Paramount Tower is a 750 feet (230 m), 60 story skyscraper under construction in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee. Upon completion, it will be the tallest building in Nashville and the state of Tennessee. It was first announced on October 4, 2021 by long-time Nashville developer Giarratana Development. Construction is expected to start by late 2024 and will be completed by 2027. The building will contain 360 apartments and 140 condos for sale.

The Doctor's Building is a six-story commercial building in Nashville, Tennessee that was constructed in 1916 (some sources say 1910) and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.The building site was the former location of the home of railroad magnate Colonel Edmund William Cole, with his home being the last 19th-century mansion on Church Street. A new building, known as "The Doctor's Building" was then constructed as a three-story building, with medical offices on the upper floors, and retail shops on the ground floor. A few years later (in either 1916 or 1921), it had three more stories added, increasing its size to 100,000 square feet (9,300 m2). The design, by architect Edward Emmett Dougherty of the architectural firm "Dougherty and Gardner" was of the elaborate Beaux-Arts or Renaissance Revival style. The exterior is sheathed with glazed polychrome terra cotta.In the 1940s and 1950s, the building consisted of office space for many of the city's doctors and dentists.

The United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee (in case citations, M.D. Tenn.) is the federal trial court for most of Middle Tennessee. Based at the Estes Kefauver Federal Building and United States Courthouse in Nashville, it was created in 1839 when Congress added a third district to the state. Tennessee—along with Kentucky, Ohio, and Michigan—is located within the area covered by United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and appeals are taken to that court (except for patent claims and claims against the U.S. government under the Tucker Act, which are appealed to the Federal Circuit). As of January 11, 2023 the United States attorney is Henry C. Leventis. The Middle District has three divisions. (1) The Columbia Division comprises the counties of Giles, Hickman, Lawrence, Lewis, Marshall, Maury, and Wayne. (2) The Northeastern Division comprises the counties of Clay, Cumberland, DeKalb, Fentress, Jackson, Macon, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, Smith, and White. (3) The Nashville Division comprises the counties of Cannon, Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Houston, Humphreys, Montgomery, Robertson, Rutherford, Stewart, Sumner, Trousdale, Williamson, and Wilson.

The Hermitage Hotel, is a historic hotel located at 231 6th Avenue North in Nashville, Tennessee. Commissioned by 250 Nashville residents in 1908 and named for Andrew Jackson's estate, The Hermitage near Nashville, the hotel opened in 1910. It was built in the Beaux-arts style and is the only remaining example of this style of architecture in a commercial building in Tennessee.The Hermitage Hotel was designated a National Historic Landmark on August 28, 2020 for its important role in the final victory of the 19th Amendment dealing with voting rights for women. The hotel was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975, primarily for architectural reasons. It is also a member of Historic Hotels of America, an official program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

It is located at the corner of Seventh Avenue North and Church Street, Northeast of the older Estes Kefauver Federal Building and United States Courthouse at 801 Broadway. The architect of record is Fentress Architects, and it opened on September 23, 2022.

The Draper Tower (also known as Centennial Tower and LifeWay Tower) was a high-rise building in Nashville, Tennessee. It was built from 1989 to 1990, and inaugurated in 1991. The building was demolished in 2018.
