Yoxall is a village and civil parish in Staffordshire, England. It is on the banks of the River Swarbourn on the A515 road north of Lichfield and south west of Burton upon Trent. South of the village, Yoxall Bridge crosses the River Trent. The name Yoxall probably comes from Anglo-Saxon geoces halh = "yoke's nook" = "secluded piece of land small enough to be ploughed by one team of oxen, or providing feed for a yoke of oxen".

Tatenhill Airfield (ICAO: EGBM) is a licensed airfield operated by Tatenhill Aviation Ltd. Its CAA Ordinary Licence (Number P813) allows flights for the public transport of passengers and for flying instruction as authorised by the licensee, Tatenhill Aviation. The three runways are paved, but one is no longer operational, and a second is used only occasionally. Running east–west, the main runway is the longest. The airfield is part of the Needwood Survey, a 3000 hectare (12 sq miles) estate held by the Duchy of Lancaster in the area of the former Needwood Forest. The airfield lies 6 miles west of Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire, England, and is 11 miles south-west of Derby Airfield (a grass airfield with a flying school).

RAF Tatenhill is a former Royal Air Force satellite airfield in Tatenhill, Staffordshire, England, 4 NM (7.4 km; 4.6 mi) west of Burton on Trent. It was originally known as RAF Crossplains.

St George's Park (SGP) is the English Football Association's national football centre (NFC) built on a 330-acre (130 ha) site at Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire. The centre was officially opened by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on 9 October 2012.The purpose of the centre is to be the base for all coaching and development work undertaken by the FA, and to be the training and preparation ground for all 28 of the England national football teams at the same time, including disability, futsal and those who compete in UEFA and FIFA competitions such as: Men's Senior, U-21, U-20, U-19 and U-17. Hamstall Ridware is a village and civil parish in the Lichfield district of Staffordshire, England. It is in the Trent Valley, and lies close to the villages of Hill Ridware, Mavesyn Ridware and Pipe Ridware. It is eight miles north of the city of Lichfield, and four miles east of Rugeley. The hamlet of Olive Green lies to the east of the village at grid reference SK116187. Within the village lie the grade II* listed ruins of Hamstall Hall.
