Creeting All Saints

Fen Alder Carr is a 1.7 hectare Local Nature Reserve south-east of Creeting St Peter in Suffolk. It is owned by Suffolk County Council.This site has diverse habitats, including open water, alder carr woodland and tall fen. There is a large rookery high in the trees, and there are other birds such as siskins, chaffinches and redpolls.There is access from Fen Lane.

Creeting St Mary is a village and civil parish in the Mid Suffolk district of Suffolk in eastern England. Sandwiched between the A14 and A140 to the north of Needham Market, the parish also includes the hamlet of Creeting Bottoms. In 2005 the parish population was 710, which decreased to 697 at the 2011 Census.

Creeting St Mary Pits is a 5.4-hectare (13-acre) geological Site of Special Scientific Interest south Creeting St Mary in Suffolk, England. It is a Geological Conservation Review site.These former quarries are the type site for the 'Creeting Sands', which are believed to be intertidal and shallow marine deposits from an early Pleistocene interglacial. It is described by Natural England as a key stratigraphic site.This site is in three areas, and there is public access to the southern one, but not to the northern ones.

Creeting St Mary Windmill is a Grade II listed dovecote at Creeting St Mary, Suffolk, England which has been restored. It was originally the body of a post mill which stood elsewhere in the village.

It is a Regionally important geological/geomorphological site (RIGS). The lake is in former sand and gravel workings. It has diverse fauna and flora in aquatic, marsh and scrub habitats. There are grass and tarmac paths.There is access from Coddenham Road.

The station is currently operated by Abellio Greater Anglia, which also runs all trains serving the station. It sees regular services between Ipswich and Stowmarket, whereafter trains branch off to Cambridge via the Ipswich to Ely Line. No main line London trains call. The station appears in Britain's 100 Best Railway Stations by Sir Simon Jenkins.

Darmsden is a hamlet and civil parish in the Mid Suffolk district of Suffolk, England. Located near the A14 road around 2 kilometres (1 mi) south of the town of Needham Market, it became a civil parish in April 2013 after separating from Barking.The hamlet is on a private estate and has no public roads, although the main estate road linked to the B1113 is open to all.
