; German: Nemitzer Friedhof), known between 1945 and 1975 as the Town Square Cemetery (Polish: Cmentarz Majdański), was a cemetery in Szczecin, Poland, within the administrative neighbourhood of Niebuszewo-Bolinko. It was operated from 1868 to 1950s, and was demolished between 1973 and 1975, and replaced by the Stefan Kownas Arboretum. It had an area of 15.5 ha, and was placed between Niemierzyńska, Żupańskiego, and Słowackiego Streets.

Rusałka, until 1945 known as Westendsee, is a dam lake in Szczecin, Poland located in northern part of Jan Kasprowicz Park. It's only inflow and discharge is Osówka stream. Its area is 0.03 km2, it is 0.67 km long and 0.07 km wide.

Firery Birds (Polish: Ogniste ptaki) is a modernist steel sculpture in Szczecin, Poland, placed in the Kasprowicz Park, depicting eighteen colourful birds. It was designed by Władysław Hasior, and originally unveiled in 1975 next to the Ducal Castle. In 1980, it was moved to the Concord Square, and again, in 1994, to its current location.

The Jan Kasprowicz Park, also known as the Kasprowicz Park, and until 1945 known as Quistorp Park, is the biggest urban park in Szczecin, Poland located within municipal neighbourhood of Łękno near the boundaries of Śródmieście–Północ and Niebuszewo–Bolinko. The area of the park is circa 27.03 ha. Together with Arkonian Forest Park it forms Kasprowicz–Arkonian Park Complex which area is 91,69 ha. It borders the Jasne Błonia on the south east and the Stefan Kownas Arboretum on the north.

The Monument to the Polish Endeavor (Polish: Pomnik Czynu Polaków), also known as the Monument of the Three Eagles (Polish: Pomnik Trzech Orłów), and the Eagles' Nest (Polish: Gniazdo Orłów), is a monument in the city of Szczecin, Poland, located at the Bright Meadows Square, at the boundary with the Jan Kasprowicz Park. It was designed by Gustaw Zemła, and unveiled in 1979.The monument consists of three bronze sculptures of eagles with spread wings, each placed on a steel column with a square base. The three birds are meant to symbolize three generations of Polish inhabitants of the city. That includes the Polish people who lived in the city prior to the end of the Second World War in 1945, people who moved to, and rebuilt the city after the end of the conflict, in place of mostly German population, who left or were deported, and the children of the new population, who further developed the city.

The Museum of Technology and Transport – Art Depot (Polish: Muzeum Techniki i Komunikacji – Zajezdnia Sztuki) is Szczecin, Poland was established in 2006. The main themes of it are related to road transport. It is supervised by the local government. It has a series of specialized exibutions, such as "Cars of Socialist States", "Microcars", "Motorcycles of the Second Polish Republic", etc. It was established in the abandoned tram depot Niemerzyn by the Niemierzyńska Street. The costs of its renovation was expected to be too high, and it was transferred to the city property. The Szczecin Society of Public Transport Enthusiasts found funding to create the museum there. The collection of the museum includes trams, buses, cars, motorcycles, bicycles, electronic equipment, household appliances, etc. The most valuable contribution to the collection is 32 vintage cars and 56 motorcycles purchased from the Warsaw collector Leszek Liszewski for 1.2 million Polish złotys.

Łękno, officially known as Łekno, is a municipal neighborhood of the city of Szczecin, Poland, within the Downtown district. It is a low-rise housing estate with historic villas. The neighbourhood has an area of 1 km2, and in 2022, had population of 2,947 people. It features the Jan Kasprowicz Park, the largest urban green space in the city, as well as the Summer Theatre, one of the largest amphitheatres in the country. The area was settled in the 14th century, and in 1817, it became known as Friedrichshof, after its owner Friedrich Carow, who built there his manor house. In 1871, the area was sold for the development of the housing estate of Westend, with villas for the upper class. In 1900, there was opened the Jan Kasprowicz Park and in 1927, the Bright Meadows Square. The neighbourhood was incorporated into the city in 1910.

The Monument of Hungarian Boy is a statue in the city of Szczecin, Poland, located in the Jan Kasprowicz Park. It was made by Richárd Juha, and unveiled on 9 December 2016. The monument commemorates the aid of Szczecin inhabitants to Budapest population during the Hungarian Revolution of 1956. The identical statue is located in Budapest, Hungary.

The John Paul II Jasne Błonia Square, commonly known as Jasne Błonia, and until 1945 known as Quistorp-Aue, is an urban green space in the city of Szczecin, Poland. It is located in the district of Śródmieście, in the Śródmieście-Północ municipal neighbourhood. The park borders Szczecin City Hall to the south, and Jan Kasprowicz Park to the north.

The statue of Pope John Paul II (Polish: Pomnik papieża Jana Pawła II) is a gunmetal statue in Szczecin, Poland, placed at the Bright Meadows Square, within the Downtown district. It depicts Pope John Paul II, commemorating his visit to the city in 1987. The monument was designed by Czesław Dźwigaj and Stanisław Latour, and unveiled on 18 June 1995.

The Różanka Rose Garden (in German Staudengarten, Rosengarten), is a two-hectare botanical garden in the Łękno area of Szczecin, Poland. The Różanka Rose garden was established in 1928 to commemorate the World Gardening Exhibition. In 1935, the Bird Well was built and it included 4 concrete sculptures of flying geese by Kurt Schwerdtfeger. The garden survived World War II and until the 1970s was a public recreational place. Due to lack of funding for its maintenance, the garden gradually began to deteriorate. In 1983, the garden was put under the care of the Roman Catholic Church. Since 2005, it has been maintained by the Szczecin City Council. Between 2006 and 2007, the City Council reconstructed the garden to its appearance in the 1930s. The work was completed on 20 April 2007. Over nine thousand roses of 99 varieties were planted. Apart from the flowers, the garden also contains exotic trees and shrubs. The trees include chestnut, Amur cork trees, apple trees, cherry trees, American hornbeams, maples and Serbian spruces.

Śródmieście-Północ (Downtown-North) is a municipal neighbourhood of the city of Szczecin, Poland, in Śródmieście (Centre) District. As of January 2011 it had a population of 12,507.
